- 摘要：Objective To study the growth laws of test-tube seedlings of Tiepishihu（Dendrobium candidum）,and provide a scientific basis for the rational control technique of test-tube seedlings in different growth periods.Method The indexes of growth development,content of polysaccharide and soluble protein,and photosynthetic characteristics were detected by applying general method.Result The increase of the height and stem thickness of test-tube seedlings was the fastest 5 to 8 months after sowing.The tillering peak was observed on 6th and 11th month respectively,and rooting peak was observed on 5th,9th and 12th month respectively.The biomass accumulation rate of test-tube seedlings was the highest during 7th to 8th months and 10th to 12th months.The ratio of root to stem（R/T） was relative low and the proportion between average dry weight of a single seedling to the total dry weight accounted to 90.6%.The content of polysaccharide in test-tube seedlings was the highest（5.07%） on 11th month and then decreased gradually.The content of soluble protein was highest（211.28 mg/g） on 8th month and then decreased gradually and reached lowest（119.55 mg/g） on 12th month.The test-tube seedlings grew well from 6th to 11th months.The best time for the transplant of the test-tube seedlings was on 10th month according to the dynamic accumulation of dry matter,changes of polysaccharide and soluble protein,seedling vitality and cost.The change of chlorophyll content showed obviously a trend of decreasing at first,and then increasing and decreasing again,and the change of photosynthetic rate was the same as that of the chlorophyll content during the growth development of the test-tube seedlings.After 10 months the chlorophyll content began to degrade.The changes of light saturation point and maximum electron transport rate of the test-tube seedlings were stable relatively,and the latter reached the highest 26 μmol/（m2·s） on 9th and 10th month.On 12th month the light saturation point and maximum electron transport rate reached the lowest.Conclusion The germination rate and quality of the test-tube seedlings of Tiepishihu are influenced mostly by the ripeness of seed.The intensity of illumination of tissue culture room is 27 μmol/（m2·s）,so the lower illumination may be one of factors limiting the growth of test-tube seedlings.It is better for transplant 10 months after sowing.The ratio of a/b of chlorophyll is controlled through regulating the light quality ratio of red and blue light,which will be good to improving the growth development of the test-tube seedlings.关键词：Tiepishihu（Dendrobium candidum）;tissue culture;growth development;photosynthetic characteristics

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To study the regulation of Kudiezi Injection with the actions of dispelling toxin and dredging collaterals on PKCδ/MARCKS signal pathway in rats with acute cerebral ischemia,and investigate the brain protective mechanism of the therapy of dispelling toxin and dredging collaterals.Methods The rat model of local cerebral ischemia induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion（MCAO） was established by using modified Zea Longa suture.All rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,Chinese medicine group（with Kudiezi Injection） and Western medicine group（with hydroxyfasudil injection）.The neurological functional deficit score was reviewed in all groups 12 hours after model establishment.The pathology of cerebral tissue was observed by the light microscope after HE staining.The expressions of PKCδ,p-PKCδ,MARCKS and p-MARCKS were detected by using immunohistochemistry and Western blotting,and the expressions of PKCδ and MARCKS-mRNA were detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）.Results Kudiezi Injection decreased significantly the neurological functional deficit score（P<0.01）,alleviated the pathological changes of cerebral ischemia,and reduced the expressions of PKCδ,MARCKS and MARCKS-mRNA（P<0.05,P<0.01） in rats with acute cerebral ischemia.Conclusion The therapy of dispelling toxin and dredging collaterals has a brain protective effect in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemia,and the mechanism may be related to that the therapy can inhibit the activity of PKCδ/MARCKS signal pathway in ischemia brain.关键词：dispelling toxin and dredging collaterals;Kudiezi Injection;local cerebral ischemia;PKCδ/MARCKS;brain protection;rats

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To study the infrared charts of three groups of winter swimming,normal constitution and HIV/AIDS,explore the characteristics of the thermal difference（△t） data of automatic thermal analysis（ATA） for reviewing the conditions of human healthy qi by applying ATA technique,and analyse the conclusion combined with TCM theory.Methods The cross-section research of the three groups was designed for observing △t data of Governor Vessel（GV）,Conception Vessel（CV）,Shenque（CV8）,kidney,life gate,triple energizer,five zang-viscera and six bowels.The data were computed mathematically by using single factor variance analysis.Results The relative △t of GV in the three groups showed a descending order,and pairwise comparison had statistical significance respectively（P<0.01）.The relative △t of CV8 and life gate was higher significantly in the groups of normal constitution and swimming than that in the group of HIV/AIDS,and △t of CV was higher significantly in the group of HIV/AIDS than that in the groups of normal constitution and swimming.The relative △t of kidney in the three groups showed a descending order,and pairwise comparison had statistical significance respectively（P<0.01）.Conclusion The changes of △t of GV,CV,CV8,kidney,life gate,triple energizer,five zang-viscera and six bowels express the conditions of human healthy qi in this experiment,which is in accordance with the explanation of healthy qi in TCM theory.关键词：healthy qi;automatic thermal analysis;AIDS

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the anti-depression effect of Kaixinjieyu Decoction（KD） with the actions of benefiting the original qi and relieving stagnation in rat model of vascular depression.Methods All SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups including the normal control group（group 1）,depression model group（group 2）,group of depression treated with KD（group 3）,group of depression treated with Western medicine（group 4）,hyperlipidemia control group（group 5）,vascular depression model group（group 6）,group of vascular depression treated with KD（group 7） and group of vascular depression treated with Western medicine（group 8）.The depression model was established by chronic unpredictable mild stress（CUMS） in group 2,the hyperlipidemia model was established by high fat feeding,and the model of vascular depression was established by CUMS on the base of high fat feeding.All groups were intervened with KD or Western medicine respectively.The weight and sucrose consumption were detected regularity in rats of all groups.The horizontal and vertical activities of rats were determined by open-field test.Results In group 2 and 6,the body weight,sucrose consumption,horizontal and vertical activities all decreased compared with those in group 1.In group 3 and 7（22 g/kg of KD administrated intragastrically for 22 days） the sucrose consumption,horizontal and vertical activities all increased.Conclusion Kaixinjieyu Decoction can relieve significantly the depression state in rats with depression or vascular depression.关键词：benefiting the original qi and relieving stagnation;vascular depression;behaviors;rats

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To analyse the reflection spectrum samples of three primaries（blue,red and yellow,dominating life and death） in TCM complexional inspection,and investigate the difference between life complexion and death complexion to improve the objective and systematic development of TCM complexional inspection.Methods The analysis of reflection spectrum was carried out to compare kingfisher feather,dry grass-blade,cockscomb,coagulated blood,crab abdomen,Zhishi（Fructus Aurantii Immaturus）,and the apex of nose and forehead of normal person,i.e.the complexion was recorded and the characteristics were analysed by using the method of spectrum.Results The results showed that the spectrum analysis on blue（kingfisher feather）,red（cockscomb） and yellow（crab abdomen）,which dominated life,had unitary wave crest in reflection spectrum and vivid complexion.The spectrum analysis on blue（dry grass-blade）,red（coagulated blood） and yellow（Zhishi）,which dominated death,showed that the reflection spectrum was composed of multiple types of complexion（composite complexion） and the complexion was dark and gloomy.The complexion of normal person manifested faint redn and yellow,and sufficiency of qi and blood.Conclusion The correct analysis on TCM complexional inspection and identification of vivid or gloomy complexion can reflect the difference between the types of complexion dominating life and death,and improve the objective development of TCM complexional inspection.关键词：complexional inspection;analysis on optical signals;complexion dominating life;complexion dominating death;blue;red;yellow

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To study the influences of seasonal changes of winter and summer on human peripheral blood immune lymphocytes based on the theory of correspondence between nature and human.Methods The levels of immune substance were detected with different methods respectively at the Summer Beginning（SB）,Summer Solstice（SS）,Winter Beginning（WB） an Winter Solstice（WS） in 20 college volunteers.The outcomes were then divided into the SB group,SS group,WB group and WS group.The serum content of lymphocyte immunological markers（CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD56+） were analysed by using flow cytometry.Results The content of CD3+,CD4+,and the ratio of CD4+ to CD8+（CD4+/CD8+） were higher significantly in the SB group and SS group than those in the WB group and WS group in varying degrees.The seasons of summer or winter had no significant influence on CD8+ in T cells and CD56+ in natural killer cells（NK）.Conclusion Winter or summer had some regulation actions on body’s immunity.The immunity tends to strong in summer and poor in winter,which accords with TCM theory of correspondence between nature and human,and defense function of lung and defense aspect.

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the interventional effect of Compound Kusanqi Capsules on the apoptosis of colonic mucosal cells in rat model of ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods The rat model of UC was established by administrating dinitrochlorbenzene（DNCB）,alcohol and acetic acid.The model then was intervened by Compound Kusanqi Capsules in high dose,middle dose and low dose respectively.The curative effect was observed through detecting the expressions of modulin Bcl-2,Bax,Fas and FasL of colonic mucosal cells in the model.Results After the intervention for 15 days the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,Fas and FasL of colonic mucosal cells were improved in varying degrees in the groups of high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose Compound Kusanqi Capsules,which had significant difference statistically compared with those in the model positive control group（P<0.01 or P<0.05）.Conclusion Compound Kusanqi Capsules has the regulation effect on the apoptosis of colonic mucosal cells in rat model of UC.关键词：Compound Kusanqi Capsules;ulcerative colitis;apoptosis;rats

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the influences of Chinese herbal remedies（CHR） with the actions of replenishing qi and nourishing yin,and resolving mass and freeing the collateral vessels on renal nephrin-mRNA and ultrastructure in rats with early diabetes.Methods All SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups including group 1（with nephrectomy）,group 2（model）,group 3（with irbesatan）,group 4（with low-dose CHR）,group 5（with mid-dose CHR） and group 6（with high-dose CHR）.The relevant drugs or CHR were given intragastrically to different groups respectively.At the end of 6th week the quantity of 24-hour urine protein（UPro） and kidney function were detected.The pathological changes of renal cortex were observed by using transmission electron microscope（TEM） after HE staining.The expression of nephrin was determined by applying RT-PCR.Results There were pathological changes of diabetic nephropathy observed by the light microscope and TEM in group 2 and 1,which were alleviated in other 4 groups.The quantity of UPro decreased significantly in group 3,4 and 5 compared with that in group 2 and 6（P<0.05）.The renal function was improved significantly in all treatment groups compared with that in group 2（P<0.05）.In group 3,4,5 and 6 the expression of nephrin-mRNA increased significantly compared with that in group 2（P<0.05）.Conclusion CHR with the actions of replenishing qi and nourishing yin,and resolving mass and freeing the collateral vessels have a protective effect on kidney in rats with diabetic nephropathy induced by STZ.关键词：replenishing qi and nourishing yin;resolving mass and freeing the collateral vessels;rats with diabetes;ultrastructure;nephrin

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of caffeic acid in Dongkuiguo（Fructus Malvae,Mongolian medicated herb） by RP-HPLC.Methods The procedure of RP-HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of kromasil ODS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,and the mobile phase in the isocratic elution was methanol-1% acetic acid（18 to 82）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 330 nm,and the temperature was at 30 ℃.Results Coffeic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.0275 2 μg to 0.344 0 μg,and the average recovery was 98.85%（RSD=2.29%,n=6）.Conclusion The result of the quantitative determination shows that the method is simple and accurate,which is suitable for the quantitative determination of caffeic acid in Dongkuiguo.关键词：Dongkuiguo（Fructus Malvae,Mongolian medicated herb）;caffeic acid;HPLC;quantitative determination

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To establish a method of quantitative determination of patchouli alcohol in Huoxiangzhengqi Soft-Capsules by capillary gas chromatography.Methods The samples of patchouli alcohol were determined by capillary gas chromatography after ultrasound treatment and centrifugation.The chromatographic procedure was performed on the column of HP-5（30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm）.The initial temperature was maintained at 170 ℃ for 3 minutes,and then the temperature was raised to 182 ℃ at the speed of 1 ℃/min and maintained for 1 minute.The inlet temperature of samples was at 280 ℃,the detector temperature was at 280 ℃,the flow rate of Nitrogen was 0.6 mL/min,n-octadecane was taken as the internal standard,and FID was used for detection.Results Patchouli alcohol showed a good linear relationship at the range from 0.041 1 mg/mL to 0.411 2 mg/mL in the ratio between peak area and internal standard peak area or concentration（Y=2.94X+0.0128,r=0.999 2）.The average recovery was 98.96%（RSD=1.88%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is accurate,easy and sensitive,which can be used for the quantitative determination of patchouli alcohol in Huoxiangzhengqi Soft-Capsules.关键词：capillary gas chromatography;Huoxiangzhengqi Soft-Capsules;patchouli alcohol;quantitative determination

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the influence of temperature on active constituents of the superfines of Qianghuo（Notopterygium）.Methods Qianghuo was micronized by using vibromill at room temperature and low temperature（-10 ℃） respectively.The content of volatile oil in the superfines prepared at different temperature was detected,and the content of ferulic acid was determined by using HPLC.Results The content of ferulic acid was not lost after micronized by vibromill at room temperature,but the content of volatile oil was lost,which could be avoided by the micronization at low temperature（-10 ℃）.Conclusion The vibromill at low temperature is proved initially that it is suitable for the preparation of superfines of Qianghuo.关键词：Qianghuo（Notopterygium）;vibromill at low temperature;micronization;volatile oil;ferulic acid

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To separate the fractions with anticoagulant activity from the pepsin hydrolytic liquid of Quanxie（Scorpio）,and detect the distribution of molecular weight in the active fractions by applying gel filtration chromatography.Methods The methods of UV-detection and Coomassie brilliant blue G250 were used to detect and combine protein fractions of gel chromatography.The anticoagulant activities of different fractions were detected taken activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） as index.The distribution of molecular weight of the separated active fractions was determined by using MALDI-TOF-MS.Results There two fractions,separated from the pepsin hydrolytic liquid of Quanxie by gel filtration chromatography,with significant anticoagulant activities.The molecular weight distributed from 850 to 5 300.Conclusion The result of anticoagulant test in vitro indicates that gel filtration chromatography is feasible for purifying and separating the pepsin hydrolytic liquid of Quanxie.The outcomes of MALDI-TOF-MS show that the active fraction is micromolecular peptide.关键词：Quanxie（Scorpio）;hydrolysis;gel filtration chromatography;anticoagulation;active fractions

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To study the TCM syndrome characteristics of acute diabetic myocardial infarction and non-diabetic myocardial infarction.Methods The questionnaires were used to collect the data from 1 158 cases of acute diabetic myocardial infarction in 6 TCM hospitals of grade III-A in Beijing.All cases were divided into diabetes group（n=361） and non-diabetes group（n=797）.An ACCESS database was established and the TCM syndrome characteristics were compared and analysed in two groups.Results In the diabetes group yin deficiency with fever was common,and the proportion of yang deficiency to yin deficiency was higher significantly than that in the non-diabetes group.In two groups the deficiency syndromes were mainly qi deficiency,and excess syndromes were mainly blood stasis,among which the syndromes of deficiency complicated with excessiveness were the most common,especially in the diabetes group.There were 56 syndrome types in the diabetes group and 74 in the non-diabetes group,among which the deficiency syndrome was mainly dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome,and the excess syndrome was mainly syndrome of blood-stasis and phlegm obstructing collateral.There were 40 syndromes of deficiency complicated with excessiveness in the diabetes group and 56 in the non-diabetes group,among which the first 4 syndromes included the syndrome of qi-deficiency blood-stasis phlegm-obstruction,syndrome of qi-deficiency blood-stasis,syndrome of dual qi-yin-deficiency blood-stasis phlegm-obstruction,and syndrome of dual qi-yin-deficiency blood-stasis.The proportion of the syndrome of dual qi-yin-deficiency blood-stasis phlegm-obstruction was higher significantly in the diabetes group than that in the non-diabetes group.Conclusion TCM syndromes of acute diabetic myocardial infarction show complicated characteristics,which should be treated with the therapy of elimination and reinforcement,and Chinese herbal remedies of cold and warm in nature used in combination for steadying yang and calming yin.

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal remedies（CHR） combined with insulin pump（continuous subcutaneous insulin injection,CSII） in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and review accurately the effects of the combination on islet β-cell function and insulin resistance.Methods The patients（n=10） with type 2 diabetes（the combined group） were treated with CHR combined with CSII,and the patients（n=10） with the same fasting plasma glucose value（the control group） were treated with CSII only.After one month the levels of plasma glucose（PG） and glycated hemoglobin（HbA1C） were detected.The islet β-cell function and insulin resistance were reviewed by hyperglycemic clamp technique.Results ①After the treatment the secretion of biphasic insulin increased in two groups,and in the combined group the average value and highest value of the secretion of biphasic insulin were all higher than those in the control group and the difference was significant statistically（P<0.05）.②The insulin sensitivity index（ISI） increased in the combined group（t=-4.837,P=0.001）,and had no obvious change in the control group（t=-1.655,P=0.132）.The net increasing value of ISI was different significantly between two groups（t=4.364,P=0.002）.Conclusion CHR combined with insulin pump can control plasma glucose well in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and the mechanism may be related to the recovery of islet β-cell sensitivity to glucose stimulation and the improvement of insulin resistance.关键词：type 2 diabetes;treatment with Chinese medicine;insulin pump;insulin resistance

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the curative effect of arthroscope combined with post-operation manipulations on knee synovial plica syndrome.Method The patients（n=18,18 knees） were treated with synovial plica excised operation by arthroscope and then given manipulations on the knee joint and rehabilitation training after the operation.The curative effects were compared before and after the operation.Result Among 18 cases there were 14（77.8%） with knee function recovered,4（22.2%） with joint pain and swelling disappeared and mild function limitation,and 0 without the symptoms relieved.The statistical data of Lysholm score before and after the treatment showed that P<0.01.Conclusion Arthroscope combined with post-operation manipulations is effective in the treatment of knee synovial plica syndrome.关键词：knee synovial plica syndrome;arthroscope;manipulations;knee joint

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：A complete framework of acupuncture reinforcement-reduction manipulations in Neijing was outlined to reflect the features according to the train of thought from purpose,principle,judgement,manipulation and curative effect through the analysis on the records of acupuncture reinforcement-reduction manipulations in Neijing.The result of the research showed that the basic purpose of reinforcement-reduction manipulations was the regulation of qi,and the core connotation was the regulation of the mind in Neijing.The key points included reinforcing deficiency before reducing excess and reinforcement or reduction manipulated according to 25 types of constitutions,pulse changes and skin conditions based on the general principle of reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess.Neijing recorded 7 kinds of acupuncture reinforcement-reduction manipulations and influenced their development in later age,which put the attention to the changes and regulation of the spirit,mind and mindwill.The feeling of patient and changes of pulse and skin temperature were taken as the review criterion of curative effect.关键词：Huangdineijing;acupuncture reinforcement-reduction manipulations;acupuncture theory
