摘要:Attaining a state of harmony is the quintessence of Chinese traditional culture,an ideal state for all things on the earth and extreme stage in the development of things having the universe at one.He(harmony),in Chinese,means harmonization and coordination.The concept of He influences deeply the improvement and development of the basic theory system of Chinese medical sciences.The paper analysed He and life,health,diseases and treatment based on the original text in Huangdi Neijing,explained the influence of the concept of He on Chinese medical sciences,and presented the viewpoint of He being the academic root of Chinese medical sciences.Chinese medical sciences absorb the thought of attaining a state of harmony,applies it in the observation and study on human life phenomena and sets up its own theoretical system.

摘要:Objective To validate and assess the reproducibility,stability,reliability,effectiveness and safety of the portable apparatus for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment based on four TCM diagnostic methods through a clinical trial.Method Balanced random segmentation method was used to randomly choose patients or volunteers for the trial group.TCM diagnostic information of 30 voluntary subjects was collected by using the portable apparatus.Suggestions for diagnosis and treatment from the portable apparatus were obtained by operating the apparatus by TCM physicians.The reproducibility,stability and reliability of the portable apparatus were assessed with a self-control method through collecting the TCM diagnostic information of the voluntary subjects for 2 times at an interval period of time.The clinical effectiveness and safety of the portable apparatus were also assessed in the clinical trial.Result It was found the judgment of the portable apparatus on the indexes of TCM pulse diagnosis,TCM tongue diagnosis,TCM auscultation and TCM constitution classification according to the five elements theory in the 30 voluntary subjects were very well conformable to that made by TCM physicians,and that the work of the portable BD-SZ apparatus showed high reproducibility and stability.Suggestions for diagnosis and treatment from the portable BD-SZ apparatus were recognized by clinical TCM physicians.No untoward reactions were found in the voluntary subjects in the trial.Conclusion The portable BD-SZ apparatus for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment based on four TCM diagnostic methods shows desirable reproducibility,stability,reliability,effectiveness and safety;it can basically realize the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment based on four TCM diagnostic methods as described in the relevant document.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence and its receptor mechanism of genistein on the proliferation of negative cell line of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor of endometrial carcinoma,HEC-1B and provide the theoretical base for the application of genistein in clinic.Methods HEC-1B were cultured in vitro,and than divided into the blank group,genistein group 1(10×10-6 mol/L),genistein group 2(20×10-6 mol/L),genistein group 3(40×10-6 mol/L),genistein group 4(80×10-6 mol/L) and genistein group 5(160×10-6 mol/L) with different action time(24 hours,48 hours,72 hours and 96 hours).The influence of genistein on the proliferation of HEC-1B was detected by using MTT method.The influences of genistein in different doses on the expressions of estrogen receptor-α(ER-α) and estrogen receptor-β(ER-β) regulated by estrogen response element(ERE) by applying the method of luciferase reporter gene.The difference between genistein effects on ER-α and ER-β were compared.Results The proliferation of HEC-1B in vitro was inhibited significantly by genistein with statistical difference(P<0.05).The inhibitory effect of genistein increased along with the increase of its concentration(10×10-6 mol/L-160×10-6 mol/L) and action time(24-72 hours) showing a dose-time dependency.The expressions of reporter genes were much higher in the genistein group 2 and 3 than those in the blank group(P<0.05) showing a dose dependency.The increase of the expression of reporter gene mediated by ER-β was more significant that that by ER-α(P<0.01).Conclusion Genistein can inhibit the proliferation of endometrial carcinoma through regulating the expressions of ER-α and ER-β,and proportion of ER-β to ER-α.
摘要:Objective To study the concentration changes of berberine hydrochloride colon-specific tablets(BH) in gastrointestinal tissue taken orally by rats,and review the release characteristics of BH.Methods After BH(Ф3mm) was given to rats intragastrically,all rats were killed at different time points for collecting gastrointestinal tissue,which were washed and homogenized.The content of BH in gastrointestinal tissue of different segments in rats was determined by HPLC taken palmatine as internal label.The procedure of HPLC was performed on a column of Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-KH2PO4 solution(0.033 mol/L,pH=3.0,28∶ 72).The flow velocity was 1 mL/min,the temperature was 30℃ and detection wavelength was 345 nm.Results BH showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.05 mg/L-10.00 mg/L(r>0.999) and intra-day accuracy was below 11.8% and inter-day accuracy was below 7.9%.The recovery by this method was qualified.BH did not released in the middle and upper segments of the stomach and small intestine,and released in the lower segment of the small intestine,caecum and colon in rats.Conclusion The colon-specific release characteristics of BH are good.

摘要:Objective To study the influence of catalpol on early sensorimotor function and energy metabolism in rats with permanent cerebral ischemia injury.Methods The model of permanent focal cerebral ischemia of middle cerebral artery was established in rats and then randomly divided into the sham-operation group,model group,low-dose catalpol group,mid-dose catalpol group,high-dose catalpol group and Taponing group three days after the operation.All groups,except the sham-operation group,were given relevant medicinal intragastrically 3-14 days after the modeling.The performance of rats in the beam-walking test and adhesive plaster removing incubation were observed respectively at time points of 3 days,9 days and 14 days.The brain content of lactic acid and pyruvic acid were determined and the activities of Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+ and Mg2+-ATPase were detected 14 days after the operation.Results In the model group the performance of rats in the beam-walking test and adhesive plaster removing incubation were gradually improved along with time prolonging,but not recovered to normal level in most rats when 14-day observation period ended.These performance were improved significantly in all catalpol groups and Taponing group,especially in the mid-dose catalpol group and high-dose catalpol group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The content of lactic acid was decreased,the content of pyruvic acid was increased,and the activities of Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase were improved in all catalpol groups and Taponing group and there was a significant difference compared with the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Catalpol can accelerate the recovery of sensorimotor function in rats with permanent cerebral ischemia injury,and the mechanism maybe related to the relief of symptoms of energy exhaustion.

摘要:Objective To investigate the protective effect of acupuncture on brain mitochondrial function in mice with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,acupuncture group,Medopa group and acupuncture combining with Medopa group(combining group).The model of PD was established by intraperitoneal injection of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP).The acupuncture group,Medopa group and combining group were given different therapies after modeling.After mice survived for 14 days and 28 days respectively,the mouse brain were collected and extracted for dissolving brain mitochondria by using GENMED-kit.The staining of Coomassie brilliant blue G250 was used for protein quantification and biochemical colorimetric method was used for detecting the activities of mitochondrial complex Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ.Results After 14 days,the activity of mitochondrial complex Ⅰ decreased in the model group(P<0.05),and the activity of mitochondrial complex Ⅱ increased significantly in the acupuncture group compared with the model group(P<0.05),and decreased significantly in the Medopa group compared with the acupuncture group(P<0.05).After 28 days,the activity of mitochondrial complex Ⅳ decreased significantly in the model group(P<0.05),increased significantly in the acupuncture group and combining group compared with the model group(P<0.05),and had no changes in the Medopa group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture in Baihui(GV20) and Dazhui(GV14) and Medopa can inhibit the decrease of activity of mitochondrial complex and protect its function.

摘要:Objective To establish a method for quality control of Kaixinsan based on drug-like components,3,6′-disinapoylsucrose and α-asarone.Methods The procedure of HPLC coupled with photodiode array UV detector(HPLC-DAD) were performed on the chromatographic column of Venusil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1 % of phosphoric acid solution(42∶ 58) in gradient elution program.The flow velocity was 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength of 3,6′-disinapoylsucrose was 330 nm and that of α-asarone was 258 nm.The temperature was 30 ℃.Results 3,6′-Disinapoylsucrose showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.062 28 μg-0.373 68 μg(r=0.999 6) with average recovery as 98.35%(RSD=2.62%).α-Asarone showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.013 632 μg-0.136 320 μg(r=0.999 7) with average recovery as 96.65%(RSD=0.80%).Conclusion The quantitative determination of 3 batches of samples shows that the method is simple and accurate,which can be used in the quantitative determination of 3,6′-disinapoylsucrose and α-asarone and can be one of quality control methods for Kaixinsan.

摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of 4 lignans constituents in Hugan Tablets,and compare the content difference among the products from different manufactures.Methods The RP-HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water in gradient elution program.The detection wavelength was 250 nm,flow velocity was 1 mL/min and the sample size was 10 μL.Results The average recovery of schizandrol A was 98.06%(RSD=0.83%),schisantherin A,98.28%(RSD=1.80%),deoxyschizandrin,97.49%(RSD=1.11%),and γ-schisandrin,99.82%(RSD=0.83%).In each piece of Hugan Tablets from different manufactures the content of schizandrol A was 0.212 8 mg-0.615 1 mg,schisantherin A,0.004 7 mg-0.140 6 mg,deoxyschizandrin,0.051 6 mg-0.305 0 mg,and γ-schisandrin,0.091 3 mg-0.346 0 mg.Conclusion The method was accurate and easy,which can be used in the quantitative determination of multiple constituents of Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae) in Hugan Tablets.The method finds out the significant difference among the products from different manufactures.
摘要:Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of mangiferin and anemarrhenasaponin B Ⅱ in Zhimu(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae) simultaneously by HPLC.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Hypersil GOLD(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution program.The flow velocity was 1 mL/min and detection wavelength was,respectively,191 nm and 258 nm.Results Mangiferin showed a good linear relationship at range of 2.944-6.624 μg(r=0.999 8),and the average recovery was 101.06%(RSD=1.61%,n=6).Anemarrhenasaponin B Ⅱ showed a good linear relationship at range of 18.080-40.680 μg(r=0.999 4),and the average recovery was 103.43%(RSD=1.43%,n=6).Conclusion The determination results of 3 batches of samples showed that the method was simple and accurate and can be used in the quantitative determination of 2 constituents in Zhimu.

摘要:Objective To study the enriching technique for 3 active principles in the water extract of Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),salvanic acid A sodium,protocatechualdehyde and salvianolic acid B,by macroporous resin.Methods The content changes of 3 active principles were detected by HPLC before and after the separation taken the summed content of salvianic acid A sodium,protocatechualdehyde and salvianolic acid B as index.The types,concentration of sample solution,pH values,volume of sample,and concentration,quantity and flow velocity of eluant were observed by using the single factor investigation method.Results The parameters of the best purification technique were as follows: the concentration of sample solution was 1 g/mL according to the volume of sample(1.1 g/mL,crude medicinal volume to resin volume) and pH value was 3.The sample solution was rested on the macroporous adsorption resin column of D101,and eluted with deionized water of 5 BV at a flow velocity of 0.5 mL/min and then eluted again with 40% alcohol of 6 BV at a flow velocity of 0.5 mL/min.The content of total salvianolic acid was 85% in the obtained fine product and the transfer rate was as high as 70%.Conclusion Macroporous resin of D101 can improve the purification technique,remove impurities and increase the quantity of active principles in crude extract.

摘要:Objective To optimize the extraction technique of paeoniflorin in Guangtongxiao Foam Aerosol.Methods Taking the content of paeoniflorin as index,the multiple of extraction solvent(A),number of extraction(B) and period of extraction(C) were observed by using L9(34) orthogonal design test for determining the best extraction technique.The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Agilent Extend(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) at 30℃ and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution program(12:88).The flow velocity was 0.8 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The sequence of influence of all factors on paeoniflorin extraction volume was A>B>C and the best extraction technique was A3B2C1(adding water by 8 times,extracting for 2 times and for 1 hour each time).The extractive weight of paeoniflorin was 449.502 2 mg,which was the most extraction quantity.Conclusion The technique is reasonable,stable and available,and provides a foundation for the further production and quality control of Guangtongxiao Foam Aerosol.
摘要:Objective To observe the difference between proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(PMRS) and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) in the patients with multiple sclerosis(MS) of liver-kidney yin deficiency type or spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Methods The MS patients at acute stage(n=45) were divided into liver-kidney yin deficiency type(n=28) and spleen-kidney yang deficiency type(n=17).The age when the patients were get attacked for first time,number of recrudescence,duration of disease course,scores of Expanded Disability Status Scale(EDSS),scores of TCM symptoms,and outcomes of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),PMRS and DTI were compared in two-type patients.Results There was no statistical difference between two type patients in the age,number of recrudescence,duration of disease course,EDSS scores,scores of TCM symptoms,focus location and focus reinforced reaction.The ratio of NAA to CR tended to be lower in spleen-kidney yang deficiency type than that in liver-kidney yin deficiency type,indicating the trends of axonotmesis being significant in spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.The ratio of CHO to CR tended to be higher in liver-kidney yin deficiency type than that in spleen-kidney yang deficiency type,indicating the trends of demyelination being significant in liver-kidney yin deficiency type.The ratio of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) tended to be higher and the ratio of fractional anisotropy(FA) tended to lower in spleen-kidney yang deficiency type than those in spleen-kidney yang deficiency type,indicating the trends of lesion of white matter fiber tract being significant in spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.The difference of ratio between two types had no statistical significance.Conclusion There maybe the difference in PMRS and DTI between liver-kidney yin deficiency type and spleen-kidney yang deficiency type in patients with MS.

摘要:Objective To compare the characteristics and relevant influence factors of lung-yin injury syndrome between the aged and the middle-aged and young people with pulmonary infection,and provide the basis for clinical differentiation and treatment.Methods There were totally 162 patients with pulmonary infection being observed and 102 in the aged group and 60 in the middle-aged and young group.The incidence rate of lung-yin injury syndrome was compared between two groups.The relationships between lung-yin injury syndrome and basic diseases,disease course and constitutional factors were observed.The symptoms of respiratory system were compared between the aged group and middle-aged and young group,and the clinical characteristics of lung-yin injury syndrome of senile pulmonary infection were observed.Results The total incidence rate of lung-yin injury syndrome was 39.5% in the pulmonary infection patients.The incidence rate was 53.9% in the aged group and 15.0% in the middle-aged and young group,which was much higher in the aged group than that in the middle-aged and young group(P<0.05).The patients with chronic basic diseases of respiratory system,diabetes and cerebral infarction had a higher incidence rate.The incidence rate in the aged group was 23.6% within 7 days,34.5% from 8 days to 14 days,and 41.8% over 15 days,and in the middle-aged and young group,5% within 7 days,40% from 8 days to 14 days,and 58% over 15 days.Among 64 patients with lung-yin injury syndrome,there were 30 cases with yin-deficiency constitution(46.9%).The incidence rate of dyspnea was higher in the aged group than that in the middle-aged and young group(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of lung-yin injury syndrome is higher in the aged patients with pulmonary infection than that in the middle-aged and young patients.The manifestations of lung-yin injury syndrome can be observed in the whole course of pulmonary infection.The incidence rate can be influenced by some factors,like basic diseases,constitution types and medicinal.
