摘要:Objective To conduct a large-scale sample research on TCM syndromes in patients with depression within the whole country,and to establish the standard of diagnosis and treatment.Methods The research was completed in 1 221 cases in 11 centers allover the country and established the Observation Table of TCM Syndromes of Depression for assessing TCM symptoms.The standard of diagnosis and treatment was established by applying Bayesian Network and clustering analysis combined with TCM experts’ experiences.The clinical verification was completed in 1 800 cases from 9 hospitals in the whole country.Results The standard covered most symptoms of depression including the kernel and peripheral symptoms and various combinations showing the changeable characteristics of depression in clinic.The curative effect and advantages of therapeutic plan were tested and verified,which was significant to clinical treatment.Conclusion The research,combined Bayesian Network,clustering analysis and TCM experts’ experiences,is objective and scientific,and coincident with TCM theory.The standard of diagnosis and treatment established in the research is normative and reasonable,which can guide effectively clinical practice and improve curative effect.

摘要:Objective To find out the common syndrome factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable stage by applying latent structure method.Methods The symptom information were collected from the patients with COPD at stable stage by using a unified collection table of clinical information,and then a database was established,in which the data were imputed and retreated.All data were analysed with latent structure method,and the constructed latent structure model of COPD was interpreted based on professional knowledge of Chinese Medicine.Results There were totally 30 latent variables and 70 latent categories in the latent structure model of COPD at stable stage.After the interpretation with professional knowledge,there were 23 significant latent categories obtained.The syndrome factors related to diseases locations of COPD at stable stage included lung,spleen,kidney,stomach and heart.The syndrome factors related to disease nature included yin deficiency,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,phlegm(dampness),blood stasis,qi stagnation and heat.Conclusion The results of analysis on the prospective non-supervising data of COPD at stable stage indicate that the modeling by latent structure method is similar to TCM theory,and have a higher objective compared with the analysis on supervising data.The research has given some supports for working out the diagnostic standard of COPD at stable stage.

摘要:There is a great difference existing in TCM therapies and curative effect.The guideline of evidence-based clinical practice can normalize medical behaviors,shrink the difference during therapeutic course,spread TCM technology of diagnosis and treatment and promote TCM toward the outside world.The paper chose 13 evidence-grading systems with international impact,investigated the evolution of current evidence-grading systems,analysed the present situation and characteristics of TCM evidence-grading system,and compared the evidence difference between TCM and modern medicine.The author concluded that Western medicine and TCM are different medical practical modes and TCM has properties of both humanities and nature sciences.Singular methodology dose not fit in with the characteristics of TCM sciences when TCM clinical evidences are graded and evaluated,so the methodology combining classic quantitative study,correlation analysis and qualitative method of sociology should be considered.

摘要:Objective To study the preventive effect and possible mechanism of Likailing Decoction(LD) on cerebral edema after intracranial hemorrhage,and explore further the action of therapy of opening sweat pore,excreting water and detoxification in the treatment of cerebral edema after intracranial hemorrhage.Methods The model of intracranial hemorrhage induced by collagenase was established in rats(n=9) by using improved Rosenberg’s method.After modeling the rats were given intragastrically LD every 12 hours(i.e.12-h time point,24-h time point,48-h time point and 72-h time point).The rats were randomly divided into the model group,sham-operation group and LD group at each time point.At 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after intracranial hemorrhage,the brain tissue were collected from 3 rats of each group and then given routine HE staining for observing pathological changes.The brain tissue were collected again from 6 rats of each group for detecting the expression of aquaporin protein 4(AQP4) by using Western blot method.Results In the model group at all time points the infiltration of a lot of red blood cells and neuronal necrosis were observe in hematoma area and normal brain tissue was not observed compared with the sham-operation group.In the LD group the pathological changes were significantly less than those in the model group at all time points.The expression of AQP4 increased in the model group at all time points compared with that in the sham-operation group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The expression of AQP4 decreased in the LD groups at each time points except 12-h time point compared with that in the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The curves of AOP4 expression in the model group at 12-h to 72-h time points showed that AQP4 expression was lower at 12-h time point and increased at 24-h time point and kept to 72-h time point.The expression of AQP4 in model group at 72-h time point was higher than that at 12-h time point(P<0.05).Conclusion LD can alleviate the neuronal swelling and cerebral edema after intracranial hemorrhage,and protect brain tissue through regulating the expression of AQP4.

摘要:Objective To discuss the influences of seasonal changes on lung immune function in rats.Methods The phagocytic function of alveolar macrophage(AM) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) in four seasons were determined by using chicken RBC englobing method.The content of interleukin-6(IL-6),interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and sIgA in BALF were detected by applying ELISA.Results The content of IL-6 in BALF in the Winter Solstice was lower than that in the Autumnal Equinox with a significant difference(P<0.05),and lower than that in the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice with a great significant difference(P<0.01).The content of IFN-γ in the Autumnal Equinox and the Winter Solstice was lower than that in the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice with a significant difference(P<0.05).The content of sIgA in the Autumnal Equinox was lower than that in the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice with a great significant difference(P<0.01).The content of sIgA in the Winter Solstice was lower than that in the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice with a significant difference(P<0.05).The phagocytic rate of AM showed a trend of higher in spring and summer,but lower in autumn and winter,and there was no significant difference among four seasons.Conclusion The lung immunity has a seasonal susceptibility showing hypoimmunity mainly in autumn.There is a tendency of higher in lung immunity in spring and summer and lower in autumn and winter,which accord with the characteristics of constringency in autumn and store in winter in the nature.The study has provided a test evidence for explaining the susceptibility of respiratory diseases in autumn and winter.

摘要:Objective To study the influences of Shuganjieyu Formula on the protein expressions of glutamate receptor 1(GluR1) and glutamate receptor 2(GluR2) in the prefrontal cortex and nucleus accumbens in rats during morphine conditioned place preference period.Method The protein expression changes of GluR1 and GluR2 were detected quantitatively by applying Western blot method.Result The protein expressions of GluR1 and GluR2 increased significantly in the morphine group compared with the control group(P<0.01).The protein expressions of GluR1 and GluR2 decreased significantly in the Shuganjieyu Formula group compared with the morphine group and the difference was significant statistically.Conclusion The protein expressions of GluR1 and GluR2 in the prefrontal cortex and nucleus accumbens increased in the rats of the morphine group,which participated the formation of morphine dependence.Shuganjieyu Formula has a significant down-regulation effect on the protein expressions of GluR1 and GluR2 and intervenes the formation of morphine dependence.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences of the effective components of Baijili(Fructus Tribuli) on myocardial fibrosis and expressions of relative cytokines in spontaneously hypertension rats(SHR),and discuss the possible mechanism of the effective components of Baijili in ameliorating ventricular remodeling and inhibiting the lesion of hypertensive target organs.Methods Male SHR(n=32,14 weeks old) were randomly divided into the model group,captopril group,Baijili group and combination group(each n=8),and other Wistar rats(n=8,same aged) were included into the normal group.The captopril group was given captopril(30 mg/kg/d),Baijili group was given the effective components of Baijili(15 mg/kg/d),combination group was given the effective components of Baijili(15 mg/kg/d) and captopril(30 mg/kg/d),and model group and normal group were given normal saline solution(2 mL/kg/d) all for 8 weeks.The pathological changes and fibrosis of myocardium were observed by applying HE and VG staining.The expressions of myocardial transforming growth factor β1(TGFβ1) and connective TGF(CTGF) were detected by using ELISA.Results The systolic pressure increased significantly in SHR(14 weeks old) compared with Wistar rats(14 weeks old,P<0.01).After 8 weeks,the systolic pressure was significantly higher in the model group(22 weeks old) than that in the same group(14 weeks old,P<0.05).The systolic pressure decreased significantly in the Baijili group than that in the model group(P<0.01).The outcomes of VG staining showed that the model group(22 weeks old) had myocardial fibrosis and relieved in all medicinal groups similarly.The expressions of TGFβ1 and CTGF increased significantly in the model group compared with the normal group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the expression of TGFβ1 was down-regulated in the captopril group(P<0.05),and the levels of TGFβ1 and CTGF were significantly down-regulated in the Baijili group(P<0.05).The levels of TGFβ1(P<0.01) and CTGF(P<0.05) were significantly down-regulated in the combination group.Conclusion The effective components of Baijili can decrease the systolic pressure of SHR,and has inhibitory effect on myocardial fibrosis verified from the angle of morphology.The expressions of TGFβ1 and CTGF increase significantly in SHR,which can be inhibited by the effective components of Baijili and accordingly,the ventricular remodeling induced by hypertension is ameliorated significantly.
摘要:Objective To study the effect of evodiamine(Evo) on human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line(SGC-7901) and discuss the mechanism.Methods The anti-tumor activity of Evo was determined by using MTT assay,and the influence of Evo on morphological changes was observed with the transmission electron microscope(TEM).The influence of Evo on the electrophoretic behavior of DNA was detected by using agarose gel electrophoresis,and the inhibitory effect and influence of Evo on SGC-7901 and cell cycle were detected by using flow cytometry.Results Evo,in a certain concentration,had a dose-time-dependent inhibitory effect on the proliferation of SGC-7901.The results of TEM showed nucleus chromatin margination,nuclear fragmentations and apoptotic bodies.Evo,in a certain concentration,brought cell genome DNA out ladder bands.The outcomes of flow cytometry showed that the cells of G0/G1 phase and S phase decreased,a lot of cells arrested in G2/M phase,and apoptotic cells increased.Conclusion The inhibitory and apoptosis-induced effects of Evo on SGC-7901 are closely related to that it can induce the apoptosis and bring the cells arrest in G2/M phase.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Yijing Formula(with the actions of tonifying kidney and replenishing essence,and tonifying and activating blood) on sperm apoptosis in mouse model of oligoasthenospermia(OAT) induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX).Methods Male Kunming mice(n=40) were randomly divided into the control group(CG),model group(MG),small-dose treatment group(SG) and large-dose treatment group(LG).CG was given intraperitoneal injection of normal saline solution(60 mg/kg) once a day for 5 days,and the MG,SG and LG were given the intraperitoneal injection of CTX(60 mg/kg) once a day for 5 days.On the 6th day SG and LG were given orally Yijing Formula according to the body weight(double or 5 times of human common dosage respectively) once a day for 34 days,and MG was given isopyknic normal saline solution once a day for 34 days.CG was fed normally.On the 40th day all mice were given routine analysis of seminal fluid.The sperm apoptosis rate was detected by using flow cytometer after FITC-AV/PI staining.Results In CG,MG,SG and LG,the sperm count was,respectively,5.20±1.34,1.73±0.03,2.08±0.01 and 3.31±0.56(×109 L-1);sperm motility was,respectively,(14.49±0.30)%,(6.64±1.88)%,(11.99±1.01)% and(19.40±3.13)%;and motility rate was,respectively,(68.39±15.13)%,(39.96±4.89)%,(62.28±4.43)% and(73.61±5.05)%.The sperm count,sperm motility and motility rate were significantly lower in MG than those in CG(P<0.05),and those in LG were significantly increased after the intervention of Yijing Formula.There was a significant difference between LG and MG(P<0.05),but no difference in the sperm motility and motility rate between LG and CG.The sperm apoptosis rate in four groups was,respectively,(8.38±0.45)%,(14.84±1.22)%,(13.25±1.83)% and(8.35±2.1)%.The sperm apoptosis rate was significantly higher in MG than that in CG(P<0.05).After the intervention of Yijing Formula the sperm apoptosis rate was significantly lower in LG than that in MG(P<0.05),but no significant difference compared with CG.Conclusion The intraperitoneal injection of CTX can increase sperm apoptosis and decrease sperm count,motility and motility rate in mice.The intervention of large-dose Yijing Formula can decrease sperm apoptosis rate and increase sperm count,motility and motility rate aiming at cure OAT.
摘要:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Yuanzhi(Radix Polygalae) and to expound the material foundation of Yuanzhi’s medicinal action.Methods The chemical constituents of Yuanzhi were extracted with ethanol extractive method,and isolated and purified with various column chromatographic and crystallization methods including silica gel,ODS,gelatum,polyamide and MCI.The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by using different spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques including UV,IR,MS and NMR.Results There were 12 compounds isolated and identified from Yuanzhi,including fal-laxsaponin A(1),temiifolin(2),α-D-(6-O-sinopoyol)-glucopyyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-(3-O-sinapoyl)-fructofuranose(3),sibricose A6(4),tenuifoliside B(5),tenuifoliside C(6),sibricose A2(7),polygalaxanthone Ⅳ(8),3,4,5-trimethoxy-cinnamate(9),4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxylcinnamate(10),3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamate(11),and 2-hydroxylbenzonic acid(12).Conclusion The compounds 1,11 and 12 were isolated from Yuanzhi for the first time.
摘要:Objective To establish a simple and rapid microwave-assisted micelle extraction method for separate and detrmine the content of brucine,strychnine and naringin in Pingxiao Tablets.Methods The procedure was performed for 2 minutes under the conditions of 7% Brij35 as extractive solvent,300W micro power and ratio of liquid to solid as 100∶1(mL/g).The HPLC procedure was performed in gradient elution and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(pH value was adjusted to 3.0 by triethylamine).The detection wavelength was 260 nm.Results Brucine,strychnine and naringin showed a good linear relationship,respectively,at range of 0.630-40.7 mg/L,0.640-41.3 mg/L and 9.06-580 mg/L(r≥0.999 3).The average recovery was from 99.7% to 101.1% and RSD was from 0.7% to 1.0%(n=5).Conclusion The method established in the test can complete the extraction of the three index constituents within 2 minutes and shorten the pretreatment time,which is simple and rapid with friend environment and accurate and reliable results.It provides a new and dependable approach for quality control and clinical test of Pingxiao Tablets.
摘要:Objective To study the syndrome factors of hypertension and supply the foundation of syndrome differentiation and treatment for hypertension.Methods A perspective observation plan was designed and 428 hypertensive patients were selected according to the unified criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion.The information of TCM four examination methods was collected and syndrome factors were extracted through frequency statistics and factor analysis.Results There were 26 common factors(syndrome factors) extracted by factor analysis.The analysis on the distribution of syndrome factors in 428 patients showed that blood stasis accounted for 17.5%,yin deficiency and heat for 17.5%,qi deficiency for 17.2%,blood deficiency for 14%,fire for 11.9%,phlegm for 9.2%,qi deficiency and phlegm for 8.4%,and qi deficiency and blood stasis for 4.2%.The synthetic analysis showed that deficiency syndrome accounted for 61.3%.Conclusion The main syndrome factors of hypertension include qi deficiency,fire,blood stasis and phlegm,and secondary factors include yin deficiency and blood deficiency.The main viscera and bowels involved include liver and kidney,secondly,heart.The most important pathological factor of hypertension is deficiency,or combining fire,phlegm and stasis and there are many complex factors.
摘要:Objective To analyse the characteristics of syndrome distribution in influenza-like cases.Methods The influenza-like cases were investigated by questionnaire of TCM syndromes.The syndrome analysis was conducted by using six-meridian syndrome differentiation,defense-qi-nutrient-blood syndrome differentiation and triple-energizer syndrome differentiation together.Results Among 478 influenza-like cases,465 were given syndrome analysis(other 13 were given the description of syndrome characteristics).The pathogenic factors are mainly wind-heat,and warm-heat accounted for 98.9%.① The distribution of syndromes showed as follows: The cases with Taiyang syndrome accounted for 88%(syndrome of cold damage for 74.6% and Taiyang diseases accounted for 17.6%),Shaoyang syndrome,56.6%(disease involving both Taiyang and Shaoyang,16.8%,Shaoyang diseases,2.4%),Yangming syndrome,63.2% [disease involving both Taiyang and Yangming,21.5%,disease involving Taiyang,Shaoyang and Yangming(three Yang) 32%,disease involving both Yangming and Shaoyang,5.4%,Yangming diseases,4.3%].The cases with defense aspect syndrome accounted for 90.5%(single defense aspect syndrome accounted for 33.1%),qi aspect syndrome,66.8%(disease involving both defense and qi aspects,57.4%,single qi aspect syndrome,9.5%).There were a few cases with the syndrome of heat blockage in gallbladder(16.6%) and syndrome of heat obstruction in lung(11.8%).The syndromes of lung-heat and bowel-excess(2.6%),Yangming bowel syndrome(0.2%) and dampness-heat obstructing in the middle(1.1%) were uncommon.②Relationship between syndrome distribution and seasons showed that the occurrence ratio of Taiyang syndrome,Yaiyang disease,Yangming syndrome,Yangming disease,defense aspect syndrome,single defense aspect syndrome,qi aspect syndrome,single qi aspect syndrome,disease involving both defense and qi aspects,syndrome of heat blockage in gallbladder and syndrome of heat obstruction in lung had significant difference(P<0.05) in different seasons.③Relationship between syndrome distribution and disease course showed that the longer the disease course,the lower the occurrence ratio of single qi aspect syndrome,and the higher the occurrence ratio of qi aspect syndrome,disease involving both defense and qi aspects,Yangming syndrome,disease involving three Yang,syndrome of heat obstruction in lung and syndrome of heat blockage in gallbladder.Conclusion The influenza-like cases in Beijing area are mostly warm-heat disease and complicated diseases,among which disease involving three Yang,disease involving both Taiyang and Yangming and disease involving both Taiyang and Shaoyang are common.When the seasons and disease course are different,the distribution of some syndromes had significant difference.
摘要:Objective To observe the effects and significance of Shi’s acupuncture therapy of awakening brain and opening orifices on the plasma content of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngII),calcitonia gene related peptide(CGRP) and endothelin(ET) in rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Methods The rat model was established by using thread approach,and then treated with Shi’s acupuncture therapy of awakening brain and opening orifices and Xiangdan Injection at different intervention times.After successful modeling for 72 hours,the plasma content of AngII,CGRP and ET were detected by applying radioimmunoassay.Results Acupuncture reverted the disordered ratio between CGRP and AngII or ET in rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in varying degrees.Conclusion The early intervention of acupuncture plays an important role in the development of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion through regulating rennin-angiotensin system,ET and CGRP.Shi’s acupuncture therapy of awakening brain and opening orifices can correct the abnormal content of AngII,CGRP and ET based on holistic regulation,which has therapeutic effectiveness and necessity of treatment course.
