摘要:The development of TCM doctrine of depression syndrome has undergone 5 different stages including origin of theory,rudiment of differentiation and treatment,deepening of knowledge,formation of doctrine and perfection of system.The theory of five-depression and depression inducing by emotion in Huang Di Nei Jing and ZHANG Zhong-jing’s theoretical system of depression differentiation and treatment created the research on the doctrine of depression syndrome.CHEN Wu-duo’s theory of seven emotional causes made the further cognition on depression syndrome.In Jin and Yuan Dynasties,LIU Wan-su’s theory of depressed heat stagnation,ZHANG Zi-he’s theory of liver-spleen stagnation,LI Dong-yuan’s theory of depression inducing by qi deficiency,six depressions theory of school of Danxi and WANG Lv’s new theory of therapies for five depressions all had improved the formation of doctrine of depression syndrome.The doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties proposed the theory of all diseases accompanied by depression,perfected the differentiation and therapeutic system for five depressions and six depressions,paid more attention to emotions as the cause of depression and therapeutic principle of supporting Yuan qi for soothing depression,and the doctrine with rich connotation had taken shape.Throughout the recognition on depression syndrome in all ages,TCM doctrine of depression syndrome contains a series of depressive states after seven emotions,pathogens and medicinal acting on the body,which involve functions of organs and qi,blood,fluid and humor.The content of research includes depression of zang-organ qi,depression of disease qi,depression of pathogens,depression of emotions and depression of drugs.The thought of differentiation and treatment in this content can guide us to understand and treat different diseases.The future development direction of doctrine of depression syndrome may be firstly to integrate the doctrine of depression syndrome with modern psychological medicine theory,and complete the differentiation and treatment based on the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,and secondly to comb and clear the relation between deficiency and depression and method of differentiation and treatment from the aspect of traditional literature research.

摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Xijiao(Shuiniujiao) Dihuang Tang combining Yinqiao San,a classic combined formula,on the lung vascular permeability in mice with viral pneumonia induced by influenza virus,and to discuss the mechanism.Methods BALB/c mice(n=216) were randomly divided into the normal group,model group and medicinal group.The mouse model of pneumonia infected by influenza virus lung-adapted strain was established by using nasal drip of 50LD50 virus liquid(25 μL).After one hour the normal group and model group were given double distilled water intragastrically,and the medicinal group was given Xijiao(Shuiniujiao) Dihuang Tang combining Yinqiao San(23 g/kg·d) twice a day for 5 days.All mice were killed and the lung tissue was collected for weighing and detecting lung index and water content 2,4 or 6 days after infection.The lung vascular permeability was detected by injecting 1% Evans blue(5 mL/kg) in mouse caudal vein.The content of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and phospholipase A2(PLA2) were determined by using radioimmunoassay,the content of leukotrienes B4(LT-B4) was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the mRNA level of aquaporin-1(AQP-1) in lung tissue was detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results After virus infection,the lung index and water content increased continuously in the model group.The lung index decreased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.01) on the 4th and 6th day,and the lung water content decreased on the 6th day(P<0.05) after the administration of Xijiao(Shuiniujiao) Dihuang Tang combining Yinqiao San.The lung vascular permeability increased significantly in the model group on the 4th and 6th day after the infection,and decreased significantly(P<0.01) after the administration of Xijiao(Shuiniujiao) Dihuang Tang combining Yinqiao San.The content of PGE2,PLA2 and LT-B4 increased significantly in the model group and Xijiao(Shuiniujiao) Dihuang Tang combining Yinqiao San inhibited the producing of PGE2,PLA2 and LT-B4.Compared with the normal group,in the model group the level of AQP-1 mRNA was lower on the 4th and 6th day(P<0.01),while in the medicinal group,it was higher on the 6th day than that in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Xijiao(Shuiniujiao) Dihuang Tang combining Yinqiao San can ameliorate the pulmonary edema during viral pneumonia through inhibiting the release of PGE2,PLA2 and LT-B4,improving AQP-1 expression,and reducing lung vascular permeability.
摘要:Objective To study the difference of all gene expression profiles of rat liver between model of deficient cold syndrome and model of deficient heat syndrome by using gene chip technology.Methods The rat model of deficient cold syndrome or deficient heat syndrome was established through giving TCM compound formulas.The gene expressions in rats of all groups were detected by using gene chips for screening the genes with differential expressions.The genetic function was commented according their classification.The chip results were tested by using fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results There were 114 genes with differential expressions in comparison between deficient cold model group and deficient heat model group groups,and they involved mainly the genes related to oxidoreductase activity.Oxidoreductase genes rdlated to fat metabolism and cytochrome P450 genes were down-regulated significantly,which indicated that fat metabolism and bioconversion decreased in rat model of deficient cold syndrome.Conclusion Deficient cold syndrome and deficient heat syndrome,although being deficient syndrome as well,are different in cold and heat symptoms.The abnormal expressions of the genes related to oxidoreductase activity may be the material base of different symptoms in deficient cold syndrome and deficient heat syndrome.
摘要:Objectives To investigate the influences of acupoint stimulation with different intensities on the ethology and body weight in rats with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Methods All SD rats(n=60) were randomly divided into the low-pressure group,mid-pressure group,high-pressure group,stroking group,model group and blank group.The CFS model was established by using the method of sleep deprivation and exhausting swimming.The changes of behavior and body weight were dynamically observed at different stages in rats of all groups.Results The method of sleep deprivation and exhausting swimming for 4 weeks had induced the changes of behavior and body weight in rats,which was accorded with the manifestations of CFS.Pressing Back-Shu points had some regulative effects on the behavior and body weight in rats of all test groups,which was more significant in the low-pressure group and stroking group.Conclusion The method of sleep deprivation and exhausting swimming may be one of effective methods for establishing animal CFS model.Moderate stimulation on acupoints can relieve the symptoms in CFS model to a certain extent,which may be a reference for the treatment of CFS with acupuncture.
摘要:Objective To study the influences of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang on the growth and apoptosis of transplanted tumor in mice with Lewis lung cancer(LLC).Methods The LLC model was established in C57BL/6 mice and then all mice after inoculating LLC were randomly divided into 6 groups,including the control group(A),group of low-dose Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang(B group),group of mid-dose Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang(C group),group of high-dose Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang(D group),cisplatin(DDP) group(E group) and group of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang combining DDP(F group,each n=10).In the next day after inoculation Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang were given to mice intragastrically for 26 days and DDP was injected intraperitoneally every other day.The growth of the transplanted tumor was observed,and the mice were killed on the 28th day for weighing tumor and calculating tumor inhibition rate.The expression of Caspase-3(apoptosis-related protein) was detected by using immunohistochemistry,and apoptosis index,by using TUNEL.Results In B,C and D groups,the tumor was significantly inhibited,the tumor inhibition rate was,respectively,19.30%,32.83% and 34.59%,and tumor weight was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The tumor inhibition rate reached 83.71% in F group with a significant difference compared with other groups(P<0.01).The expression of Caspase-3 was negative in A group,positive in B,C and D groups,which was correlated to dose(P<0.05),and the strongest in F group compared with other groups(P<0.01).The detecting of TUNEL showed that Chinese medicinal improved the apoptosis of transplanted tumor cells and this effect was promoted after Chinese medicinal combining with DDP(P<0.01).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang has an inhibitory effect on the growth of transplanted tumor in mice with LLC.The mechanism may be related to that Chinese medicinal can improve the expression of Caspase-3 and induce apoptosis,and the effect can be promoted after they combining with DDP.
摘要:Objective To observe the protective effect of Sanrelun Fang on diabetic vasculopathy in mice and the mechanism.Methods The mouse model of diabetes was established by high fat diet and injection of streptozotocin(STZ).All mice were divided into the normal group,model group,metformin group,group of Sanrelun Fang aqueous extract(aqueous extract group) and Sanrelun Fang alcohol extract(alcohol extract group).The latter three groups were intragastrically given relevant medicinal(100 mL/kg) for 14 days,and fasted for 6 hours after the last medicinal administration.The blood samples were collected from postorbital venous plexus for detecting the content of plasma glucose,serum creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and nitric oxide(NO).Results In the alcohol extract group the content of plasma glucose decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the content of Cr and BUN decreased in the aqueous extract group and alcohol extract group(P<0.05,P<0.01).In the alcohol extract group the content of serum NO and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The aqueous extract and alcohol extract have the preventive and therapeutic effect of Sanrelun Fang on vascular complications in diabetic mice.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influences and possible mechanism of Bushen Huayu Fang on the stability of artherosclerosis plaque(ASP) in the artery of brachiocephalic trunk and apoptosis in plaque in mice with gene defect of apolipoprotein E(ApoE-/-).Methods Male mice of ApoE-/-(8 weeks old,n=24) were fed with Western style diet(high-fat diet) for 20 weeks until the vulnerable ASP generated in the artery of brachiocephalic trunk.All mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: Bushen Huayu Fang group(Bushen group),simvastatin group and model group.After continuous administration of medicinal for 12 weeks,the mice were sacrificed and the artery of brachiocephalic trunk was treated with paraffin sections and HE staining continuously for observing the histomorphological changes of ASP.The apoptosis in artherosclerosis plaque was detected by using TUNEL assay.Results After the intervention of Bushen Huayu Fang the corrected lipid core area(LCA/PA) of ASP was reduced,fibrous cap was thickened,and ASP trended to stable.In the Bushen group,the apoptosis index of ASP decreased significantly(P<0.05),the expression of Bcl-2 protein increased and expression of Bax protein decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Bushen Huayu Fang can reduce the lipid core area,thicken fibrous cap,inhibit apoptosis in the plaque and improve ASP stability in varying degrees.
摘要:Objective To investigate the combination of Chinese medicinal for treating acute eczema,and to provide a basis for the external administration of Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae) and Wubeizi(Galla Chinensis).Methods The medicinal were divided into the Huangbai group,Huangqin group,Wubeizi group,Huangbai+Wubeizi group,Huangqin+Wubeizi group and positive medicinal group,and compared with the control group respectively.The influences of combined medicinal on the their actions were observed through the acute infection test of mouse xylene-induced ear swelling,test of DNCB-induced delayed hypersensitivity and test of in vitro bacteria inhibition.Results The degree of mouse xylene-induced ear swelling was decreased significantly in the Huangqin+Wubeizi group(P<0.01),while it was not statistically significant in the compariso between the Huangbai+Wubeizi group and control group(P>0.05).The delayed hypersensitivity was decreased in the Huangqin+Wubeizi group(P<0.01),while it was not statistically significant in the comparison between the Huangbai+Wubeizi group and control group(P>0.05).Along with the decrease of medicinal dose,the in vitro bacteria inhabitation was better in the Huangqin+Wubeizi group than that in the Huangbai+Wubeizi group.Conclusion The combination of Wubeizi and Huangbai attenuates their original actions in the treatment of acute eczema,which belongs to mutual inhibition in TCM theory,while the combination of Wubeizi and Huangqin has a better curative effect on acute eczema than a single medicinal,which belongs to mutual enhancement in TCM theory.

摘要:Objective To study the chemical constituents and relevant content of essential oil from a Tibetan herb-Bibilin(Piper longum L.),which was usually considered as one of "three pungent herbs".Methods The essential oil from Bibilin was extracted by using supercritical CO2 fluid extraction,the chemical constituents were separated and identified and their relevant content was determined by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results The yield of the essential oil was 9.7%.There were 59 peaks separated and 52 constituents identified.The main constituents were piperylpiperidine(19.24%),cubebene(10.62%),4-nitrophenyl o-anisic ester(6.47%),1-(1-oxo-11,14-eicosadienyl)-pyrrolidine(4.75%),E-14-hexadecenal(4.38%),n-pentadecane(4.35%) and trans-methyl linolelaidate(4.28%).ConclusionThe essential oil extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction is one of effective components of Bibilin,which is the major material base of its pungent flavor.
摘要:Objective To study the correlation among TCM constitutions,relevant examination results and laboratory indexes in the patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The patients with type 2 diabetes(n=213) were randomly selected from Dongzhimen Hospital and their constitutional types were determined.The body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),blood pressure,heart rate and relevant laboratory indexes were detected and analyzed by using Spearmans rank correlation analysis,and the relationship among these indexes were studied.Results BMI and WC were correlated to phlegm-damp constitution(P<0.05).The levels of cholesterol(CH) and triglyceride(TG) were correlated to phlegm-damp constitution(P<0.05).The content of fibrinogen and D-dimer were correlated to blood-stasis constitution(P<0.05).Conclusion The study indicated that BMI,and increased WC,CH and TG may be the risk factors for phlegm-damp constitution.BMI and decreased WC may be the risk factors for yin-deficiency constitution.The content of fibrinogen and D-dimer may be the risk factors for blood-stasis constitution.
摘要:Objective To observe the influence of enema therapy with Chinese medicinal with the actions of relaxing bowels and purgation on gastrointestinal dysfunction and failure(GIDF) in critical patients and to study the mechanism.Methods All critical patients(n=74) were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group(each n=37).In the treatment group there were 14 female patients and 23 male ones and the average age was(71.76±11.93) years old.In the control group there were 17 female patients and 20 male ones and the average age was(72.76±11.24) years old.The comparison of general materials between two groups showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group was given symptomatic treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group,retention enema of Chinese medicinal with the actions of relaxing bowels and purgation according to syndrome differentiation besides the same treatment as the control group.A therapeutic course was for 5 days.The changes of diamine oxidase(DAO),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP) and gastrointestinal function were observed in two groups before and after the treatment.Results The levels of DAO,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP decreased in two groups after the treatment.The comparison of DAO,TNF-α and IL-6 between two groups after the treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and comparison of CRP showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion The enema therapy with Chinese medicinal with the actions of relaxing bowels and purgation can abate GIDF,and the mechanism may be related to the decrease of DAO,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels.

摘要:Objective To discuss the protective mechanism of electroacupuncture in rats after spinal cord injure(SCI).Methods All rats were randomly divided into the model group,blank group,medicinal group and electroacupuncture group.The model of SCI was established by using the modified Allen’s method.The injured spinal tissue was taken after 6 hours,1 day and 7 days respectively for extracting total RNA.The expressions of notch1 and ps1 mRNA were detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results The expressions of notch1 and ps1 mRNA all decreased significantly in the electroacupuncture group and medicinal group after SCI for 6 hours,1 day and 7 days.Compared with the model group,the expressions of notch1 and ps1 mRNA decreased in the medicinal group and electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).The comparison between the medicinal group and electroacupuncture group showed that the expressions of notch1 and ps1 mRNA were higher a little in the electroacupuncture group but without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Notch signal passway plays a very important role in the growth,development,differentiation and apoptosis of cells.The activation of notch signal can irreversibly accelerate NSC differentiation to gliacytes.Electroacupuncture has a significant inhibitory effect on the expressions of notch1 and ps1 after SCI.
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combining with selective estrogen receptor modulators(Tibolone) on menopausal affective disorders.Methods The menopausal patients with affective disorders(n=40) were randomly divided into two groups(each n=20) according to their visiting orders.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture(4 times a week) and Tibolone(2.5 mg/piece) one table every other day.The control group was treated with only Tibolone(2.5 mg/piece) one table every other day.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks.The degree of patients depression was reviewed by using Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) before and after the treatment.Results The observation showed that there was a significant difference in HAMD scores between two groups after the treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combining Tibolone has a better effect than only Tibolone on menopausal affective disorders.
