摘要:The theory of five elements is an essential component of philosophic theories in ancient China.However,the ancient and contemporary scholars have different views on the origin and the essence of this theory.With a lot of ancient literature,the following points of view are proposed.The concept of five elements and the viewpoint of generation and restriction in the five elements have different origins.Formed in the Xia and Shang dynasties,the concept of five elements came from the characteristics of five basic materials which are indispensable to constitute the world.Formed in the late Spring and Autumn Period,the viewpoint of generation and restriction in the five elements was derived from the summaries of the meteorological features in the area of the Central Plains.The earliest document completely recording the concept of five elements is the book Guanzi,which was compiled by the scholars from the Ji Xia Xue Gong in the late Spring and Autumn Period,and the earliest one recording the sequence of restriction in the five elements is the book Zuozhuan,which was wrote in the last stage of Spring and Autumn Period.The concept of the five elements and the concept of the five phases are complementary for each other,and together formed the theory of five elements after the Qin and Han dynasties.

摘要:There is a close relationship between innateness and constitution in the theory of Chinese medicine,but they are two different concepts.Taking the basic concepts of both as the breakthrough point,the paper explained the relationship between innateness and constitution.The author thought that innateness emphasized on innate,but the constitution stressed on the acquired.Innateness is a main internal factor deciding the formation and development of constitution,and constitution is the main external form of innateness.Innateness theory is the theoretical basis of constitution classification.Investigation on the relationship between innateness and constitution will help us to understand all-round of life phenomena,especially heredity,health and diseases.If innateness theory is applied in the research of onset of disease,diagnosis,individualized treatment and prevention in medical practice,it will be greatly important to the revealing of disease nature and improvement of the clinical effectiveness.
摘要:The paper explored the connotation of property-removed and action-reserved in medicinal combination based on the theory of property and actions of Chinese medicinal and formula combination principles,and indicated the clinical significance.The connotation of property-removed and action-reserved was studied further through distinguishing the deference among property-removed and action-reserved,combined use of cold and heat herbs and using corrigent combination.Finally,the authors made the connotation more specific and richer through giving formula examples.The authors thought that property-removed and action-reserved is one of medicinal administration skills,which is based on the pathogenesis and selective usage of property of Chinese medicinal.The separability between property and actions of Chinese medicinal is the logical foundation of property-removed and action-reserved.

摘要:Objective To study the effect of berberine on human endometrial carcinoma cell line Ishikawa co-cultured with tumor-associated macrophages(TAM),and its influences on the expressions of interleukin-8(IL-8) and nuclear factor кBp65(NF-кBp65).Methods The effective concentration and time of berberine for inhibiting the proliferation of Ishikawa,and inhibitory rate of berberine on Ishikawa co-cultured with TAM were detected by using MTT.The changes of IL-8 concentration in the supernatant were detected by using ELISA.The changes of p65 of the signal pathway of NF-кB were detected by using Western blot method 48 hours after the intervention of berberine.Results Berberine inhibited significantly the growth of Ishikawa showing a time-dose dependency,and it(40 mg/L) also inhibited the proliferation of Ishikawa co-cultured with TAM.The concentration of IL-8 in the supernatant decreased with the time of intervention(P<0.01).The expression of NF-кBp65 decreased significantly 48 hours after berberine intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Berberine can inhibit the proliferation of Ishikawa co-cultured with TAM and production of IL-8,and block NF-кB signal pathway to restrain the metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.

摘要:Objective To probe into the method for resolving the collection difficult of tongue color shielded by tongue fur during the analysis of digital tongue pictures.Methods The tongue pictures were taken from 255 cases and then the data of tongue color were collected at 7 points including the anterior,central and posterior parts of dorsal margin surface and ventral surface of tongue.The aberration formula CIEDE2000 was used to compare further the chromatic aberration among all color samples taking the aberration at point 2 and point 3 as the standard total chromatic aberration.Results The obtained standard total chromatic aberration was(2.655 5±1.511 7).In the comparison of 3 pairs of samples,the average value of total chromatic aberration was the least(2.543 5±1.836 8) at point 2 of dorsal margin surface of tongue and point 6 of ventral surface of tongue.Conclusion The data of tongue color can be collected from the dorsal margin surface and ventral surface of tongue when tongue fur influencing the data collection as the dorsal margin surface and ventral surface of tongue are not covered by tongue fur.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influences of different extractive fractions of Ju Li San Jie Wan on the expressions of progesterone receptor-A(PR-A),epidermal growth factor(EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in uterine leiomyoma cells.Methods Human uteriae leiomyoma cells were cultured by using collagenase digestion,and Ju Li San Jie Wan was extracted by modern technology.After the different extractive fractions of Ju Li San Jie Wan in different doses effecting primary cultured uterine leiomyoma cells for 24 hours,the changes of EGF secretion and expressions of EGFR and PR-A,respectively,were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),immunocytochemistry and immunoflurescence techniques.Results Compared with the blank control group,EGF secretion decreased significantly(P<0.05) in the high-concentration groups of ethanol extract,water-extract ethanol-precipitation liquid,water-extract ethanol-precipitation sediment and volatile oil.The mean optical density(MOD) of EGFR positive expressed cells decreased significantly(P<0.05) in the group of ethanol extract,group of water-extract ethanol-precipitation liquid,group of water-extract ethanol-precipitation sediment and group of volatile oil.There was a concentration-dependence relationship between the groups of volatile oil(P<0.05).In the groups of all extractive fractions of Ju Li San Jie Wan,MOD of PR-A positive expression cells decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the mifepristone(RU486) group,the expression of EGFR decreased significantly(P<0.05) in the high-concentration groups of ethanol extract,water-extract ethanol-precipitation liquid,water-extract ethanol-precipitation sediment and volatile oil(P<0.05).Conclusion All extractive fractions of Ju Li San Jie Wan can reduce EGF secretion or regulate the expressions of PR-A and EGFR in uterine leiomyoma cells.The synergism of all these fractions may be one of mechanisms in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma by Ju Li San Jie Wan.The regulation effect of these different effective fractions on EGFR is better than that of RU486.

摘要:Objective To find the differential proteins of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD),and explore the possible internal pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome.Methods The model of blood stasis syndrome of chronic myocardial ischemia was established by applying the method of placing Ameroid ring in the left anterior descending coronary artery in Chinese miniswines.All miniswines were randomly divided into the sham-operation group and model group.The status of myocardial ischemia(0-8 weeks) was observed dynastically in the model.The stenosis of coronary artery was observed by using coronary angiography(CAG).The study of comparative proteomics was conducted by applying two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS) in 10 miniswines of the sham-operation group and 9 ones of the model group.The relevant differential proteins were verified initially by using Western blot method at later stage of the test for determining further the differential proteins of CHD myocardial ischemia.Results The initial study found out that there were 5 distinct down-regulated protein spots and 8 distinct up-regulated protein spots in the model group compared with the sham-operation group.The identification of MALDI-TOF-MS was used in some differential protein spots and the result was determined by second-order mass spectrum at the same time.The differential proteins were mainly oxidative stress proteins and relevant myocardial structural proteins,including heat shock 27 kDa protein(HSP27),peroxiredoxin 3 isoform 1,cardiac troponin T(cTnT) and myosin light polypeptide.Conclusion The myocardial manifestations were observed as oxidative stress lesion and changes of myocardial structural proteins in blood stasis syndrome of CHD chronic myocardial ischemia.The relevant differential proteins can be taken as the target of medicinal treatment.

摘要:Objective To observe the changes of neurons and synapses in hippocampus CA1 zone in amyloid protein precursor(APPswe)/(presenilin(PS1dE9) double transgenic mice with transmission electron microscope(TEM),and review the influence of curcumin on the cognitive function of APPswe/PS1dE9 double transgenic mice.Methods All APPswe/PS1dE9 double transgenic mice(3 months old) were randomly divided into the mode group,rosiglitazone(0.92 mg/kg) group,and high-dose(400 mg/kg),mid-dose(200 mg/kg) and low-dose(100 mg/kg) curcumin group(each n=3),and C57BL/6J mice with the same age and genetic background were assigned into the normal control group.All groups,except the normal control group,were intragastrically given relevant medicinal respectively once a day for 3 months.The changes of hippocampus ultrastructure were observed with TEM.Results The structure of hippocampus neutrons and neuropils were normal in the normal control group.In the model group,neuron pyknosis,higher electron density,increase of lipofuscin(LPF) and lipid droplets in cytoplasm,and degeneration of neutrons in varying degrees were observed in the hippocampus CA1 zone,and myelinic degeneration,decrease and structural abnormality of synapses,and increased aggregation of synaptic vesicles were observed in neuropils.Curcumin increased the number of synapses and ameliorated the above mentioned changes.Conclusion Curcumin can improve the learn and memory abilities in APPswe/PS1dE9 double transgenic mice through increasing the number of synapses and changing hippocampus ultrastructure.
摘要:Objective To observe the changes of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in rats with bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis,and the influences of Dan Shao Hua Xian Fang.Methods SD rats(n=30) were randomly divided into the normal group,model group and treatment group(each n=10).The normal group was intratracheally given instillation of normal saline solution,and model group and treatment group were intratracheally given once perfusion of bleomycin(5 mg/kg) for inducing pulmonary fibrosis.On the second day of modeling,the treatment group was intragastrically given Dan Shao Hua Xian Fang(0.8 g/kg),and the normal group and model group were intragastrically given the same amount of normal saline solution.On the 28th day of the test,all rats were weighed and then killed.The wet weight of lung was weighed and lung tissue were collected.The pulmonary pathological changes were observed by using HE staining and Masson staining.The changes of hydroxyproline(HYP),SOD and MDA were determined by using chromatoptometry,and the expression of NF-κB were detected by using immunohistochemistry assay.Results Compared with the normal group,the level of MDA and expression of NF-κB increased significantly and the activity of SOD decreased significantly in the model group.Compared with the model group,in the treatment group the level of MDA and expression of NF-κB decreased significantly but were still higher than those in the normal group.The activity of SOD rose again but had not reached normal level.Conclusion The early administration of Dan Shao Hua Xian Fang can alleviate to a certain extent the alveoli inflammatory reaction induced by bleomycin and pulmonary fibrosis development,so it has therapeutic effect on pulmonary fibrosis.The mechanism may be related to that Dan Shao Hua Xian Fang can improve the activity of SOD,antagonize oxidative stress,inhibit the expression of NF-κB and alleviate alveoli inflammatory.

摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination,and study the regular changes of 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone-4′-O-β-D-(6″-O-cinnamoyl)-glucopyranoside in 5 kinds of decocting pieces of Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei).Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18(5 μm),and the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution(49∶ 51) in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min.Results 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone-4′-O-β-D-(6″-O-cinnamoyl)-glucopyranoside was detected from 5 kinds of decocting pieces of Dahuang,and the content of which was the highest in vinegar-roasted Dahuang(1.4 times higher than that in crude Dahuang),and lowest in charred Dahuang(declined about 81 percent than that in crude Dahuang).Conclusion Different processing techniques have different influences on the content of 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone-4′-O-β-D-(6″-O-cinnamoyl)-glucopyranoside in Dahuang,and the decline range of the content will increases as processing degree aggravates.

摘要:Objective To determine the content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae) produced from different areas.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid solution(86∶ 14) in gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 210 nm and the temperature was 35 ℃.Results Ursolic acid showed a good linear relationship with peak area at range of 0.416-13.312 μg(r=0.999 5) and the average recovery was 98.19%(RSD=2.86%,n=6).Oleanolic acid showed a good linear relationship with peak area at range of 0.464-4.640 μg(r=0.999 8),and the average recovery was 97.56%(RSD=2.08%,n=6).The content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid was,respectively,between 0.155 3% to 0.256 3% and 0.039 6% to 0.039 6% in Xiakucao produced from different areas.Conclusion The content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid is different in Xiakucao produced from different areas,which should be paid attention to during administration.

摘要:Objective To discuss appropriate and scientific methods for processing Tubeimu(Tuber Bolbostemmatis).Methods Tubeimu was processed with 4 kinds of processing methods,and the appearance,drying rate,moisture content,yield rate of paste extracted by ethanol,and the content of total tubeimosides and tubeimoside I were compared.Results The appearance was similar and drying rate,moisture content,yield rate of paste extracted by ethanol and total tubeimosides content were at a higher level in decocted and steamed Tubeimu.The drying rate was lower,but yield rate of paste extracted by ethanol,and the content of total tubeimosides and tubeimoside I were similar or higher in the baked Tubeimu compared with decocting and steaming Tubeimu.The shade-drying Tubeimu had a higher time consumption and the lowest yield rate of paste extracted by ethanol and total tubeimosides content.Conclusion The traditional processing methods of decocting and steaming are appropriate,and baking method can be used in producing areas.The method of shade-drying is unavailable because of time-consuming and no guaranteed quality.

摘要:Objective To investigate the relationship among TCM syndromes,cardiac function grading and ultrasonic cardiogram indexes of coronary heart disease(CHD)-related heart failure.Methods The table for collecting clinical information of TCM four examinations was made based on the literature survey and experts consultation.The patients(n=98) with CHD-related heart failure were examined with ultrasonic cardiogram for estimating their cardiac function grades and TCM syndrome types,and their information of four examinations were collected at the same time.All data were analyzed statistically.Results The group of qi-deficiency blood-stasis,and group of qi-deficiency blood-stasis combining phlegm-turbidity distributed mainly in group Ⅱ cardiac function.The type of qi-deficiency blood-stasis combining water-retention and group of qi-deficiency blood-stasis combining phlegm-water intermingling distributed mainly in grade Ⅲ cardiac function.The occurrence rate of left atrial enlargement was higher in the group of qi-deficiency blood-stasis combining water-reter-retention and group of qi-deficiency blood-stasis combiming phlegm-water intermingling compared with other two syndrome groups(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of left ventricle systolic dysfunction was higher in the group of qi-deficiency blood-stasis combining phlegm-water intermingling compared with the group of qi-deficiency blood-stasis(P<0.01).The occurrence rate of left atrial enlargement was higher in the group of grade Ⅲ cardiac function compared with group of grade Ⅱ cardiac function(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of left ventricle diastolic dysfunction was higher significantly in the group of grade Ⅱ cardiac function than that in the group of grade Ⅳ cardiac function(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of left ventricle systolic dysfunction was higher significantly in the group of grade Ⅲ cardiac function and grade Ⅳ cardiac function than that in the group of grade Ⅱ cardiac function(P<0.01).Conclusion TCM syndromes are closely related to cardiac function grading and the indexes of ultrasonic cardiogram.The distribution of TCM syndromes has some characteristics with the changes of cardiac function.

摘要:Objective To collect the syndrome factors of femoral head necrosis,analyze the laws of syndrome factor combination,and provide a new idea of syndrome differentiation in the treatment of this disease in clinic.Methods A syndrome scale of femoral head necrosis was designed.The patients(n=231) with femoral head necrosis were given syndrome differentiation to determine the disease-location factors and disease-natures factors by using WF-Wenfeng-Ⅲ TCM assistant diagnosis-treatment software.The laws of syndrome factor combination and syndrome factor distribution at different disease stages were discussed by applying the methods of clustering and frequency analysis.Results The location factors of femoral head necrosis were mainly sinew and bone,kidney,spleen and liver.The occurrence frequency of sinew and bone was over 90% at stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,kidney,higher at stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ,spleen,higher at stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ,and liver,higher at stage Ⅳ.The major nature factors included phlegm(dampness),blood stasis(qi stagnation),yang deficiency,cold,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and blood deficiency.The occurrence frequency of phlegm(dampness) was over 70% at stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,blood stasis(qi stagnation),over 50% at all stages,yang deficiency,over 50% at stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ,cold,over 50% at stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ,yin deficiency,over 50% at stage Ⅳ,and qi deficiency and blood deficiency,below 50% at all stages.The syndrome factors of cold,phlegm,kidney and yang deficiency combined commonly,spleen,qi deficiency,dampness and blood deficiency combined commonly,liver,yin deficiency and essence deficiency combined commonly,and qi stagnation and blood stasis combined commonly.There were 24 types of syndrome factor combination,mainly 2-factor combination,3-factor combination,4-factor combination and 5-factor combination.Conclusion The syndrome factors of disease location mainly include sinew and bone,kidney,spleen and liver,and sinew and bone and spleen are common at early stage,sinew and bone,spleen and kidney,at middle stage,and sinew and bone,liver and kidney,at later stage.The syndrome factors of disease nature mainly include phlegm(dampness),blood stasis(qi stagnation),cold,yang deficiency,yin deficiency and qi deficiency.Phlegm(dampness) and blood stasis(qi stagnation) are the key pathogenesis throughout the whole disease course.The combination characteristics of factors of disease nature show as phlegm or dampness or blood stasis combining other syndrome factors.

摘要:Objective To reveal the internal relationship between asthma and allergic rhinitis during their pathophysiological process through the clinical investigation on them and quantitative determination of relevant immune materials,to find out the common connected material effected by mucosal immunity,to provide a scientific base for the theory of treating lung disease from nose and treating asthma from both lung and nose,and to lay a foundation for expounding the connotation of TCM theory of lung opening at nose.Methods A questionnaire was used in 1 150 patients with asthma and their complains,causes of the first invasion,predisposing causes and lung function were recorded.At the same time,among them 44 with simple asthma(asthma group),38 with asthma complicating rhinitis(complicating group),30 with allergic rhinitis and 30 volunteers as the normal control group(normal group).The changes of secreted immunoglobulin A(SIgA) were detected by using ELISA in saliva,sputum and rhinal secretion(2 mL respectively).Flow cytometry was used for detecting lymphocyte CD4+ and CD8+,and fluorescent ELISA was used to detect the changes of eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) and total immunoglobuline E(T-IgE) in venous blood(2 mL).Results Among 1 150 asthma patients,there were 632 complicating rhinitis(55%).The age and FEV1 of the asthma group were higher than those of the complicating group(P<0.01,P<0.05).SIgA in sputum decreased in the asthma group,complicating group and rhinitis group compared with the normal group(P<0.01).SIgA in rhinal secretion was higher than that in saliva and sputum(P<0.05).CD4+ in venous blood increased in the asthma group,complicating group and rhinitis group compared with the normal group(P<0.05).The level of serum T-IgE increased in the complicating group and rhinitis group compared with the normal group(P<0.01).The level of serum ECP increased in the asthma group,complicating group and rhinitis group compared with the normal group(P<0.05).In the asthma group ECP and T-IgE were correlated(r=0.467,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a relationship between lung and nose when asthma invasion.The mucosal immune media,including SIgA,CD4+,CD8+,ECP and T-IgE,may be one of material bases connected lung and nose,which lays a foundation for TCM theory of lung opening at nose,and treating lung disease from nose and treating asthma from both lung and nose.
