摘要:The formation mode and development mode of TCM traditional decision theory of diagnosis and treatment are mostly on the basis of promotion of individual doctor’s experience leading to the formation of different theoretical system of academic schools.The group decision experience,scattering in medical works in all ages,shows up some hysteresis and non-real-time quality because the influence of the level of science and technology.Metasynthesis method provides a methodological guidance for the translation of decision information laying equal stress on doctor individual and group.The doctors’ experience and judgement were combined with decision mode through clearing 7 processes including finding problems,defining goal,confirming value disciplines,and preparing,analyzing,optimizing,practicing and spreading scheme.The study will be benefit to improve doctors’ ability to solve complex problems and reduce misdiagnosis rate,and provide a new view for the research on decision mode in TCM field.

摘要:Objective To construct the network of Chinese medical formulas and Chinese medicinal chemical space,and analyze their properties and explain TCM theory of prohibited combination.Methods The network of Chinese medical formulas was built up by using complex network technology and software such as Pajek and ORA.The properties of this network were analyzed including network diameter,average distance,clustering coefficient and average degree.The Chinese medicinal chemical space was constructed through describing descriptors calculation,focus treatment and space dimension reduction on the base of chemical space theory,and the properties like space distance of this space was calculated and analyzed.The properties of doubled herbs in eighteen herbs of mutual antagonism and nineteen incompatible herbs was studied based on above network of Chinese medical formulas and Chinese medicinal chemical space.Results The network of TCM formulas was a partial scale-free complex network combining the property of small-world network.The chemical discrete property of Chinese medicinal chemical space and bulk property of Chinese medicinal were consistent.The results of data analysis were accorded with the properties of doubled herbs in eighteen herbs of mutual antagonism and nineteen incompatible herbs through network path analysis and distance measurement of chemical space.Conclusion TCM theory of prohibited combination is supported by the theory of network of TCM formulas and chemical space and has a scientific foundation.The study has given a new insight into the research of TCM theory of prohibited combination.

摘要:Objective To observe the differences in complexion,tongue and pulse manifestations according to different syndrome types of sub-health state by using modern TCM diagnostic technology,and provide evidences for the evaluation and classification of sub-health status.Methods In university students(n=207),health condition assessment,analysis of tongue images,complexion images and pulse wave diagrams,and syndrome differentiation after collection of four examination information were carried out.The differences in the indexes of tongue and pulse manifestations and complexion were observed in health status,sub-health status and different syndrome types.Results There were differences in the objective indexes of complexion,and tongue and pulse manifestations in every types of sub-health status and health status in university students.Comparing to the health group,the differences in the values of L,a and S of complexion were significant in the sub-health group.The value of L increased in qi-blood deficiency group(P<0.05),value of a decreased in liver-depression and qi-stagnation group(P<0.05),value of S decreased in kidney-deficiency group and yang-deficiency group(P<0.05) and value of H increased in yang-deficiency group(P<0.01).The values of a and b of tongue color and tongue fur color had significant differences and increased both in qi-blood deficiency group and yang-deficiency group(P<0.05).The indexes of h1,h5 and h3/h1 of pulse wave diagrams had significant differences,h1 and h5 decreased and h3/h1 increased in qi-blood deficiency group(P<0.05) and h3/h1 increased(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible that modern TCM diagnosis technology is applied in the evaluation and classification of sub-health state.
摘要:Objective To investigate the protective effect of Chinese medicinal with the actions of replenishing qi,nourishing yin,removing accumulation and free collateral vessels on kidney in rats with early diabetes,and discuss possible molecular biology mechanism.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into the nephrectomy group,model group,irbesartan group,high-dose,mid-dose and low dose Chinese medicinal groups(high-dose group,mid-dose group and low-dose group).All groups were given relevant medicinal intragastrically.At the end of the 6th week the levels of 24-hour urinary protein(U Pro) and renal function were detected in rats of all groups.The pathological changes of kidney were observed with light microscope.The protein expressions of p38MAPK,p-p38MAPK,STAT3 and p-STAT3 in renal cortex were detected by using Western blotting method.Results The level of U Pro and protein expressions of p-p38MAPK and p-STAT3 decreased significantly in the irbesatan group,low-dose group and mid-dose group compared with the model group(P<0.05).The renal function was improved and the pathological changes were relieved in all treatment groups compared with the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion The inhibition of activation of p38MAPK/STAT3 signal transmission pathway may be one of kidney-protecting mechanisms of Chinese medicinal with the actions of replenishing qi,nourishing yin,removing accumulation and free collateral vessels in rats with early diabetes.
摘要:Objective To investigate the synergistic and attenuated effects of Baihuasheshecao(Herba Hedyotis Diffusa) on adriamycin(ADM).Methods After the establishment of model of mouse bearing S180 sarcoma,all mice were randomly divided into the control group,ADM group,Baihuasheshecao group 1(high-dose LD+ADM) and Baihuasheshecao group 2(mid-dose LD+ADM,each n=10).The relevant medicinal were given to different groups respectively for 13 days one day after the model establishment and the mice were killed one day after medicinal administration was stopped.The changes of tumor weight,tumor inhibitive rate,phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage,activity of natural kill(NK) cells,proliferation of T lymphocytes,activity of myocardial superoxide dismutase(SOD) and level of malondialdehyde(MDA) were observed.Results In Baihuasheshecao group 1 the growth of S180 sarcoma was slower significantly than that in ADM group.Compared with ADM group,the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage,proliferation of T lymthocytes and activity of NK cells increased significantly in Baihuasheshecao group 1 and 2.Compared with ADM group,SOD activity increased and MDA level decreased in Baihuasheshecao group 1 and 2.Conclusion Baihuasheshecao can promote the tumor inhibitive effect of ADM,reduce its cardiac toxicity,and improve the body immunity.

摘要:Objective To study the protective effect of Wutou Chishizhi Wan on ischemia injured myocardium induced by isoproterenol(ISO) in rats.Methods All 60 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,ISO model group,low-dose,mid-dose and high-dose Wutou Chishizhi Wan groups(low-dose group,mid-dose group and high-dose group) and Compound Danshen Dripping Pills group(CDDP group).All medicinal were administrated intragastrically in relevant groups respectively once a day for 7 days.Except the normal group,other groups were intraperitoneally injected ISO(5 mg/kg) once a day for 2 days on the 6th day and 7th day 30 minutes after intragastric administration of medicinal.After the last time of ISO injection for 24 hours,these groups were intraperitoneally injected pentobarbital sodium(35 mg/kg) for anesthesia.The changes of II-lead electrocardiogram and J point were recorded and observed.The blood samples were collected from abdominal aorta for detecting the content of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK).The tissue of cardiac ventricle was taken for observing the changes of myocardial histomorphology.Results Compared with the ISO model group,the elevation of II-lead J point was reduced(P<0.05),content of serum LDH and CK were decreased(P<0.05) and myocardial injury severity was alleviated in the mid-dose group,high-dose group and CDDP group.The myocardial injury severity was also alleviated in the low-dose group but without statistical significance.Conclusion Wutou Chishizhi Wan can relieve myocardial ischemia injury induced by ISO in rats and it has a protective effect on ischemia myocardium.
摘要:Objective To observe the influences of preventive moxibustion on Guanyuan(CV4) on the levels of uterus heat shock protein 70(HSP70),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and estrogen(E2) in normal menopausal rats.Methods Female SD rats aged 10 months(n=48) with estrum disorder were chosen through vagina examination,and then they were randomly divided into 10-month-old normal group(normal group 1) and 12-month-old normal group(normal group 2),and 12-month-old preventive moxibustion group(preventive moxibustion group,each n=16).Other 10 health and female SD rats aged 3.5 months were included in the young control group(control group).The preventive moxibustion group was given preventive moxibustion on CV4 twice in every week for 8 weeks.The levels of uterus HSP70,SOD and E2 and the influences of preventive moxibustion on them were observed by using immunohistochemistry and immunoturbidimetry.Results Compared to the control group,the levels of uterus HSP70,SOD and E2 trended to decrease in normal group 1 but without statistical significance(P>0.05).Compared to normal group 1,the level of HSP70 increased(P<0.01),and levels of SOD and E2 had obvious decreasing trend(P<0.05) in normal group 2.Compared to normal group 2,the level of HSP70 increased further(P<0.01),SOD activity was strengthened(P<0.05) and E2 level decreased significantly(P<0.05) in the preventive moxibustion group.Conclusion Preventive moxibustion on CV4 can promote the levels of uterus HSP and SOD and enhance the resistance of uterus against bad stress,which was accorded with the theory of acupuncture-moxibustion benign prestress,but the effect of it on E2 level has not been reflected because the experimental period was too short.More experiment is needed in the future.
摘要:Objective To study the stability of 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyaporphine,which is the reference of Heye(Folium Nelumbinis).Methods The samples of 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyaporphine were processed with different temperature,humidity and solvents respectively.The content was detected by using HPLC and surplus percentage was calculated.Results Long-term stability: 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyaporphine was stable within 12 months when it was kept in dark place and the temperature was 25 ℃ and relative humidity,60%.Accelerated stability: the stability of 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyapor-phine decreased when the temperature rose and humidity increased.Humidity had a significant influence on its stability.Solution stability: 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyaporphine was stable in chloroform and unstable in methanol,ethanol and water.Conclusion 2-Hydroxy-1-methoxyaporphine should be sealed and stored in dryer with room temperature,and its stability will reach 12 months.Its methanol solution should be kept cryogenically.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of plant growth regulator-Zhuanggenling on the content of lobetyolin in crude Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis pilosulae),and explain the effect of Zhuanggenling on the quality of Dangshen.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.60 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water solution(28:72,V/V).The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min,sample size,10 μL,temperature,30 ℃ and the detection wavelength,269 nm.Results The content of lobetyolin decreased significantly in Dangshen produced from 7 areas after using Zhuanggenling.Conclusion Zhuanggenling has significant influence on the accumulation of active constituents in Dangshen after SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis,so which should be used carefully in the standardized plantation of Dangshen.

摘要:Objective To establish the fingerprint chromatograms of crude Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),intermediate and Danshen Injectable Powder.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Hypersil BDS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile and 1% phosphoric acid [7∶ 93(0-5 min),12∶ 88(5-7 min),12∶ 88(7-20 min),17∶ 83(20-22 min),17∶ 83(22-42 min),20∶ 80(42-60 min) and 22∶ 78(60-90 min)] in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 281 nm,flow velocity,1.0 mL/min and temperature,30 ℃.Results The fingerprint chromatograms of crude Danshen,intermediate and Danshen Injectable Powder were established,and similarities of different batches of crude Danshen,intermediate and Danshen Injectable Powder were calculated,which were all above 0.95.The correlation among crude Danshen,intermediate and Danshen Injectable Powder was reviewed by applying the software of similarity evaluation,and the result showed that the correlation was good.Conclusion The fingerprint chromatograms had complete information under the defined HPLC condition with a good separating degree.Danshen Injectable Powder had good similarity,which indicated that quality of the products prepared under this condition was excellent.

摘要:Objective To extract the common syndrome factors of ulcerative colitis by using expert consultation questionnaire.Methods On the base of previous research on literature and clinic practice,an expert consultation questionnaire was designed and with which,a consulting questionnaire survey was carried out in the experts with senior titles working in treatment of digestive system diseases from 15 third-grade class-A hospitals(7 centers).The common syndrome factors of ulcerative colitis were extracted based on the analysis of experts’ consent degree(mean value,full marks ratio and coefficient of variation).Results The survey sent out 96 questionnaires and took back 96.The callback rate was 100%.According to the standards of cumulative percentage of common,more common and very common being more than 75% and coefficient of variation being less or equal 0.40,the common syndrome factors related to disease locations included large intestine,spleen,intestine collaterals,stomach,kidney and liver,and those related to disease nature included dampness,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,yang deficiency,blood stasis,excess heat,blood deficiency and yin deficiency.Conclusion The consensus opinions will be collected well from experts by using expert consultation questionnaire after literature retrospect and clinical survey.The common syndrome factors of ulcerative colitis confirmed in this study will provide the evidence for establishing TCM syndrome factor-based diagnosis criteria.

摘要:Objective To explore the methods and thinking train of syndrome diagnosis of chronic respiratory failure.Methods On the base of literature research and combining complicated clinical investigation and result analysis of expert consultation questionnaire,the method for syndrome diagnosis was established by using medical statistical method,technique of adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) and Delphi method.Results The common syndromes of chronic respiratory failure included the syndromes of phlegm-heat accumulating in lung,phlegm-damp obstructing lung,yang deficiency with water flood,phlegm covering mental orifice,heart-lung qi deficiency,lung-kidney qi deficiency,dual deficiency of qi and yin of lung and kidney and blood stasis.Conclusion The common syndromes of chronic respiratory failure include 4 excess syndromes and 3 deficient syndromes,and a combined syndrome is blood stasis syndrome.The syndrome diagnosis can be used as the base of clinical syndrome differentiation.
摘要:Objective To review the curative effect of Chinese herbal compound formula with actions of clearing heat,resolving phlegm and regulating qi on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) and its influence on high secretion of mucus.Methods All 65 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group and given the therapy of anti-infection,anti-asthma and even mechanical ventilation when necessary.The treatment group was then given the Chinese herbal compound formula orally,and control group,mucosolvan injection(30 mg,intravenation) twice a day for one week.The symptoms,quantity and viscosity of phlegm,and content of mucoprotein 5AC(MUC5AC) in phlegm were observed before and after the treatment.Results The symptoms and expectoration were ameliorated in two groups.The comparison in different values between two groups before and after treatment showed a statistical significance(P<0.05) in cough,expectoration,oppression in chest,dry mouth,reddish yellow urine,circadian quantity and viscosity of phlegm,total symptom integrals,and quantized total integral of resolving phlegm.The content of MUC5AC decreased in two groups but the difference was not significant statistically(P>0.05).Conclusion Both of Chinese herbal compound formula with actions of clearing heat,resolving phlegm and regulating qi and mucosolvan injection can ameliorate clinical symptoms and high secretion of mucus in airway,while Chinese herbal compound formula has its unique advantages at the amelioration of some symptoms.
