摘要:The principle of symptoms respective independent means that the formulation of a symptom with two or more manifestations can not be,in principle,named collectively as one disease,otherwise the state of a disease would be difficult to be reflected correctly.But in practice,the principle should be understood and mastered flexibly,and not all compound symptoms should be described splittingly.To some compound symptoms,whether they are described splittingly is debatable and especially those with great difference in ancient and modern understand,and they should be discriminated combining with TCM knowledge based on exegetics that has been ignored at present.The terms of compound symptoms contain not only diversity of Chinese grammar formulation(compound words,word groups,phases and sentences),but also some information of diagnosis(etiology,pathogenesis,nature,tendency and manifestations),treatment and evaluation,which are characteristics and strengths of TCM symptom terms.Improper splitting formulation of symptom will destroy and annihilate these characteristics and strengths.The connotation of principle of symptoms respective independent can be defined and richened and biases can be avoided in practical application only when exegetics,syntactics and TCM theory(basic and clinical theory) are integrated organically.
摘要:The term of analogous formulas is an important one in the study of Chinese medical formulas.The paper discussed the etymology and connotation of the term of analogous formulas from its origin and statement in ancient and modern times.Analogous formulas are the products of classifying formulas in a certain range to obtain the cognition on differences among them.The similarity and source of traditional analogous formulas put double characters of space-time on them.On the base of academic features of the study of Chinese medical formulas,the paper suggested that analogous formulas are a group of formulas with some similarity in medical compositions and indications.The compositions(combinations) and indications(syndromes) can be thought as the cognitive object and dimension of factor composition as the grasp of formulas’ similarity.The study on analogous formulas and their internal genetic relationship from different space-time latitudes is very important to finding out the laws of syndromes-formulas.

摘要:By retrospection to literature,the paper found that the ancients explained the correlation between medicinal nature and natural environment based on pharmacological method state and correspondence between man and universe,and differentiated gradually the performances and characters of Chinese medicinal.Different produce areas of Chinese medicinal influence their nature and actions,and external environment has effects on medicinal metabolism,so there is a close relationship between the background of Chinese medicinal nature and natural environment.At the same time,the body adapts to the changes of cold and heat physiologically,and the changes of cold and heat influence the body pathologically.The relationship between the difference medicinal nature expression and body condition should be concerned.In a word,the cold and heat nature of Chinese medicinal consist of natural attributes and functional properties,and the changes of internal and external environment have important influences on their expressions.

摘要:Objective To observe the changes of different metabolites in de-lactic acid serum of chronic myocardial ischemia.Methods The animal model of blood-stasis syndrome of chronic myocardial ischemia was established through collecting dynamically and generally four examination information and using hemorrheology methods.The serum spectrum of 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) for 4 weeks was analyzed in the model group and sham-operation group by using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and pattern recognition.The spectrum of 1H-NMR was scored in stages by using 0.01ppm after removing lactic acid peak and the integrals were normalized according to the total integral intensity of every spectrum.All integrals were imputed into SIMCA-P+ software(v11.5,Umetrics,Sweden) for principal component analysis(PCA).Results The model established by these methods was confirmed after 4 weeks as the model of blood-stasis syndrome of chronic myocardial ischemia of stable coronary heart disease(CHD).The model group and sham-operation group were divided clearly by PCA and two groups had different metabolic spectrum.The comparison between two groups showed that the levels of serum endogenous metabolites increased including malate,glutamate,alanine,pyruvate,glucose,creatine,glycine,carnitine,choline and myo-inositol,and the concentration of trimethylamine-N-oxide(TMAO) decreased.Conclusion The unbalance of alanine-pyruvate-glucose circulation and disorder of lipid metabolism will aggravate the process of blood-stasis syndrome of CHD.These characterized combining modes of metabolites may be taken as reference indexes in the diagnosis and treatment of blood-stasis syndrome of CHD and as a new train of think in objectification of syndromes.

摘要:Objective To study the influences of Yinao Jieyu Fang on the expressions of brain glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in rat model of depression.Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into the normal group,depression group,treatment group and control group.The depression model was established by using chronic stress and independent feeding in the depression group,treatment group and control group.Then the treatment group was intragastrically given Yinao Jieyu Fang once a day for 6 weeks,and control group,normal saline solution once a day for 6 weeks.The expressions of GFAP,bFGF and BDNF in rat frontal cortex and hippocampus were detected by applying immunohistochemistry assay.Results The number of GFAP,bFGF and BDNF decreased,and their expressions were reduced and shapes were different in size with irregular arrangement in the control group.The number of positive cells of GFAP,bFGF and BDNF increased significantly,and their shapes were regular and expressions were improved in the treatment group.The positive cells of GFAP,bFGF and BDNF were measured and analyzed and every area density was counted,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Yinao Jieyu Fang can ameliorate depression symptoms through improving the expressions of GFAP,bFGF and BDNF,and enhancing the function of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and norepinephrine(NE).
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Shugan Fang on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) and its influences on the expressions of adiponectin(ADP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods SD male rats(n=40) were randomly divided into the blank group,model group,Jianpi Shugan Fang group and Yishanfu Capsules group.The model was established with high fat forage for 8 weeks and then with normal forage after successfully modeling.At the same time,the Jianpi Shugan Fang group was intragastrically given extractum of Jianpi Shugan Fang and Yishanfu Capsules group,suspension of Yishanfu Capsules,and the model group and blank group were given deionized water for 4 weeks.The pathological changes of liver tissue were observed,and the levels of liver function,blood fat and hepatic lipid,and expression of ADP and TNF-α were detected.Results In Jianpi Shugan Fang group,the body weight,hepatic index,hepatic steatosis and inflammatory lesion,and levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and hepatic fat content were all lower significantly than those in the model group(P<0.01),but not different compared with Yishanfu Capsules group(P>0.05).The expression of TNF-α mRNA decreased and that of ADP mRNA increased,and they were statistically different compared with the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Jianpi Shugan Fang has a good curative effect in NASH rats,and it can prevent and treat NASH through inhibiting inflammatory reaction,and protecting liver against inflammation,necrosis and apoptosis.

摘要:Objective To review and compare three rat models of synthetic vascular dementia(VD) established by two-vessel blockage method from the levels of ethology and pathology.Methods There were 3 groups in the test: group of common carotid artery(CCA) ligation after reperfusion(CLR group),reperfusion group(R group) and group of reducing pressure and CCA ligation(RPCL group),and a control group(C group) was established.The learning and memory ability were reviews by escape latency in Morris water maze directional navigation test,cross-over times in target area in spatial probe test and activity percentage in middle ring area.The pathological damage of pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA1 zone was observed through HE staining.Results The mortality was not significantly different among CLR group,R group and RPCL group(P>0.05) 48 hours after the operation,and learning and memory ability decreased significantly in 3 groups 20 days after the operation.The escape latency was much longer in CLR group,R group and RPCL group than that in C group(P<0.01) and it was the longest in CLR group.It was some shorter in R group and tended to recover to normal over time,while to 30 days after the operation,it was not different compared with C group(P>0.05).The differences between CLR group or RPCL group and C group were significant(P<0.05) from beginning to end,but difference between CLR group and RPCL group was not significant(P>0.05),which indicated that their learning results in Morris water maze were stable.The pathological damage of pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA1 zone was the worst in CLR group,worse in RPCL group and mild in R group.Conclusion The rat VD model of reperfusion injury is not stable,but VD models of ligation after reperfusion and reducing pressure and ligation are stable with good face validity and construct validity,while the predictive validity of them is to be reviewed.

摘要:Objective To study the absorption characteristics of effective components of panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) including ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in rat model of everted gut sac and interaction between PNS and P-glycoprotein(P-gp).Methods A quantitative determination was established for detecting ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 by using HPLC.The influences of different time points,concentration and transport directions on the absorption and transportation of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in rat small intestine by applying rat model of everted gut sac.The changes of absorptive amount of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 were observed before and after combined use of PNS effective components and verapail(Ver),an inhibitor of P-gp.The blank group,Ver positive control group(Ver group),high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose effective components of PNS group(high-dose PNS group,mid-dose PNS group and low-dose PNS group) were set up,and the influence of effective components of PNS on the transportation of Rho123(substrate of P-gp) was observed.Results The absorption and transportation of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in rat small intestine were all linear absorption in different time points and concentration and all regression coefficients(r) were over 0.9,which accorded with grade 0 absorption rate.The absorption and transportation of PNS effective components were significantly influenced by transport directions,and the transport amount from serosal surface to mucosal surface(B-A) was much higher than that from mucosal surface to serosal surface(A-B).After PNS effective components combined with Ver,the absorption amount of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in rat small intestine increased significantly(P<0.05).PNS effective components promoted the transport amount of Rho123 and it was significantly different compared with the blank group(P<0.05).This efficiency was especially significant in the high-dose PNS group and the difference was greatly significant compared with Ver group(P<0.01).Conclusio n The absorption and transportation of PNS effective components-ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in rat small intestine are all linear absorption,so the absorption mechanism can be thought as passive transport mechanism with obvious feature of P-gp substrate transportation and inhibition of P-gp substrate exocytosis.

摘要:Objective To discuss the anti-tumor mechanism of Chinese medicinal and formula with actions of clearing liver and resolving stasis at the level of genomics,and influence of acetone pretreatment on genomics of medicinal serum of anti-cancer Chinese medicinal.Methods Serum pharmacology combining genomics technology was used to collect the serum samples from patients before taking Chinese medicinal and formulas,and 6 weeks after taking.All serum samples were pretreated with acetone and then liver cancer SMMC-7721 cells were cultured in vitro.The difference in gene expressions of general genome was analyzed through detecting 32 050 probe groups in gene chips.Results The comparison between the serum samples after taking medicinal and those before taking medicinal showed that there were 1 128 genes(3.52%) with up-regulated expressions(≥2 times) and 1 186(3.70%) with down-regulated expressions(≥2 times).The genes with up-regulated expressions were mainly related to signal conduction pathway and apoptosis,while those with down-regulated expressions,to metabolism of substances and energy and proliferation.The genes with differential expressions were related to the inhabitation of cell growth.Conclusion The medicinal serum of Chinese medicinal and formulas with actions of clearing liver and resolving stasis from liver cancer patients influences the gene expressions of SMMC-7721 related to signal conduction,proliferation and apoptosis,and inhibits tumor cell growth from multiple targets.The medical serum after pretreatment with acetone has more significant influences on the gene expressions related to apoptosis and metabolism of substances and energy of tumor cells.

摘要:To probe into the normalization of medical equipment-pulse detecting installation from the aspects of hardware parameter criterion,clinical operation skills and information evaluation standard in clinic.The construction of pulse information collection system is a guarantee to digitalization and quantization of pulse diagnosis attributes.It can be universal that the relative hardware parameter criterion and production procedure standard of the same type of pulse collecting installation(such as pressure sensing equipment of pulse diagnosis).The normalization of clinical operation skills is the base of the operation of pulse diagnosis equipment,and the establishment of operation criterion of diagnostic equipment is the precondition for quality controlling.The digitalization and quantization of pulse position,rhythm,shape and variance and standardization of pulse information parameters extracted based on different technology are key in realization of technology criterion and exact analysis of pulse information.The selection of pulse golden standard and review criterion in clinical experiment of pulse diagnostic equipment ensures its stability,security and effectiveness.Appropriate individualized criterion with TCM characteristics will be conducive to establish gradually new standard of TCM diagnosis equipments.
摘要:Objective To study the preparation method and quality standard of chemical reference of Juemingzi(Semen Cassiae)-rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside,and lay a material foundation for controlling quality of crude Juemingzi and its relevant products.Methods Crude Juemingzi was extracted with 30% alcohol,and reference of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside was isolated and prepared by using solvent method,silica gel and C18 reversed phase column chromatography.The structure was determined by ultraviolet spectrum(UV),mass spectrum(MS),1H-NMR and 13C-NMR and the purity was detected by using thin layer chromatography(TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The condition of TLC was silica G thin layer plate and 3 different developing solvent systems.The procedure of HPLC was performed on SunFire C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% of phosphoric acid solution(22∶78),flow velocity was 0.1 mL/min,and detection wavelength was 210-400 nm.The homogeneity was checked by using HPLC.Results The yield rate of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside was 0.39%,and the result of TLC examination showed totally single and round spots.The purity was over 98.00% after HPLC determination,and result of variance analysis on the homogeneity showed F<F0.05(14,30),which was appropriative.Conclusion The isolated and prepared method of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside is simple and feasible,and its purity and homogeneity are in accordance with the demands of chemical reference.The method can meet the needs of the quality control of crude Juemingzi and its relevant products.

摘要:Objective To study the characteristics of sublingual collateral vessels in thickness,length,tortuosity and color in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),discuss the relationship between sighs of sublingual collateral vessels and TCM syndrome differentiation of CHD,and analyze their roles in clinical classification of syndromes.Methods The patients diagnosed as CHD by coronary angiography(CAG) were chosen(n=212) and their pictures of sublingual collateral vessels were taken with digital camera combining colorimetric card.The thickness,length,tortuosity and color were counted according to relevant diagnosis content and quantification criterion.The differences of sublingual collateral vessels were analyzed in the patients with different syndrome types of CHD by using Wilcoxon rank sum test.Results Sublingual collateral vessels were short,thin,mildly or moderately tortuous and light purple in syndrome of cold congealing heart vessel and syndrome of phlegm obstructing heart vessel.They were long,thick,moderately or severely tortuous and blue or dark purple in qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-stasis mutual obstruction syndrome and heart blood stasis syndrome.They were short,thin,mildly tortuous and light purple in heart qi deficiency syndrome,dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome,heart yang and qi deficiency syndrome and heart yin deficiency syndrome.Except of no difference in length in deficiency syndrome and syndrome of deficiency complicated with excessiveness,the length,thickness,tortuosity and color of sublingual collateral vessels showed differences in varying degrees in deficiency syndrome,excess syndrome and syndrome of deficiency complicated with excessiveness in CHD patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Among all types of excess syndromes the length,tortuosity and color had greatly significant differences in the patients with single excess syndrome factor including cold congealing or phlegm turbidity compared with those with blood stasis(P<0.01),and thickness had significant difference(P<0.05).In the patients with two excess syndrome factors in qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and phlegm-stasis mutual obstruction syndrome,the thickness,length,tortuosity and color had some differences compared with those with single excess syndrome factor in syndrome of cold congealing heart vessel and syndrome of phlegm obstructing heart vessel(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The characteristics of length,thickness,tortuosity and color of sublingual collateral vessels are helpful to classify the deficiency or excess or deficiency complicated with excessiveness,cold or heat,and types and serenity of excess syndrome factors in CHD patients,which has assistance and reference value in CHD syndrome differentiation and classification in clinic.
摘要:Objective To determine initially the main corresponding symptoms to common TCM syndrome factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) by using expert questionnaire.Methods On the base of previous research,an expert questionnaire was designed and with which a survey was carried out in the experts working in treatment of respiratory system diseases from 20 hospitals and institutes in 8 cities and provinces in the whole country.After the questionnaires were taken back,and the data were managed with Epidata3.1 database and analyzed by using SPSS17.0 statistical software.The coefficient of variation,mean value and cumulative percentage were analyzed after the experts reviewed the importance of main corresponding symptoms to common TCM syndrome factors of COPD,and main corresponding symptoms were determined.Results The survey sent out 89 questionnaires and took back 96 that were all effective ones.The callback rate was 100%.According to the review on symptom importance by experts and concentration and coordination of their opinions,cumulative percentage being more than 75% and coefficient of variation being less or equal 0.40 were taken as the principle for determining the main corresponding symptoms to common TCM syndrome factors.There were 24 corresponding symptoms of syndrome factors related to disease locations and 79 related to diseases nature determined initially.Conclusion The main corresponding symptoms to common TCM syndrome factors of COPD were confirmed by expert questionnaire,which will provide the evidence for establishing TCM syndrome factor-based diagnosis criteria of COPD.
