      摘要:The paper tried to analyse and discuss the characteristics,classification,pathogenesis and therapies of deteriorated syndromes induced by erroneous purgation according to the articles of erroneous purgation and contraindication of purgative therapy in Shanghanlun.The analysis was carried out from the aspect of modern concept of pharmacovigilance for mining and studying the adverse reactions of Chinese herbal remedies in TCM classical theory.There were 12 contraindications of purgative therapy summed up.The study on classics is conducive for improving the curative effect of Chinese medicine and preventing the adverse reactions of Chinese herbal remedies,which will warn physicians not to cure disease experimentally with medicines,and not to use wrong drugs and improper therapies.

      摘要:It has been a new thinking train in medical circles of Chinese medicine that chronic gastritis is understood based on the theory of turbid toxin.The paper defined the concept of turbid toxin,put forward that the main pathogenesis of chronic gastritis was turbid toxin,and made a systematic summarization on the characteristics of chronic gastritis,symptoms,general therapies,laws of remedy and formula administration,rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the treatment of combined syndromes.The therapy of transforming turbidity and detoxification used in clinic can relieve not only the symptoms,but also mucosal atrophy,stop the development of the disease,and reverse enterocyte metaplasis and heterotypic proliferation.

      摘要:The result of national discipline evaluation from 2007 to 2009 has been published by the Academic Degrees Center of Ministry of Education.The discipline of integration of Chinese and Western medicine in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine was ranked first.The analysis on all evaluation indexes found that,although the overall level of the discipline was higher,the internal development of it was unbalanced.From the view of the first grade indexes and compared with the rank overall of the discipline in our university,the index of scientific research was weaker,and other indexes were stronger. From the view of the second grade indexes the indexes of experts,students and projects were ranked better,the index of research basis was no good,and the index of thesis-monographs was behind.From the view of the last indexes the indexes of SCI and so on,EI and so on,total funding of research, national key disciplines,proportion of teacher with doctorate,number of the master degrees awarded and number of national excellent dissertations of the doctoral degree were ranked behind compared with the rank overall of our university.The paper has made clear further the development direction based on indepth analysis in the development of the discipline.The purpose is to provide reference for the planning and construction of the discipline,and improving a sustained,healthy and rapid development of it.

      摘要:Objective To study the effect of daidzein on the proliferation of endometrial carcinoma and the mechanism,and to provide the theoretical basis for the application of phytoestrogen.Methods Endometrial carcinoma cell line-Ishikawa was cultured in vitro.The influences of daidzein in different doses on the proliferation of Ishikawa cells were detected by using MTT method,and the changes of estrogen-related receptor-α-mRNA(ERRα-mRNA) and protein level were detected by applying RT-PCR and Western blot method.Results Daidzein inhibited significantly the proliferation of Ishikawa cells in vitro,and the effect was strengthened along with the increase of the dose and the prolong of action time,showing a dose-dependence and time-dependence.Daidzein in low dose(<40 mmol/L) had no effects on ERRαmRNA and protein level,but in high dose(≥40 mmol/L) it regulated upward the expression of ERRα.Conclusion Daidzein can inhibit the proliferation of endometrial carcinoma through regulating the expression of ERRα.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of Houshihei Powder combining with environment intervention on the recovery of neural function after cerebral ischemia.Methods The method of number table was used to divide all rats into the sham-operation group,model group,enriched environment group, Houshihei Powder group and Houshihei Powder combining with enriched environment group(combining group).The rat model of cerebral ischemia was established by using the method of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).The recovery of fine motor function was evaluated by beam-walking test(BWT),the somatesthesia and performance of fine motor were evaluated by tactile stimulation test,and the lesion of neurocytes was reviewed by pathomorphological detection.Results In the combining group the recovery of beam-walking ability,tactile sensitivity or fine motor function were recovered significantly 7 days after modeling,and there was a significant difference compared with the model group.The recovery was lagged significantly in Houshihei Powder group and enriched environment group,but improved significantly 12 days after modeling compared with the model group.The intact pyramidal cells of cortex and CA1 area of hippocampus were higher significantly in the combining group and Houshihei Powder group than those in the model group,while those was higher in the combining group than those in Houshihei Powder group. The neuron degeneration was relieved significantly in the combining group and Houshihei Powder group compared with that in the model group.The content of Nissl bodies increased significantly in the combining group and Houshihei Powder group compared with the model group(P<0.01).The comparison between the combining group and Houshihei Powder group showed no significant difference.Conclusion The protective effect of Houshihei Powder combining with enriched environment on neurocytes is better than that of Chinese herbal remedies or enriched environment intervention respectively.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of vasoactive substances and in the relief of rat hindlimb ischemia after meridian point injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs).Methods SD rats(n=24) were randomly divided into the blank control group,model group,meridian point injection group(point group) and muscle injection group(muscle group).The model of hindlimb ischemia was established in rats by using apocope of femoral artery and branches.The acupoints of Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Housanli,Zhohai(K 16),Huantiao(GB 30) and Yanglingquan(GB 34) were chosen in the point group and random 5 points were chosen in the muscle group,and then injected BM-MSCs respectively.After 3 weeks the serum content of angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) and nitric oxide (NO) in abdominal aorta were detected,and AngⅡcontent and the expression of endothelin-1(ET-1) in hindlimb skeletal muscle were detected by using immunohistochemistry assay in all groups.Results The serum NO content increased significantly in the point group and muscle group than that in the blank group and model group(P<0.01),while the difference in serum content of Angll was not statistically significant.The expression of ET-1 in hindlimb skeletal muscle increased significantly(P<0.01) in the point group and muscle group,and that in the point group was higher than that in the muscle group(P<0.01).The difference of AngⅡcontent in hindlimb skeletal muscle was not statistically significant. Conclusion The results showed that ET-1 and NO joined into the relieve of rat hindlimb ischemia after meridian point injection with BM-MSCs,and AngⅡdid not.

      摘要:Objective To discuss the influences of Shenyanning on renal signal pathway of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and p38 mitogen activated protein kinase(p38MAPK) in rats with IgA nephropathy.Methods All SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,Western medicine group(benazepril and losartan),and Chinese medicine group(Shenyanning).The model of IgA nephropathy was established by the method of lipopolysaccharide+bovine albumin+carbon tetrachloride.All groups were given relevant drugs intragastrically.The expressions of TGF-β1 and p38MAPK-mRNA were detected by applying IgA immunofluorescence test and RT-PCR at the end of the 15th week.Results The strength of IgA immunofluorescence and expressions of TGF-β1 and p38MAPK-mRNA decreased significantly in the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group compared with those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenyanning may cure IgA nephropathy through inhibiting renal signal pathway of p38MAPK.

      摘要:Objective To study the Pharmacological effects of different extract fractions from Guijianyu (Euonymus alatus) on diabetic rats,pursue the effective fractions,make clear the effective constituents of Guijianyu for treating diabetes,and set up the quality control standard.Methods The model of diabetic rat was established by the injection of streptozotocin(STZ).All rats were divided into the model group,treatment group and normal group.The treatment group was given the fractions of Guijianyu including petroleum ether, ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol,water,residue and rectified polysaccharide respectively.After 4 weeks the body weight,blood sugar(BS),blood fat,creatinine,urea,and whole blood viscosity(WBV) and whole blood reduced viscosity at high or low share rate were observed.Results The fractions of petroleum ether, water and ethyl acetate had significant anti-diabetes effect,n-butyl alcohol and rectified polysaccharide had significant reducing effect on blood creatinine,and other fractions had significant reducing effect on urea.The fraction of residue decreased significantly the content of low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and cholesterol(CH), water decreased WBV,and rectified polysaccharide increased significantly hematocrit(HCT).The body weight was put on by all fractions except rectified polysaccharide.Conclusion Different fractions of Guijianyu have different effects in anti-diabetes,anti-hyperlipidemia,improving kidney function,decreasing blood viscosity and putting on body weight.Guijianyu can be used for curing and preventing diabetes and its complications through influencing different links in the development of diabetes.

      摘要:Objective To discuss the improving effect of tenuigenin on learning and memory ability and its influence on cerebral monoamine neurotransmitters in senescence-accelerated mice prone 8(SAMP8). Methods The senescence-accelerated mice(SAMP8) were chosen as subjects,and then randomly divided into the model group,tenuigenin group and Donepezil group.SAMR1 were chosen into the the control group.After intragastrical treatment for 3 months,the learning and memory ability and the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA),dopamine(DA) and norepinephrine(NE) were detected respectively by applying Morris water maze and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results In the tenuigenin group the hidden platform test showed that the escape latency was,respectively,(43.56±10.87)s,(41.37±9.71)s,(37.62±10.05)s and (41.60±13.61)s from the 2nd to 5th day,and the reversed test showed that the escape latency was (37.10±14.04) s on the 9th day,which were all shortened compared with those in the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the tenuigenin group the level of 5-HT, 5-HIAA,DA or NE was,respectively,(5.95±0.93) mmol/L,(4.43±1.08) mmol/L,(2.61±0.87) mmol/L and(9.44±3.76) mmol/L,which all increased compared with those in the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tenuigenin can improve the learning and memory ability of SAMP8,and the effect may related to that it can regulate the level of cerebral monoamine neurotransmitters.

      摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) on colonic transit in rats with slow transit constipation(STC),and reveal the correlation between Dahuang and STC development.Methods All SD rats(n=24) were randomly divided into the Dahuang group and control group.The rat model of STC was established by feeding Dahuang in the Dahuang group,and after fasting activated charcoal suspension(10 mL/kg) were given orally to rats of two groups respectively.The length of whole intestine,charcoal powder propelling length and colonic transit were detected after killing rats and taking the intestine from pylorus to distal rectum.The colonic tissue was stained by HE and observed with the electron microscope,and at the same time stained by immunohistochemistry for observing the expression of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP).Results The charcoal powder propelling length and colonic transit were reduced in the Dahuang group compared with those in the control group.The level of VIP in colonic intermuscular nerve plexus decreased significantly in the Dahuang group than that in the control group.The obvious retrograde degenerations of colonic cytoarchitacture were observed by both light microscope and electron microscope.The colonic transit was slower and there was no interstitial Cajal cells (ICC) in colonic intermuscular nerve plexus in the Dahuang group,and VIP level decreased significantly compared with that in the control group.Conclusion Anthraquinone cathartic,including Dahuang,can injure colonic intermuscular nerve plexus and induce colonic transit.This kind of medicines should not be administrated for long time when curing STC.

      摘要:Objective To study the influences of acupuncture in different acupoints on activities of hypothalamus GnRH-related neurons in female rats,compare the validity of different acupoints in body’s different parts to the neuron activities,and provide experimental basis for the treatment of the diseases of propagative and incretory system with acupuncture.Methods The discharge of GnRH-related neurons in the medial preoptic area,arcuate nucleus and paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus were recorded extracellularly by using glass microelectrode to study the difference of 15 acupoints in body’s different parts in activation and activation intensity to neurons.Results The percentage of activated neuron discharge changes before and after acupuncture in 15 acupoints showed a descending order as follows:Zigong(EXCA1), Guanyuan(CV4),Daimai(GB26),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Erjia,Zusanli(ST36),Xiaguan(ST7), Guanyuanshu(BL26),Shenshu(BL23),Zhongwan(CV12),Quchi(LI11),Hegu(LI4),Neiguan (PC6),Ganshu(BL18) and Danzhong(CV17).The acupuncture positions with obvious changes included low abdominal,hind limbs and lower back.The influence of acupuncture on inhibited neurons was as the same as that on activated ones.Conclusion Acupuncture can regulate effectively the activity of hypothalamus-hypophysis-gonadal endocrine axis,but the effect is different in different acupoints.The regulation effect of acupuncture in an acupoint is related closely to the spinal segment dominated position of the same acupoint.The acupoints with the same spinal segment domination of the genital organs have the largest activation on hypothalamus GnRH-related neurons.

      摘要:Objective To observe the influences of electroacupuncture on the content of hypothalamus enkephalin(ENK) and spinal orphanin FQ(OFQ) in rats with chronic inflammatory pain,and investigate the mechanism of electroacupuncture in single acupoint in the treatment of chronic inflammatory pain. Method All SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,acupuncture group,and electroacupuncture group.The content of hypothalamus ENK and spinal OFQ were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Result In the model group the content of hypothalamus ENK and spinal OFQ did not increase(P>0.05) compared with those in the normal group,and those increased respectively in the acupuncture group(P<0.01,P<0.05) and the electroacupuncture group (P<0.01,P<0.05) compared with those in the model group.Conclusion Acupuncture and electroacupuncture in single acupoint can relieve chronic inflammatory pain,and the mechanism may be related to the improvement of ENK and OFQ synthesis and release in central nervous system.

      摘要:Objective To establish a method of HPLC-PDA for quantitative determination of puerarin, daidzin and paeoniflorin respectively in the effective fraction of Qisho Formula at the maximum absorption wavelength.Methods The procedure of HPLC-PDA was performed on the chromatographic column of ODSHYPERSIL(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase in the gradient elution was acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution(0.2%).The temperature was 35℃,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/ min,and the detection wavelength was 250 nm and 230 nm respectively.Results Puerarin,daidzin and paeoniflorin showed good linear relationship,respectively,at range from 0.096 4μg to 1.542 4μg, 0.094 4μg to 1.510 4μg and 0.099 6μg to 1.593 6μg.The average recovery was 97.44%,98.40% and 100.26%respectively(RSD=1.31%,2.70%and 1.35%respectively).Conclusion The method is easy and accurate with higher repeatability,which can be used in the quality control of the effective fraction of Qisho Formula.

      摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of four anthraquinone constituents,including aurantio-obtusifolin,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion,in the effective fraction of Jiangzhining by HPLC.Methods The procedure of HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of SunFire C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) at the temperature of 30℃.The mobile phase in the gradient elution was acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution(0.1%),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 285 nm.Results The average recovery of aurantio-obtusifolin,emodin, chrysophanol or physcion was,respectively,98.69%,99.97%,97.98%and 99.20%,and RSD was 2.20%,1.18%,2.27%and 1.15%.Conclusion The determination results of three batches of samples showed that the method was easy and accurate,which can be used in the quantitative determination of four anthraquinone constituents in the effective fraction of Jiangzhining.

      摘要:Objective To study the chemical constituents in Altai Chaihu(Altai Bupleurum Root). Method Chromatographic technique was used for isolation and purification of Altai Chaihu,and the structure was identified according to physiochemical property and spectrum data.Result There were 8 compounds isolated and identified,including①3,5,7-trihydroxy-3′,4′-dimethoxy-flavone,②quercetin,③isoliquiritigenin,④hyperoside,⑤5,2′,4′-trihydroxy-6,7,5′-trimethoxyflavone,⑥5, 8-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone,⑦isorhamnetin,and⑧kaemferol.Conclusion All of these 8 compounds are isolated from Altai Chaihu for the first time.

      摘要:Objective To observe the total curative effects of electroacupuncture and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression for 6 weeks,investigate the relief of symptoms in the patients and analyse the effective characteristics of two therapies.Method The patients with depression(n=60) were randomly divided into the electroacupuncture group and control group.The electroacupuncture group was treated with normal needling at the first in the acupoints of Baihui(GV 20) and Yintang(EX-HN 3),and then stimulated with HANS electroacupuncture instrument after obtaining qi(2/15 Hz for 30 minutes and once a day) for 6 weeks.The control group was treated with fluoxetine(20 mg/d) for 6 weeks.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) was used to review the patients of two groups before the treatment and 2,4 and 6 weeks after the treatment.Result After 6 weeks there was no significant difference in the total curative effect between two groups(P>0.05).In the electroacupuncture group the relief of factors of anxiety/ somatization and dyssomnia was different significantly to those in the control group(P<0.05) 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment.In the control group the relief of retardation factor is different significantly to that in the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05) 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment,but there was no significant difference in the above factors between two groups 6 weeks after the treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the factors of cognitive disorder and body weight between two groups(P>0.05) at all time points.Conclusion Electroacupuncture and fluoxetine have the same curative effect on depression,but have different characteristics,that is,2 and 4 weeks after the treatment the former has more significant effects on dyssonmia and anxiety/somatization,and the latter has more significant effect on retardation factor.Two therapies have the same effects on all factors until 6 weeks after the treatment.

      摘要:Objective To discuss the effect of the therapy of supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and free the collateral vessels on life quality in patients with the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Method The patients(n=30) accorded with the diagnostic standard of Chinese and Western medicine were chosen and given Yiqihuoxuetongluo Decoction orally,one decoction and twice a day(200 mL once).One therapeutic course was 3 months and the patients were observed for 2 courses.St.George’s respiratory-disease questionnaire(SGRQ) was taken as an examination tool to observe the improvement of life quality in the patients.Result After th treatment for 6 months the scores of respiratory symptoms and activity limitation,and the total integral decreased in SGRQ,and there was a difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05).The score of disease impact decreased a little and there was a difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion The therapy of supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and free the collateral vessels is significant to the life quality of the patients with the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis of IPF.
