摘要:The concepts of ideation and manifestation were explained firstly in the paper.The connotation of ideation includes three points:ideation belongs to the category of short-term memory if it is oriented towards recall;it belongs to the long-term memory if it is oriented towards will;and it will compose the process of thinking with thought,consideration and intelligence together if it is oriented towards heart,which belongs to one of links in the process of thinking.The manifestation is phenomena,signs and models,implicating the things we see.The structure of ideation and manifestation mode of TCM diagnosis and treatment is analyzed as follows:ideation and manifestation (syndromes)=ideation (recall,will and heart of physician)+ manifestation (tongue manifestation,pulse condition and signs of disease of patients).The structure falls into deep dynamic system and superficial operative system respectively,while the ideation and manifestation mode of diagnosis and treatment can be joined orderly through these two systems and its smooth dynamic operative process is showed.The mode can be divided into 4 links including manifestation erection (will manifestation of ideation),the course of manifestation erection (formative process of recall manifestation of ideation),ideation erection (heart manifestation of ideation) and general integration.Finally,the characteristics of phenomenology,speculation and dynamics of the mode were summed up.

摘要:The records of abnormal speech and language were scattered in different chapters of Shanghanzabinglun,among which there were 51 from Shanghanlun and 19 from Jinguiyaolue.These records had different descriptive emphases and modes with bright characteristics.The abnormal speech and language in Shanghanzabinglun,according to different descriptive emphases,can be classified into five types,including abnormal utterance,abnormal intonation,abnormal quantity,abnormal content and aphonia.The clinical significance of the abnormal speech and language in Shanghanzabinglun is important and embodied in reflections of etiology,pathogenesis,disease location,therapeutic indication and mistreatment.It is significant practically to find out TCM recognition on the abnormal speech and language from Shanghanzabinglun and serve to the clinic with its advantages.

摘要:Twelve jingjin (meridian sinew) is an important component of TCM meridian and collateral system,which is closely related to twelve meridian vessel.There are two contradictory opinions in the study on jingjin essential:muscle theory and nerve theory.System science is holism relative to reductionism,and it applied the views of systemic structure,controlling,information to study the emergency mechanism of subject’s function and information.The paper indicated qualitatively that jingjin is an organic and systemic organization in human body,consisting of linear organizations consecutively with tension proprioceptive,such as muscle spindles,sinews,ligaments and joint capsules,which unites the figure,function and perceptual information.This opinion is based on the contradictory point in the interpretation of jingjin theory,thought of systemic science,theory and exercise of yijinjing qigong,modern human anatomy and sport physiology.The systemic structure,function,interactive relationship with muscle,and perceptual information mechanism of jingjin were analysed carefully.Finally,the paper answered the questions about the circulation laws and clinical symptoms of TCM jingjin system and the relationship between it and spirit based on the above opinion,and explained the rationality,applicability and scientificity of jingjin theory.

摘要:Objective To investigate the Ji (30-year) time period of yunqi (five circuits and six qi) according to meteorological changes of Beijing for 60 years.Methods The meteorological data of Beijing for 60 years were sequenced according to heavenly stems and earthly branches of a year,and then divided into Jiazi Ji group and Jiawu Ji group.The meteorological factors including annual average,average of the first half and second half of year,and bimonthly average were paired and tested.It will be believed that the influences of yunqi on weather in Jiazi Ji and Jiawu Ji were the same if there was no statistical difference between two groups.Results Between two groups,the annual average of vapor pressure,relative humidity,precipitation and wind speed showed no statistical difference (P>0.05),that of low cloud amount showed significant difference (P<0.05),and that of temperature showed greatly significant difference (P<0.01).The average of the first half year of vapor pressure,relative humidity,precipitation,wind speed and low cloud amount showed no statistical difference (P>0.05),but that of temperature showed greatly significant difference (P<0.01).The average of the second half year of vapor pressure,relative humidity,precipitation and wind speed showed no statistical difference (P>0.05),and that of temperature and low cloud amount showed greatly significant difference (P<0.01).The bimonthly average of vapor pressure and precipitation showed no statistical difference (P>0.05),that of wind speed showed significant difference (P<0.05),and that of temperature,relative humidity and low cloud amount showed greatly significant difference (P<0.01).The results indicated that the vapor pressure and precipitation of two Ji had the same change laws in the dimension of year,half year and bimonthly,relative humidity of two Ji had the same change laws in the dimension of year and half year,low cloud amount of two Ji had the same change laws in the dimension of the first half of year,and temperature of two Ji had different change laws.Conclusion The meteorological data of Beijing for 60 years reflected that the yunqi in two Ji of one time period were similar,but showed different change laws according to suihui.

摘要:Objective To observe the interventional effects of Huangqi (Radix Astragali) and Sumu (Lignum Sappan) and their formulas on expression of spleen CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells (Treg) and serum level of cytokines in tumor-bearing mice.Methods The model of Lewis pulmonary cancer was established in C57BL/6 mice.The influences of Huangqi,Sumu and their formulas on the tumor inhibitory rate,inhibitory rate of lung metastasis,weight and survival time were observed dynamically in tumor-bearing mice.The expression of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg detected by using flow cytometer 6,10,15 and 20 days after inoculation respectively.The levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,IL-12p70 and IFN-γ were detected by using CBA FLEX SET and the level of TGF-β was detected by using ELISA.Results The tumor weight was lower in 6-day Sumu group and 10-day Huangqi+Sumu group than that in the control group (P<0.05).The inhibitory rate of lung metastasis was 77.75% in Huangqi+Sumu group.The expression of spleen CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg trended to ascend along with the increase of tumor-bearing day in the control group,and that was lower in 20-day Huangqi group (P<0.05) and significantly lower in Huangqi+Sumu group (P<0.01) than that in the control group.The serum levels of IL-10 and TGF-β were lower in Huangqi+Sumu group than those in the control group (P<0.05).The descending order of median survival time showed as follows:Huangqi+Sumu group (39 days),Huangqi group (38 days),Sumu group (35 days) and control group (24 days).Conclusion The compound formula (Huangqi+Sumu) with the actions of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation can improve the immune tolerance condition through regulating the expression of spleen Treg in tumor-bearing mice,with the better effect than single Huangqi or Sumu.It may be one of effective targets of Chinese herbal remedies for inhibiting Lewis lung metastasis and prolonging life.

摘要:Objective To study the influence of Awei Capsules on level of apoprotein A4(Apo-A4) genetic transcription.Methods All rats were randomly divided into the normal control group,model group,prevention groups with mid-dose and high-dose Awei Capsules and treatment groups with mid-dose and high-dose Awei Capsules.The normal control group was fed normally and other groups were given orally high fat emulsion (2 mL).The two prevention groups were given the suspension of Awei Capsules for 4 weeks beginning from the day of modeling,and the two treatment groups were modeled continuously for 4 weeks until success,and then given the suspension for 4 weeks.The level of Apo-A4 genetic transcription in all groups was detected by applying reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results The outcomes of RT-PCR showed that there was a significant difference in the level of Apo-A4 genetic transcription between the normal control group and model group (P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the model group and prevention groups with mid-dose and high-dose Awei Capsules or treatment groups with mid-dose and high-dose Awei Capsules (P<0.01),respectively.Conclusion Awei Capsules can significantly increase or stabilize the level of Apo-A4 genetic transcription.
摘要:Objective To discuss the relationship between meteorological factors and incidence of pneumonia.Methods The bimonthly average incidence data of pneumonia were given descriptive analysis in cases of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from 1998 to 2007.The single-factor correlation analysis and multi-stepwise regression analysis were carried out on 5 kinds of meteorological data including temperature,vapor pressure,relative humidity,precipitation and wind speed,which might influence the incidence of pneumonia.Results In the first stage the incidence of constituent ratio of pneumonia had a significant and negative correlation with temperature and vapor pressure (P<0.05),a significant correlation with wind speed (P<0.01),and a negative correlation with precipitation and relative humidity but did not reached significant level (P>0.05).Vapor pressure was a major factor influencing the incidence of pneumonia in this stage.In the sixth stage the incidence of lonstituent ratio of pneumonia had a significant negative correlation with temperature (P<0.05),a significant correlation with relative humidity (P>0.05),a correlation with precipitation and wind speed,and a negative correlation with vapor pressure but did not reached significant level (P>0.05).Temperature was a major factor influencing the incidence of pneumonia in this stage.Conclusion Temperature influences directly on the incidence of pneumonia.

摘要:Objective To study the expression difference of plasma apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ (ApoA-Ⅰ) and α1-antitrypsin (α1-AT) in the patients with blood stasis syndrome of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD),and discuss the relationship between ApoA-Ⅰ,α1-AT and inflammation.Methods The plasma samples were collected from the patients with the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis or the syndrome of phlegm-stasis inter-obstruction (n=34) according strictly to the diagnostic standard of blood stasis syndrome of CHD unstable angina pectoris.The venous blood were collected from fast patients in the morning within 2 days after hospitalizing.After EDTA anticoagulation and centrifugation,the expressions of ApoA-Ⅰ and α1-AT were detected by using Western blotting method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The expression level of ApoA-Ⅰ was significantly lower,and the expression level of α1-AT was significantly higher in the group of syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis and group of syndrome of phlegm-stasis inter-obstruction than those in health control group (P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of ApoA-Ⅰ and α1-AT are different in the patients with blood stasis syndrome of CHD unstable angina pectoris,which indicates that inflammatory reaction may be one of mechanisms of blood stasis syndrome of CHD.
摘要:Objective To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of acupuncture in acupoints of Governor Vessel for treating Parkinson’s disease (PD).Methods All male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,including the normal group,model group,madopar group,acupuncture group and acupuncture combining with madopar group (acu+mad group).The model was established and mice survived for 28 days.The mice motor coordination was measured by using pole test.The content of dopamine and its metabolic products in forebrain were detected by applying electrochemical HPLC internal standard method.The positive neurons of tyrosine hydroxylase in the substantia nigra of midbrain were detected by using immunohistochemistry.The ultrastructural changes of neurons in the substantia nigra were observed with transmission electron microscope (TEM).Results The pole-climbing time were shorter significantly in 3 treatment groups than that in the model group (P<0.05),and that was much shorter in the acu+mad group than that in the acupuncture group and madopar group (P<0.05).The content of dopamine and its metabolic products in forebrain increased significantly in the acu+mad group than those in the acupuncture group (P<0.05),and the positive neurons of tyrosine hydroxylase in substantia nigra were higher than those in the madopar group (P<0.05).The TEM result showed that the degree of mitochondria injury in the neurons of substantia nigra was lower in the acupuncture group and acu+mad group than that in the model group and madopar group.Conclusion Acupuncture in acupoints of Governor Vessel combining with madopar can relieve the abnormal behaviors in PD mice.The mechanism may be related to that the decrease of loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra,and the relief of mitochondria injury.
摘要:Objective To discuss the influence of Qishenyiqi Gutta Pills (QGP)on expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in rats with diabetic retinopathy.Methods The diabetic rat model was established by one-time injection of streptozotozin (STZ,65 mg/kg).All SD rats (n=50) were randomly divided into the control group,model group and QGP group.The extractum of QGP (0.2 g/(kg·d)) was administrated intragastrically.After 10 months,the rats were killed and the eyeballs were collected for the observation of retinal vascular digest preparations.The expression of ICAM-1 was detected by using immunohistochemistry method,and ICAM-1-mRNA was examined by using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).The blood samples were collected from rats for detecting the serum content of ICAM-1.Results The serum content of ICAM-1 was higher in the model group than that in the control group,and was lower in the QGP group than that in the model group,but had no statistical significance (P>0.05).The expressions of retinal capillary ICAM-1 and retinal ICAM-1-mRNA were higher significantly in the model group than those in the control group,and was lower significantly in the QGP group than those in the model group with a significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion QGP can delay the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy in rats through decreasing the expressions of retinal ICAM-1 and ICAM-1-mRNA.
摘要:Objective To observe the influences of Jianshen Granules (JG) on expression of endothelin-1-mRNA (ET-1-mRNA) and kidney function in rats with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods The DN model was established in 40 Wistar rats by 5/6 kidney being nephrectomized and injection of STZ through caudal vein.The rats were randomly divided into the JG group,benazepril group,Baoshenkang group and pathologic control group (each n=10),and another 10 rats were included into the normal control group.The levels of SCr and BUN were detected by using biochemistry method.The kidney tissue samples were observed with the light microscope and electron microscope after staining.The expression of ET-1-mRNA was detected by applying PCR.Results The levels of SCr and BUN were lower in the JG group than those in the benazepril group,Baoshenkang group and pathologic control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) respectively,and the expression of ET-1-mRNA was also lower in the JG group than that in the other three groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The outcomes of the light microscope showed that in the JG group the pathological changes of kidney tissue,including glomerular volume (GV),tuft adhesion,mesangial proliferation and mesangial matrix proliferation,were relieved significantly compared with other three groups.The outcomes of the electron microscope showed that in the JG group glomerular epithelial proliferation and swelling,process confluence,short and applanation,and pseudovilli change,mesangial proliferation,mesangial matrix proliferation,telangiectasis and cell accumulation were significantly relieved compared with other three groups.The results of decreasing blood sugar,urine protein and blood lipid were much better in the JG group than those in other three groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion JG can significantly improve kidney function,regulate blood sugar and lipid,down-regulate ET-1-mRNA expression,and meliorate the pathological histology of kidney in DN rats.
摘要:Objective To establish a method of HPLC-ELSD for quantitative determination of astragaloside IV and a method of visible spectrophotometry for total astragalosides in the ffective fraction of Qisho Formula,and to control effectively the quality of the effective fraction of Qisho Formula.Methods For the quantity determination of astragaloside IV by HPLC-ELSD,the procedure of HPLC-ELSD was performed on the chromatographic column of Hypersll-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase in the gradient elution was acetonitrile-water (31:69).The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and drifttube temperature was 101 ℃.The air flow rate was 2.7 L/min.For the quantity determination of total astragalosides by visible spectrophotometry,the column chromatography of MCI was used for separating,and then reversed-phase C18 solid phase extraction (SPE) column,for purification.Vanillin acetic acid solution (5%) and perchloric acid were taken as developing agent for determination at 543 nm.Results Astragaloside IV showed a good linear relationship,respectively,at the range from 1.30 μg to 7.80 μg and from 0.010 8 g/L to 0.065 g/L in HPLC-ELSD procedure and visible spectrophotometry.The average recovery of astragaloside IV was 95.95%(RSD=2.46%) and 96.58%(RSD=2.28%) respectively.Conclusion The methods are easy and accurate with higher repeatability,which can be used in the quality control of astragalosides in the effective fraction of Qisho Formula.
摘要:Objective To determine the content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Baihuasheshecao (Herba Hedyotis diffusae) produced from different places and collected at different time by HPLC.Method The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Lichrospher C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was MeOH-2% HAC(88:12).The detection wavelength was 210 nm,temperature was 30 ℃,flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min,and sample size was 10 μL.Result Ursolic acid showed a good linear relationship at the range from 0.126 μg to 4.030 μg (r=0.999 93) and the average recovery was 97.45% (RSD=1.74%).Oleanolic acid showed a good linear relationship at the range from 0.026 μg to 0.820 μg (r=0.999 91) and the average recovery was 97.10% (RSD=1.30%).Baihuasheshecao collected at October from Kunshan had the highest content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid,that from Jiangxi,less,and from 3 places in Jiangsu,higher and good.The content of them were higher in Baihuasheshecao collected at October than those at July,so the collection time could be set at October.Conclusion The method is easy and accurate with higher repeatability,which can be the base of quality control for further development and use of Baihuasheshecao.
摘要:Objective To establish a method for the quantitiative determination of three kinds of steroidal saponins (saponins 01,saponins 02 and saponins 03) in the effective fraction of Juandan (Lilium lancifolium Thunb.) by HPLC.Method The HPLC procedure was performed on the the chromatographic column of phenomenex C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase in the gradient elution was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 210 nm.Result Saponins 01 showed a good linear relationship at the range from 2.81 μg to 14.08 μg (r=0.999 3),saponins 02 showed a good linear relationship at the range from 5.46 μg to 27.3 μg (r=0.999 8),and saponins 03 showed a good linear relationship at the range from 2.92 μg to 14.6 μg (r=0.999 9).The average recovery of saponins 01 was 98.16% (RSD=1.95%,n=5),saponins 02,100.12% (RSD=1.37%,n=5),and saponins 03,100.58% (RSD=1.46%,n=5).Conclusion The result of 3 batches of samples indicated that the method was easy and accurate,and could be used in the quantitative determination of three kinds of steroidal saponins in the effective fraction of Juandan.
摘要:Objective To get know the distribution of TCM constitutional types in the patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.Methods Constitution Scale in Chinese Medicine (CSCM) was used to survey the TCM constitutional types in 117 patients with hyperthyroidism and 172 ones with hypothyroidism,and to compare the compound constitution in the patients of two groups.Results The frequency of TCM constitutional types in the patients with hyperthyroidism were orderly qi stagnation (63 times),yin deficiency (41),qi deficiency (37),normal (28),phlegm-dampness (28),yang deficiency (25),damp-heat (15),blood stasis (9),and special (7).The frequency of TCM constitutional types in the patients with hypothyroidism were orderly qi deficiency (91 times),yang deficiency (82),qi stagnation (58),yin deficiency (49),phlegm-dampness (46),normal (29),damp-heat (25),blood stasis (15),and special (13).The difference between two groups was significant.The main constitutional type was compound constitution in the patients of two groups.Conclusion The distribution of TCM constitutional types of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism had laws and difference.

摘要:Objective To explore a new way for externally treating knee osteoarthropathy through observing the curative effect of Chinese herbal remedies (CHR) assisted with ultrasound transmission conductance.Method The patients with knee osteoarthropathy were divided into the group of CHR assisted with ultrasound transmission conductance (group A) and hot compress group (group B).On the premise of the same therapeutic form,group A was treatedexternally with CHR with the actions of freeing the collateral vessels and relieving pain assisted with ultrasound transmission conductance,and group B was treated externally with hot compress of Guyouling Limiment.The VAS pain scores and knee function indexes were compared between two groups before the treatment and after 2-week and 4-week treatment.Result The VAS pain scores decreased significantly in group A after 2-week treatment (P<0.05) and also decreased in group B after 4-week treatment (P<0.05).The score of knee function decreased significantly in group A after 2-week treatment (P<0.05),and decreased too in group B but was not significant after 4-week treatment (P>0.05).Group A had an earlier anodyne effect,and knee function recovered gradually.Conclusion CHR assisted with ultrasound transmission conductance is an efficient external therapy for treating knee osteoarthropathy.

摘要:Objective To discuss the development laws of TCM syndromes of psoriasis and observe the curative effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods The syndrome differentiation and treatment was given to 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris diagnosed according to the diagnostic standard of TCM syndromes.The patients were treated for two courses (4 weeks in one course).The syndromes were decided at first visit,and 4 and 8 weeks after treatment respectively.The dynamic changes of six main syndromes were observed.The scores of PASI and pruritus were observed before and after the treatment,and the curative effect was reviewed.Results Of 80 patients,7 was cured (8.8%),44 had significant effects (55.0%),29 had effect (36.2%),and 0 had no effect.The cure and effectual rate was 63.8%.The score of PASI and pruritus score were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment (P<0.01).The dynamic changes of six main syndromes showed phasic feature.Conclusion It is important to differentiate syndrome correctly and regulate formulas according to the development of syndromes.
