摘要:The theory of Chinese medicine has formed a relatively complete science system,while the position and internal partition of Chinese medical sciences in the entire disciplinary system have not been cleared.Modern scientific knowledge system can provides methodological reference,in which Mr.QIAN Xue-shen’s principle for dividing the framework of modern scientific theory is significant to the position and internal partition of Chinese medical sciences.The theory of Chinese medicine can be divided into three gradual levels: basic theory,technologic science and engineering,which embody the disciplinary structure of Chinese medical sciences from macroscopic view to specific view.At the same time the principle of crossover step by step should be followed in the study of interdiscipline,and the theory,science and technology of other disciplines should be introduced into the research of Chinese medicine.

摘要:Deficient-qi stagnation is a pathogenetic change,meaning the stagnation and retardation of qi,blood,fluid and humor induced by deficiency of primordial qi(deficient-qi).The root of occurrence of ischemia leukoencephalopathy is deficient-qi and the tip is stagnation.Deficient-qi can be manifested as particular damage of qi,blood,yin or yang,and easily induces qi stagnation and blood stasis,and phlegm obstruction and toxin accumulation.In the pathogenetic course of deficient-qi stagnation,qi stagnation comes first,phlegm obstruction appears gradually,blood stasis leads to the disease,and toxin accumulation tends to result in the damage.Deficient-qi and stagnation interact as both cause and effect and they influence the occurrence,development,prognosis and outcome of ischemia leukoencephalopathy.

摘要:Phlegm-damp constitution is one of common types of human constitution.The development trend of phlegm-damp constitution is cerebrovascular accidence,coronary heart disease,diabetes,hypertension,metabolism syndrome,polycystic ovarian syndrome and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.General recuperation is a basic and effective approach for preventing and treating the diseases related to phlegm-damp constitution.The principles are to chose therapy according to the variability of an individual,and consider both origin and superficiality.The effective methods include taking Chinese medicinal with actions of fortifying spleen and supplementing qi,and resolving phlegm and removing dampness,and daily health care.The basic formula for recuperating phlegm-damp constitution is Hua Tan Qu Shi Fang,which can be modified according to constitution types and complicating syndromes.Health care refers mainly to the control of emotion,diet,daily life and exercises.

摘要:Objective To study the mechanism of neuroendocrine in hypertensive rats with cerebral hemorrhage induced by sudden drop of temperature.Methods The mode of stroke-prone renovascular hypertension(RHRSP) was established.All rats in normal group,model group and sham-operation group were put into the artificial climate box and treated by sudden drop of temperature,and then cerebral hemorrhage was determined through gross observation on brain tissue.The changes of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH),corticosterone(CORT),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),tri-iodothyronine(T3) and tetra-iodothyronine(T4) were detected by using radioimmunoassay in rat of all groups before and after the sudden drop of temperature.Results Before sudden drop of temperature,the levels of adrenal axis hormones and thyroid axis hormones were lower in the model group than those in the normal group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).When temperature dropped suddenly,the levels of ACTH,CORT and TSH decreased signifigantly in the normal group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while in the model group the levels of ACTH and thyroid axis hormones(TSH and T4) increased than those before the sudden drop of temperature(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After the sudden drop of temperature,the levels of ACTH and TSH increased but the levels of CORT,T3 and T4 still maintained a tend of decrease in the normal group.The levels of ACTH,CORT and TSH still maintained at a high level in rats with cerebral hemorrhage and were significantly higher than those before sudden drop of temperature(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion It is one of important mechanisms of the sudden drop of temperature inducing hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage that stress reactions of adrenal axis and thyroid axis are abnormally enhanced.

摘要:Objective To study the influences of An Gong Niu Huang Wan on the expressions of matrix metallopeptidase-9(MMP-9) and aquaporin-4(AQP-4) in brain tissue around hematoma in rats with experimental intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods The model of ICH was established by the injection of collagenase in rat caudate nucleus.An Gong Niu Huang Wan(0.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg) was given intragastrically to rats 3 hours after the injection,once a day for three days.The paraffin sections were prepared by using cardiac perfusion of paraformaldehyde for fixation and collection of brain samples after three days.The expressions of MMP-9 and AQP-4 were observed by using immunohistochemistry method.Results Compared with the sham-operation group,the expressions of MMP-9(P<0.01) and AQP-4(P<0.01) increased significantly in the model group.Compared with the model group,the expressions of MMP-9(P<0.01) and AQP-4(P<0.01) decreased significantly in the low-dose group of An Gong Niu Huang Wan and high-dose group of An Gong Niu Huang Wan.Conclusion An Gong Niu Huang Wan can inhibit the expressions of MMP-9 and AQP-4 in brain tissue around hematoma after ICH,which may be related to that it can antagonize the lesion of intracerebral hemorrhage.

摘要:Objective To discuss the recognition method of TCM syndrome types of cardiovascular diseases,and provide some methods and evidences for the standardization of TCM syndrome research.Methods The cases of cardiovascular diseases were selected by using unified scale of TCM inquiry.A database of TCM clinical information was established through assigning "yes" to 1 and assigning "no" to 0 according to the information by inquiry.The clinical information and relation among syndrome types were analysed and model was established based on support vector machine(SVM,including two calculation methods: radial basis function and polynomial kernel function) and artificial neural networks(ANN,including two structure networks: ACON and OCON).The accuracy of syndrome deduction of SVM was observed.Results For heart-qi deficiency,heart-yang deficiency,heart-yin deficiency,phlegm turbidity,qi stagnation and blood stasis,common syndrome types of cardiovascular diseases,the recognition accuracy of OCON structure network was the highest(over 60%),and reached 92.4% and 82.9% respectively for heart-qi deficiency and heart-yang deficiency.Conclusion SVM and ANN can provide some objective bases for the recognition of TCM syndromes of cardiovascular diseases,and OCON structure network has a higher recognition accuracy.

摘要:Objective To screen the drug-like effective components related to Kai Xin San-Yuanzhi(Radix Polygalae),establish the characteristic chromatograms of Yuanzhi based on drug-like effective components,and study the quality representation of Yuanzhi.Methods The model of dysmnesia was established by using scopolamine in SD rats,and then the rats were given intragastrically the extract of Kai Xin San for collecting medicinal serum and determining HPLC characteristic chromatograms.With the same chromatographic condition,the HPLC characteristic chromatogram of Yuanzhi extract was determined,and compared with that of extract of Kai Xin San taken retention time as a major index.The characteristic chromatographic peaks were identified by using reference addition method.Results The drug-like effective components of Yuanzhi were screened and the characteristic chromatogram was established.There were 4 characteristic chemical principles identified,sibricose A5,sibricose A6,xanthone Ⅲ and 3,6′-disinapoylsucrose.The associative relation between characteristic chromatogram of Kai Xin San and that of Yuanzhi was set up.The quality representation method of characteristic chromatogram of Yuanzhi was established based on drug-like effective components of Kai Xin San on the foundation of screening results of drug-like effective components.Conclusion The quality representation method established is scientific,reasonable and feasible,which provide a thinking and methodology for setting up the quality control system reflecting the features of effective material base of Chinese medicinal and formulas.

摘要:Objective To study the method for quantitative determination of polysaccharides in Tusizi(Semen Cuscutae).Methods The refined polysaccharides in Tusizi were prepared and the purity was detected by using 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance(13C-NMR).The monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides was detected by using PMP-pre-column derivatization and HPLC before and after refining.The conversion factor of crude polysaccharides to glucose was obtained with refined polysaccharides,and the content of polysaccharides was determined by using phenol-sulfuric acid spectrophotometry in the samples of Tusizi produced from Heilongjiang,Shandong and Inner Mongolia.Results The refine polysaccharides of Tusizi had no other impurities,and monosaccharide composition of Tusizi polysaccharides had no obvious changes before and after refining.The colouration of polysaccharides test solution was stable with a good repeatability within 6 hours.The average recovery was 99.4%(RSD=3.02%,n=6).The polysaccharides content in Tusizi produced from Heilongjiang,Shandong and Inner Mongolia was,respectively,8.02%,23.20% and 10.72%.Conclusion The results are more objective and accurate when conversion factor is brought in for correcting the quantitative determination of polysaccharides.
摘要:Objective To carry out the hydrolysis for Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis) by using cellulose to increase the extraction transfer rate and save extraction time of active principles of Kushen.Methods On the foundation of single factor test,three factors,amount of cellulose addition(X1),pH value of enzymolysis(X2) and time of enzymolysis(X3),were observed(5 levels being set to each factor) by using central composite design taken the extraction transfer rate of matrine and oxymatrine obtained by HPLC as indexes.The best enzymolysis condition for Kushen was optimized and compared with traditional method.The extraction rate and times were investigated after enzymolysis.Results When the amount of cellulose was 4 U/g,pH was 5.6 and temperature was 42 ℃,the enzymatic effect of cellulose for Kushen was the best,and extraction transfer rate of matrine and oxymatrine was the highest.With this condition the extraction transfer rate of matrine and oxymatrine was 87.89% extracting for 15 minutes every time,which increased 7.03 percent and saved time compared with traditional method(not adding cellulose for 2 hour every time).Conclusion Cellulose can destroy the structure of cell wall of Kushen material,improve the dissolution of active principles,and save the extraction time.It is significant to industry production.
摘要:Objective To select 7 types of macroporous resins with different polarities,optimize the best one taken paeoniflorin as index for enriching and purifying the active principles of Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan Radicis),and study the characteristics of adsorption thermodynamics.Methods The adsorption and desorption capabilityies of different types of macroporous resins to paeoniflorin were investigated by using static adsorption method.Taking adsorption thermodynamic parameters of optimized resin to paeoniflorin as a base,the adsorption enthalpy,adsorption free energy and adsorption entropy were calculated by using functional relation of thermodynamics.The adsorption mechanism of macroporous resin was studied from the aspect of chemicophysics.Results The type of HPD200A macroporous resin had good capabilities of adsorption and desorption for paeoniflorin in Mudanpi,which was better than other types of macroporous resin.Its equilibrium adsorption data for paeoniflorin was accorded with Freundlich adsorption isothermal equation.The adsorption course was determined as an endothelium process when equilibrium adsorption coefficient increased with the rise of temperature and adsorption enthalpy was larger than zero.The adsorption course was determined as a spontaneous process when characteristic constant was larger than 1 and adsorption free energy was smaller than zero.When adsorption enthalpy was smaller than 40,a process of physical adsorption accompanied by hydrogen bonding adsorption occurred.Conclusion The parameters of thermodynamics has showed that the rise of temperature is beneficial to the adsorption process of HPD200A macroporous resin.During industrial production,the extractive solution,while it is hot,can be purified by macroporous resin for saving cooling steps and increasing the amount of adsorption.
摘要:Objective To sum up the academic thought of Professor LV Ren-he’s in differentiation and treatment of diabetes at stages through the statistical analysis on the factors of TCM syndrome differentiation of diabetes in cases treated by Professor LV Ren-he.Methods The diabetic cases treated by Professor LV Ren-he(n=128) were classified into Pidan stage,Xiaoke stage and Xiaodan stage based on the statistical function of TCM Medical Record Database after the pretreatment with resolution and indexing.The symptoms,signs,syndromes and therapeutic principles were analysed respectively.Results The syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and yin might be common in Pidan stage,and occurrence rate of yellow tongue fur was the highest in Xiaoke stage.The syndrome of blood-stasis obstructing collaterals took second in the statistics of syndrome types,which showed that heat syndrome and blood-stasis syndrome were common and important excess syndrome of the tip in Xiaoke stage.Liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome and qi-yin deficiency syndrome were common deficient syndrome of the root in Xiaoke stage.Spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome summarized by Professor LV Ren-he was relatively rare in the past.The statistics of symptoms and signs in Xiaodan stage showed that syndrome of dual deficiency of liver and kidney was obvious in this stage.Dampness-heat,phlegm-fluid and blood stasis were common in Xiaodan stage and they cemented together to lead to turbidity-toxin.The statistics of syndromes showed that the syndrome of blood-stasis obstructing collaterals came first in Xiaodan stage.It indicated that the frequency of the syndrome of blood-stasis obstructing collaterals increased significantly with the development of disease course compared with the statistic results of other two stages,which corresponded with Professor LV Ren-he’s hypothesis of microscopic aggregation-accumulation.The statistic results of therapeutic principles were consistent with the syndrome features in this stage recognized by Professor LV Ren-he,i.e.deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang and internal retention of turbidity-toxin.Conclusion The analysis of symptoms,signs,syndromes and therapeutic principles in three stages of diabetes had a higher internal goodness of fit,and accorded with Professor LV Ren-he’s theory of differentiation and treatment of diabetes at stages.
摘要:Objective To analyse the relationship between the principal symptoms of depression and multiple TCM syndromes by using correlativity analysis method,and decide the kernel TCM pathogenesis of depression based on the degree of correlativity.Methods The symptoms in depression patients were reviewed by applying Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and 115 symptoms were taken as indexes to established the Observation Table of TCM Syndromes of Depression for assessing TCM symptoms.The review on TCM symptoms and scales of Western medicine was carried out in 1 221 cases and then the data were inputted into database.The scores of 16 TCM syndrome factors and 7 HAMD factors were calculated and the correlativity was studied for observing the highest correlativity between principal symptom and TCM syndrome and determining the kernel TCM pathogenesis of depression.Results HAMD retardation factors(including the principal symptoms of depression such as depressed mood,declined interest and work ability,tardy and hypaphrodisia) had the highest correlativity to kidney deficiency factor showing positive correlation(correlative coefficient was 0.290),and negatively related to liver depression and fire derived by liver depression.HAMD anxiety/somatization factors(including neurotic anxiety,somatic anxiety,gastrointestinal symptoms,hypochondriasis and insight,and general symptoms) had the highest correlativity to fire derived by liver depression(correlative coefficient was 0.476).Conclusion Kidney deficiency is a principal pathogenesis of depression.
摘要:The basic part of reviews of chinical observation is references,and their major function is to provide information.The conclusion drawn from references can give different guidance to different readers,so the selection of references is related to the quality of reviews of chinical observation.The paper firstly listed many problems in current reviews of clinical observation,and indicated that the principal problem was improper selection of references.The scientificity of references should be paid more attention to.The shortages in references citation are mostly manifested as nonstandard,such as no control group in the paper of clinical observation,no diagnostic or effective criterion and no statistical data.In view of this,the authors introduced the method for selecting literature and materials from defined time,range,key words ,retrieval tools,roughing classification,evaluation,conclusion and certification,stressed the detail in reviewing materials,and suggested to add the items in article style,including standard for enclosing and excluding of literature according to the demands of evidence-based medicine,and description of methodology.The purpose is to assure the scientificity of references,and recognize the academic attribute,writing format and quality of medical reviews through playing references a fundamental role in reviews of clinical observation.
