摘要:The application of data mining in the research of subhealth status was discussed in the paper from following three points: syndrome distribution,symptom constructure and contribution rate of symptom to syndrome diagnosis;relationship between subhealth status and syndromes,symptoms and syndromes,and syndromes and syndromes;relationship between subhealth status and its syndromes and relevant indexes.The author thought that the macroscopic materials and microscopic indexes should be analysed as a whole in order to study deeply the syndrome mechanism of subhealth status.

摘要:To probe into the evolution of TCM symptom terms based on 8 common symptoms of indisposition of head,body,chest and abdomen,including dizziness,oppression in the chest,palpitation,distending in hypochondrium,gastric stuffiness,abdominal distention,heavy body and numbness.The paper explained with tables the symptom names and disease names,and the years they showing up first and symptom terms used in past dynasties most generally.The evolution laws of symptom terms were expounded from the changes of characters,vocabularies and grammars.There was the phenomenon of broad extension,unclear connotation,polysemous vocabularies and multi-vocabularies with the same meaning in part of symptom terms.The evolution of TCM symptom terms has undergone a process from simple to complicate and returning simple again.

摘要:According to the records in ancient literature and intercommunication of meridian and acupoints,the paper discussed the close exterior-interior relation between the lung and large intestine from the aspects of the interconnection of physical structure,interaction of functions,correspondence of pathological reactions,inter-fit of diagnosis and the common-treatment and inter-treatment of acupuncture.The connotation of the lung and large intestine embodies the multi-dimensions and complications of system of lung-lung meridian and system of large intestine-large intestine meridian,and integrity and complexity of human body.

摘要:ZHANG Zhong-jing’s formulas,as classic formulas,have far-reaching influence on the later medical development.The quantity system of medicinal metrology used in ZHANG Zhong-jing’s formulas was the system of Han Dynasty(205 AD to 220 AD),which was greatly different from today’s system and affected mastering medicinal dosage in the formulas by later physicians.The paper engaged in textual research and analysis on the medicinal metrology of the Han Dynasty for deciding a conversion standard of ancient and modern medicinal metrology through studying on historical literature and relevant cultural relics.The weighted frequency mean method of modern statistics was applied to analyse on 85 pieces of rulers of the Eastern Han Dynasty,and the length of one Chi(尺) of the Eastern Han Dynasty was set as 23.2 cm.The weight of one Sheng(升) of the Eastern Han Dynasty was set as 200 mL based on the textual research on the containers of the Eastern Han Dynasty.The unit value of weight of the Eastern Han Dynasty was set as follows: one Jin(斤)=240 g,one Liang(两)=15 g through the textual research on unit value of weight of the Eastern Han Dynasty by using the analytic methods of weighing apparatus,currency,millet,water density and gold density.This research has provided an important reference for the conversion of ancient and modern medicinal metrology in ZHANG Zhong-jing’s formulas,and offered methodology reference for the similar studies developed further.
摘要:In the scientific research of TCM,dose-effect relationship in TCM formulas is one of the most important projects.The documentary and theoretical researches on medicinal dose-effect relationship in TCM formulas include following seven aspects: textual research on the original dosage of classical formulas,and studies on the development and change history of dosage in formulas,syndrome-dose-effect relationship,formula structure and dose-effect relationship,influencing factors of dose-effect relationship,principles of administrating medicinal based on syndromes,and the strategies and methods of controlling dosage in clinical practice.The research on the development and change history of dosage in formulas is beneficial to understand the original dosage of classical formulas,though it is not finally obtained up to the present.Medicinal dose-effect relationship in TCM formulas is a "syndrome-dose-effect relationship",therefore the TCM syndromes cannot be neglected when researching on dose-effect relationship.On the premise of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the strategies and methods of controlling dosage should be noticed in order to administrate medicinal based on syndromes in clinical practice.Due to the original dosage of classical formulas is not clear,the historical existence of remarkable decrease of dosage of classical formulas is not clear too.A large number of clinical cases have showed that TCM formulas have lower dose threshold and wider therapeutic window,which is closely related to the complexity of syndromes,individual difference and reactivity to TCM formulas.

摘要:Objective To synthesize artificially and identify the complete antigen of baicalin(BAL).Methods BAL was coupled respectively to bovine serum albumin(BSA) and polylysine(PLL) by using carbodiimide two-step method.The coupling ratio was determined by using ultraviolet spectrometry and the antigenicity was examined by using animal immune method.Results The coupling ratio of BAL to BSA was 6∶1,and that of BAL to PLL was 7∶1.The indirect ELISA showed that there were 6 mice immunized with BAL artificial antigen having production of specific antibody with the titer as 1∶300 0.The indirect competitive inhibition ELISA proved that BAL could block specifically the above-mentioned reaction.Conclusion This method synthesized successfully BAL artificial antigen,and produced the antibody to BAL in the serum of immunized mice.
摘要:Objective To investigate the experimental base of relevant TCM zang-fu theory-lung associated with large intestine.Methods The rat model of rectal semi-ligation was established.The morphological changes were observed in the heart,liver,kidney,lung and intestines.The changes of differential cell count in alveolar lavage fluid and the interventional effect of Dachengqi Decoction were studied.ResultsIn the ligation group,the rectal mucosa became thinner,and atrophy of smooth muscle was observed.The pathological changes in the lung included interstitial inflammation,local alveolar ectasia,pneumorrhagia,alveolar septum rupture,emphysema-like change,and peripheral alveoli atelectasis.Other organs did not manifest obvious pathological changes.The count of lymphocytes increased in alveolar lavage fluid.The pathological changes was more significant in the ligation group than that in the removal group.The above changes were alleviated after the treatment with Dachengqi Decoction.Conclusion The pathological changes in large intestine can arouse specific lung lesion,and the treatment of intestine disease can alleviate lung lesion,which proves the relevant TCM zang-fu theory about viscera and lung associated with large intestine.There is correlation and interactive regulation between lung and large intestine in pathology and physiology.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences dynamically of Chinese medicinal with the actions of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation on serum changes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in rats with myocardial ischemia induced by myocardial infarction.Methods The rat model was established by ligaturing the left anterior descending coronary artery.On the base of ECG evaluation all successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into the model group,group treated with supplementing-qi Chinese medicinal(supplementing qi group),group treated with activating-blood-circulation Chinese medicinal(activating blood group),group treated with 1 fraction of supplementing-qi Chinese medicinal and 2 fractions of activating-blood-circulation Chinese medicinal(1∶2 group),group treated with 2 fractions of supplementing-qi Chinese medicinal and 1 fraction of activating-blood-circulation Chinese medicinal(2∶1 group),and group treated with Tongxinluo Capsules(Tongxinluo group).The sham-operation group and blank group were taken as the control.There were totally 8 groups.The changes of serum TNF-α and IL-6 were observed before the operation,at the moment of operation ended and on the 7th,14th and 28th day after medicinal administration.Results The changes of the indexes had no difference in the sham-operation group and blank group(P>0.05).The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 increased significantly in the model group at different time points after myocardial ischemia(P<0.01).The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 decreased in the 1∶2 group,2∶1 group and Tongxinluo group,especially in the 2∶1 group,with a greatly significant difference compared with the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion After myocardial ischemia induced by myocardial infarction,inflammatory cytokines increase significantly.The Chinese medicinal with the actions of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation can reduce them significantly.The effect is related to the doses of Chinese medicinal combination.

摘要:Objective To study the preventive effect of Huoxuejiedu Formula on neuropathy in diabetic rats and probe into the mechanism.Methods The curative effect and mechanism of Huoxuejiedu Formula were observed in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy in diabetic rats.Male SD rats were divided into the normal group,model group and Huoxuejiedu Formula group.The model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin(STZ,60 mg/kg).The changes of plasma glucose,latency of hot plate test,time of tail flick,and ischiadic pathological changes were observed.The abilities of inhibiting hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion,and content of hydrogen peroxide and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum and ischiadic nerve were detected.Results In the model group the plasma glucose increased significantly,latency of hot plate test and time of tail flick became longer(P<0.01),and ischiadic structure changed significantly.In the Huoxuejiedu Formula group,the latency of hot plate test and time of tail flick became shorter significantly(P<0.01) and ischiadic pathological changes were relieved significantly.The abilities of inhibiting serum hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion decreased significantly(P<0.01) in the model group,and increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01) in the Huoxuejiedu Formula group.The content of serum and ischiadic MDA decreased in the Huoxuejiedu Formula group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxuejiedu Formula may have a preventive effect on neuropathy in diabetic rats,and the mechanism may be related to the inhabitation of oxidative stress.

摘要:Objective To investigate the basic conditions for the production of emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside by biotransformation based on the suspended cell culture system of Changchunhua(Catharanthus roseus).Methods The cells of Changchunhua were cultured suspensively in 6,7-V fluid medium for a period,and then the emodin was put into it for biotransformation.The content of emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and transformation rate of emodin were determined.Results The content of emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside accounted for 0.31% of dry cell weight,and the transformation rate of emodin was 46.58%.Conclusion The suspended cells of Changchunhua can be taken as biotransformation system for obtaining emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,which nerve found in the plants of Catharanthus roseus(L.) G.Don.

摘要:Objective To expound the important predictive effects of syndrome factors and transient ischemic attack(TIA) in ischemia stroke.Methods A retrospective was carried out to analyse the syndrome factors,previous TIA attack and relevant hemodynamic indexes in 54 patients with ischemia stroke,and then the NIHSS scores were compared.Results The fire syndrome of stroke was correlated to TIA attack or non-attack(related coefficient was-1.61).The level of fibrinogen(FIB) was higher significantly in the patients with TIA attack than that in the patients without TIA attack.The changes of encephalic hemodynamics showed that the blood peak velocity of brain circulation decreased significantly in the patients with previous TIA attack compared with those without TIA attack.The difference of NIHSS scores before and after the treatment was lower in the TIA patients with fire syndrome of stroke than that in those without fire syndrome.Conclusion Before the attack of fire syndrome of stroke there are no similar symptoms,omen,of TIA attack.The higher level of Fib during acute stage of ischemia stroke in the patients with previous TIA attack indicates that TIA attack may stimulate the ischemia protection mechanism.When ischemia stroke attacks,the body has some tolerance.Among the patients without previous TIA attack,most with fire syndrome and the disease resumption will be poor.The fire syndrome of stroke is urgent suddenly without TIA attack or similar omen,and tends to transform the fire-toxin syndrome of stroke.
摘要:Objective To discuss the correlation between TCM pattern types and the distribution of polymorphism of receptor of angiotensin Ⅱ-1(AT1R) gene in the patients with essential hypertension.Methods The patients(n=120) with essential hypertension(EH) were chosen and classified into the types of liver fire hyperactivity,yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity,dual deficiency of yin and yang,and phlegm-damp retention.Other 30 cases were included into the control group.The polymorphism of AT1R gene was detected by applying polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results There was a significant difference in AC+CC genotype and C allele of AR1T gene(P<0.05) between the EH group and control group.Among all TCM pattern types there was a significant difference in AC+CC genotype and C allele of AR1T gene between the type of dual deficiency of yin and yang and normal control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between other pattern types and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The type of dual deficiency of yin and yang of essential hypertension may be correlated to AC+CC genotype and C allele of AR1T gene.
