摘要:The creation of a new school of Chinese medicine involves theoretical innovation and overall academic development.The master-apprentice education is a form,and the birth of a new doctrine is the source of a new school.The paper discussed the establishment of a new school through the exposition on the implication and required conditions and actions,and analysis on the causes of dilution and breakage of schools,and probed into inner space and time laws of forming of TCM schools.
摘要:Objective To investigate the significance to clinic of the content about reinforcing and reducing manipulations of needling in Neijing.Methods The content about reinforcing and reducing manipulations of needling in Neijing concentrated in following chapters,Lingshu-Jiuzhen Shi’eryuan,Lingsh-Guanneng,Lingshu-Zhongshi,Suwen-Bazheng Shenming Lunpian,Suwen-Lihe Zhenxie Lunpian,Suwen-Tiaojing Lunpian.The reinforcing manipulation and reducing manipulations in these chapters all appeared in pairs.The paper decomposed these manipulations into five key elements: respiration,needle retaining time,speed of withdrawing needle,opening and closing of needle holes,and lifting or thrusting of needles.The frequency of the key elements was counted and the significance was analysed.Results The key element of reducing manipulation of needling in Neijing was opening of needle hole,and other elements included inserting needle during inspiration,withdrawing needle during expiration and withdrawing needle slowly.When the needle met pathogenic qi,the needle was lifted for opening door and drawing pathogenic qi out.The key elements of reinforcing manipulation of needling in Neijing mainly were closing of needle hole,longtime of needle retaining,inserting needle during expiration,withdrawing needle during inspiration,and withdrawing needle rapidly.It was a kind of light prick with filiform needle for converging local meridian qi and getting replenishing in the distance.Conclusion The reinforcing and reducing manipulation of needling in Neijing was simpler with clear intent and higher operability compared with those recorded in classical medical works since Jin and Yuan dynasties.

摘要:Objective To investigate the change laws of blood pressure-temperature ganged fluctuation and TCM four examination information in the patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI),and find out its syndrome characteristics.Methods The information of body temperature,blood pressure,TCM four examinations and NIHSS scores were collected dynamically from the patients.The correlation among the data was analysed,logistic regression equation and principal component analysis(PCP) were set up,and the score values of them were compared dynamically.The scores of comprehensive evaluation were counted.Results There was a correlation between blood pressure-temperature ganged fluctuation(increase of temperature and sudden changes of blood pressure) and NIHSS scores.The information of TCM four examinations in a group of symptoms(coma,dysphasia or aphasia and mucopurulent eye secretion) were closely related to the blood pressure-temperature ganged fluctuation.The results of PCP showed that the proportion of all principal components as follows: pricipal component 1(coma,polypnea,bad breath,swift pulse and dull complexion) accounted for 34.655%,principal component 2(aphasia,mucopurulent eye secretion and yellow sputum),16.575%,and total proportion of component 1 and 2,51.23%.The scores of comprehensive evaluation were counted according to the equation of(principal component 1×34.655%+principal component 2×16.575)÷51.23%,and the result showed that the scores of comprehensive evaluation of principal components changed from negative value to positive value.The information of TCM four examinations changed most radically on the 3rd to 5th day of ACI with different endpoints.The changes of the information of TCM four examinations were different with sensitivity and specificity in this group of symptoms.Conclusion The information of TCM four examinations collected dynamically reflects the characteristics of fire-toxin syndrome of brain collateral damaged by internal toxin taken pressure-temperature ganged fluctuation(increase of temperature and sudden changes of blood pressure) as the stratified basis.The radical changes of the information of TCM four examinations in this group of symptoms appeared on the 3rd to 5th day after hospitalization and were closely related to the clinical outcomes of ACI patients.

摘要:Objective To observe the difference of influences on angiogenesis between Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae) and Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae) in rats with pulmonary fibrosis,and discuss the mechanism.Methods Wistar rats of SPF level(n=90) were chosen and divided randomly into the sham-operation group,model group,hydrocortisone group,Mahuang group,Wuweizi group and combined group of Mahuang and Wuweizi(combined group).The model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by using tracheal instillation of bleomycin A5(7 mg/kg).The sham-operation group was given normal saline solution intragastrically(6 mL/kg) for 28 days.Mahuang decoction or Wuweizi decoction were concentrated to the decoction with 1 g original medicinal in 1 mL.The Mahuang group was given Mahuang decoction intragastrically(5 g/kg) for 28 days,Wuweizi group was given Wuweizi decoction intragastrically(2.5 g/kg) for 28 days,combined group was given intragastrically Mahuang decoction(5 g/kg) for 7 days and then Wuweizi decoction(2.5 g/kg) until 28th days,and hydrocortisone group was injected intramuscularly hydrocortisone(20 mg/kg) for 28 days.The samples were collected on the 7th and 28th day.The content changes of endothelin-1(ET-1) and 6-Keto-PGF1a were detected by using radioimmunoassay,and pulmonary microvessel density(MVD) was observed by applying immunohistochemistry.Results On the 7th day,the plasma content of ET-1 increased in the model group compared with the sham-operation group(P<0.05),and the content of 6-Keto-PGF1a increased too but had no significance compared with the sham-operation group.On the 28th day,the plasma content of ET-1 decreased significantly in the combined group and hydrocortisone group compared with the model group(P<0.05).The content of 6-Keto-PGF1a increased in all medicinal groups on the 28th day than those on the 7th day.MVD in the model group was higher than that in the sham-operation group and all medicinal groups(P<0.05),and the Mahuang group showed higher inhibitory effect in the angiogenesis of pulmonary arteriola than the Wuweizi group and combined group.Conclusion Mahuang has an active effect in the relief of lung coefficients in rats with pulmonary fibrosis.The combined use of Mahuang and Wuweizi has an inhibitory effect on the lesion of pulmonary arteriola.

摘要:Objective To study the molecular mechanism of Shuganyiyang Capsules in the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED) in rats.Methods The ED model was established by ligation of bilateral internal iliac arteries in male SD rats(3 months old).All rats were divided into the sham-operation group,model group,sidenafil group [10.5 mg/(kg·d)],low-dose Shuganyiyang Capsules group [low-dose group,0.5 mg/(kg·d)] and high-dose Shuganyiyang Capsules group [high-dose group,1 mg/(kg·d)] and given intragastrically relevant medicinal for 30 days.Then the tissue of cavernous body of penis were collected and mRNA expressions of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) of NOS pathway,cGMP and phosphodiesterase 5(PDE5) were detected by using fluorescent quantitative PCR,and the protein expressions of eNOS and PDE5 were detected by using Western blotting.Results The expressions of eNOS and cGMP decreased significantly(P<0.01) and PDE5 expression increased significantly(P<0.01) in the model group compared with those in the sham-operation group.The expressions of eNOS and cGMP increased significantly(P<0.05),and the expression of PDE5 decreased significantly(P<0.05) in the sidenafil group and high-dose group compared with those in the model group.The difference of PDE5 expression was not significant between the high-dose group and sidenafil group(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuganyiyang Capsules can improve significantly the expressions of eNOS and cGMP,and inhibit the expression of PDE5 in the tissue of cavernous body of penis in ED rats induced by ligation of bilateral internal iliac arteries.It has a similar effect with sidenafil on PDE5,which maybe the important mechanism of it in the treatment of arteriogenic ED.
摘要:Objective To study the extraction technique of salicin in Bajiaofeng(Radix Alangii).Methods On the foundation of single-factor experiments,the extraction duration,times and ratio of solid to liquid were optimized with Box-Behnken design principle.The multiple regression analysis was carried out taken the comprehensive effective scores of extraction rate and salicin content as the response values.Result The best extraction technique for salicin was as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:30,the extraction times were 3 and the duration for each time was 1.5 hours.Conclusion The extraction technique was stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective To establish the quality representation model of TCM formulas based on the characteristic spectrum of drug-like effective components taken Kai Xin San as a study carrier.MethodsThe model of dysmnesia was established by using scopolamine in SD rats,and then the rats were given intragastrically the extract of Kai Xin San for collecting medicinal serum.The intestinal absorption fluid of Kai Xin San was prepared by applying modified everted intestinal sac.The HPLC characteristic spectrum was determined and compared with the HPLC characteristic spectrum of extract of Kai Xin San.ResultsThere were 14 chemical compositions screened from the drug-like effective components in Kai Xin San and 5 characteristic compositions identified among them,and then the screened drug-like effective components were given pharmacodynamics validation by using serum pharmacological method.The characteristic spectrum of drug-like effective components was set up,and based on which the quality representation model of Kai Xin San was formed.Conclusion The quality representation model of TCM formulas based on the characteristic spectrum of drug-like effective components is scientific,reasonable and feasible,which can reflect the quality characteristics of TCM formulas,and can be taken as a new thought train and process for quality control of TCM formulas.

摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of extract from Duliang Gutta Pills by HPLC.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase for ferulic acid was CH3CN-H2O(1 mL of H3PO4 in 1 L of water,17∶83) with the detection wavelength being 316 nm.The mobile phase for imperatorin and isoimperatorin was CH3CN-H2O(70∶30) with the detection wavelength being 300 nm.Results Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.023 4 to 0.140 6 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 100.4%(RSD=0.39%).Imperatorin showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.016 1 to 0.322 0 μg,(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 102.9%(RSD=0.65%).Isoimperatorin showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.004 4 to 0.087 2 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 100.0%(RSD=0.24%).Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of extract from Duliang Gutta Pills.
摘要:Objective To get knows with questionnaire the requirement,evaluation and opinions of readers and authors to the papers about senior TCM doctors’ experience in Journal of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Clinical Medicine).Methods The questionnaire were provided to the authors and readers for investigation,and then retrieved by assigned persons and the data was counted.Results The participants had different requirement to the quantity,content and forms of the papers.Conclusion The general opinion is higher on the papers about senior TCM doctors’ experience in Journal of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Clinical Medicine).The quality of the papers is to be improved.

摘要:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Liangxuetongyu Formula on the syndrome of stasis-heat obstructing orifices of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Method The patients(n=191) were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=96) and control group(n=95).Two groups were given routine Western medical treatment and the treatment group was given Liangxuetongyu Formula orally at the same time.The clinical curative effect,stroke syndrome integrals,scores of the syndrome of stasis-heat obstructing orifices and the absorption of cerebral hemorrhage were reviewed after treatment for 21 days.Result The basic recovery rate and effectual rate were,respectively,33% and 63.6%,which were higher significantly than those in the control group(19.5% and 39.1%,P<0.05,P<0.01).All indexes decreased significantly in two groups after the treatment than before(P<0.05,P<0.01),and which more significant in the treatment group.Conclusion The curative effect of Liangxuetongyu Formula is superior to that of routine Western medical treatment for the syndrome of stasis-heat obstructing orifices of acute cerebral hemorrhage,and the adverse reactions have not been observed.

摘要:Objective To investigate the related characteristics of the ratio of metabolites of 1H-magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS) and cognitive function in amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI) of kidney deficiency type or phlegm turbidity type based on the analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance metabonomics.Methods The subjects were given routine magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) for collecting 1H-MRS data in brain region of interest.In 38 patients with aMCI(17 in kidney-deficiency group and 21 of phlegm-turbidity group) the data of 1H-MRS in the bilateral medial temporal lobes were analysed by applying SVS-SE-30 sequence.The metabolites of 1H-MRS,including N-aspartic acid(NAA),creatine(Cr),choline(Cho) and myo-inositol(mI),were studied between two groups.The relative concentration of these metabolites were counted and the difference of the ratio of NAA/Cr,NAA/mI,Cho/Cr and mI/Cr were compared taken Cr as internal reference.The correlation between cognitive function and ratio of metabolites were analysed in two groups.Results In the phlegm-turbidity group,the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) was correlated to the ratio of NAA/Cr(r=0.498,P<0.05) and the ratio of NAA/mI(r=0.462,P<0.05) in the left medial temporal lobe,but the ratio of all metabolites was not correlated to MMSE scores in the right medial temporal lobe.In the kidney-deficiency group,MMSE scores were correlated to the ratio of NAA/mI in the right medial temporal lobe(r=0.585,P<0.05),but was not correlated to the ratio of all metabolites in the left medial temporal lobe.Conclusion The scores of MMSE are correlated to the ratio of NAA/Cr and NAA/mI in the left medial temporal lobe in the patients with aMCI of phlegm-turbidity type,and which are correlated to NAA/mI in the right medial temporal lobe in the patients with aMCI of kidney-deficiency type.aMCI of different types has different positions of abnormal metabolism,and phlegm-turbidity type involves mainly the left medial temporal lobe and kidney-deficiency type involves mainly the right medial temporal lobe.It will be an important direction in the future research to integrate TCM syndrome characteristics of cognitive dysfunction with metabonomics method.
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of Modified Yu Ping Feng San on allergic rhinitis in clinic.Method The selected patients(n=204) were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=115) and control group(n=89).The treatment group was treated with Modified Yu Ping Feng San and the control group was treated with Levocetirizine Tablets.One treatment course was 14 days and two groups were treated for 1 or 2 courses.Result The differences in the obvious effective rate and total effective rate were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05) after statistical processing,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Modified Yu Ping Feng San has the curative effect on allergic rhinitis,which is superior to that of Levocetirizine Tablets.
