摘要:The theory of zang-fu organs being related including lung and large intestine being interior-exteriorly related is one of characteristic theories of Chinese medicine and is recorded in a lot of medical books in all ages.Through studying the medical records of lung impediment and intestine impediment in Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an,the authors analyzed YE Tian-shi’s cognition and application of the theory of lung and large intestine being interior-exteriorly related from the aspects of symptoms,causes,pathogenesis,therapies,formulas and medications.They found that lung and large intestine have a mutual relationship,so the diseases of large intestine will involve lung and lung diseases can be treated from large intestine,and vice versa.Because lung and large intestine have different governing,the manifestations will be different in different diseases and syndrome types.The interaction between lung and large intestine exists under certain conditions,and lung diseases treated from large intestine or intestinal diseases treated from lung are not suitable for all diseases of lung or large intestine.

摘要:Objective To observe the content changes of lung vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),neurokinin A(NKA) and intestinal trefoil factor 3(TFF3) and regulation effect of Chinese medications with action of relaxing bowels(Da Chengqi Tang),and discuss the neuropeptide mechanism of lung associating with large intestine.Methods The rat model of rectal semi-ligation was established and 50 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,sustained ligation group,de-ligation group,de-ligation and medicated group and normal medicated group.The content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and VIP,TFF3 and NKA in lung tissue were detected in rats of all groups.Results The content of TNF-α and IL-1β in BALF and NKA and TFF3 in lung tissue increased significantly(P<0.01) and VIP decreased significantly(P<0.01) in sustained ligation group and de-ligation group.After the intervention with Da Chengqi Tang in intestine,the content of TNF-α and IL-1β in BALF and NKA and TFF3 in lung tissue decreased significantly(P<0.01) and VIP increased significantly(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the content of NKA,VIP and TFF3 in lung tissue were significantly correlated to the content of TNF-α and IL-1β in BALF(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of relaxing bowels can relieve pulmonary inflammation in rat model of rectal semi-ligation,and this effect is closely related to the content changes of VIP,TFF3 and NKA in lung tissue.

摘要:Objective To study the role of cluster differentiation antigen 14(CD14) in signal transduction pathway of endotoxin in hepatic stress injury of acute cerebral hemorrhage and target regulation mechanism of Xinglou Chengqi Tang.Methods The model of acute cerebral hemorrhage was established by using brain injection of collagenase VII,and then the rats were divided into normal group,cerebral hemorrhage group,group of phlegm-heat and bowel-excess syndrome and Xinglou Chengqi Tang group.The expression of CD14 mRNA and HE staining of liver tissue were observed by applying real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) after modeling for 24,48 and 72 hours.Results The expression of CD14 mRNA increased in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage,while Xinglou Chengqi Tang reduced the expression and relieve the pathological injury of liver tissue in syndrome of phlegm heat and bowel excess of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion CD14 plays an important role in mediating endotoxic liver injury,and Xinglou Chengqi Tang has some protective effect on liver in syndrome of phlegm heat and bowel excess of acute cerebral hemorrhage.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences of Yifei Huoxue Granules on relevant vascular cell factors including angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ),endothelin 1(ET-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nitric oxide(NO) and 6-Keto-PGF1a in rabbits with chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD),and investigate the mechanism of the granules in relieving pulmonary hypertension.Methods The rabbit model of CPHD was established by injecting of 0.7% FeCl3 solution in ear vein(once every other day for 21 times for 42 days,and the total dose was 15 mL/each).All rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,captopril group and Yifei Huoxue Granules group.The content of Ang Ⅱ,ET-1,TNF-α and 6-Keto-PGF1a were detected by using radioimmunoassay and NO content,by nitrate reductase method.Results The comparison between model group and normal group on the 42nd day showed that the content of Ang Ⅱ,ET-1 and TNF-α increased significantly(P<0.05) and content of 6-Keto-PGF1a and NO decreased significantly(P<0.01).The comparison between Yifei Huoxue Granules group and model group on the 62nd day showed that the content of Ang Ⅱ and ET-1 decreased significantly(P<0.05) and NO content increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Yifei Huoxue Granules can prevent and treat CPHD through reducing the content of Ang Ⅱ and ET-1,rising NO content,relaxing pulmonary vascular and decreasing vascular resistance.

摘要:Objective To probe into the influences of medicinal serum of Jiedu Huayu Fang on the expressions of survivin gene and NF-κB signal gnen of leukemia HL60/adr cells.Methods The expression of surviving gene of HL60/adr cells treated with medicinal serum of Jiedu Huayu Fang was detected by using semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and expressions of NF-κB/P65,NF-κB/P50 and IκBα were detected by using Western blotting method.Results The medicinal serum of Jiedu Huayu Fang reduced the signals of NF-κB/P65,NF-κB/P50 and IκBα of multidrug resistance HL60/adr cells,and decreased the expression of survivin gene.Conclusion Jiedu Huayu Fang can reduce NF-κB signal pathway,influence NF-κB-survivin pathway and reverse multidrug resistance of HL60/adr cells.
摘要:Objective To explore the rules of treating aplastic anemia with Western medicines and Chinese patent medicines by applying text mining technique.Methods The relevant literature about treating aplastic anemia were collected from Chinese Medical Current Contents(CMCC) and a Access database was established.The data were treated with SQL platform and the administration rules of Western medicines and Chinese patent medicines were analyzed combining artificial noise reduction.Results Stanozolol,cyclosporin A,antithymocyte globulin(ATG),cyclophosphamide and antilymphocyte globulin(ALG) were Western medications with high-frequency in the literature,and Fufang Zaofan Wan and Zaizhang Shengxue Pian were Chinese patent medicines with high-frequency.Conclusion The frequency in literature reports showed the administration rules of Western medicines and Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of aplastic anemia by applying text mining technique.The integrative administration of Western medicines and Chinese patent medicines is worth studying further.
摘要:Objective To compare the influences of light sources A,B,C E and D65 of standard illuminants on the colorimetry parameters of normal tongue tip color,and offer an experimental basis for standardized study of tongue color measure in TCM tongue inspection.Methods There were 35 healthy undergraduate students selected as study objects.The light source was revised to equal-energy white light(light source E of standard illuminants).The data of tongue tip color were colleted by using visible reflection spectrum method and spectrum curves(380 nm-780 nm) were obtained.The visible reflection spectrum curves under different illuminant conditions were calculated according to distribution features of spectrums A,B,C and D65 of standard illuminants.The tristimulus values of CIE XYZ color matching were calculated for getting,comparing and analyzing CIE 1964 chromaticity coordinates,dominant wavelength and RGB values of normal tongue tip color under different standard illuminant conditions.Results Under the lighting of light sources A,B,C E and D65 of standard illuminants,visible reflection spectrum curves,CIE 1964 chromaticity coordinates and red-green-blue(RGB) values of tongue tip color showed significant differences,but dominant wavelength values were consistent taking the features of standard illuminant as reference.Conclusion The material collection of tongue color inspection by using visible reflection spectrum method can provide a standardized method of color measurement.Different light source conditions of standard illuminant would cause the deviations of material collection of tongue color inspection.The application of unified light sources of standard illuminants can reduce the deviations,and at the same time,the data should be analyzed taking illuminant features as references when revising the color of digital imagine material of tongue color inspection.

摘要:Objective To observe the influence of eye acupuncture on the expression of brain intercellular cell adhesion molecules-1(ICAM-1) in rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury for 24 hours,and discuss the effect mechanism of eye acupuncture to cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,sham-operation group,model group and eye acupuncture group.The rat model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was established by using suture method.The brain patholegical changes were observed with HE staining in rats of all groups.The expression of brain ICAM-1 was detected by using the methods of ELISA,immunohistochemistry,real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and Western-blot method.Results Compared with blank group,the content and expression of brain ICAM-1 increased significantly in model group.Compared with model group,the content and expression of brain ICAM-1 decreased significantly in eye acupuncture group.Conclusion One of effective mechanism of eye acupuncture for treating cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury may be related to down-regulation of ICAM-1 expression.

摘要:The authors discussed the internal relevance between TCM syndrome theory and thermodynamics theory,expounded in detail the basic principle,methods,techniques,approaches,characteristics and advantages in the research of TCM syndromes with thermodynamics method,and raised the concept of syndrome thermodynamics research.They also gave the examples of syndrome thermodynamics typical cases,evidence-based research and infrared imaging in literature and reports of TCM studies for proofing the scientificity of syndrome thermodynamics research.

摘要:Objective To study the inhibitory effect of total products of curcumin(Cur) biotransformation on tumor and possible metabolism in H22 tumor-bearing mice after microbial transformation of Cur by Monascus purpureus,and lay a foundation for screening new and efficient curcumin medications of anti-tumor.Methods Kunming mice were inoculated with H22 cells for establishing tumor-bearing mouse model.All mice were divided into the group of Cur transformation products of Monascus purpureus(Cur group),Monascus control group(Monascus group),substrate control group(substrate group),normal control group(normal group),tumor-bearing model group(model group) and cyclophosphamide control group(CTX group).The trans-product group,Monascus group and substrate group were,respectively,intervened with corresponding drugs in high,medium and low doses for 12 days.After the last time administration of drugs for 12 hours,the blood samples were collected for separating serum and detecting the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-2(IL-2).The tumor was taken for weighing and calculating tumor inhibitory rate.The liver,thymus and spleen were taken for weighing and calculating organ indexes.Results The tumor inhibitory rate in high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose Cur groups was respectively 37.08%,48.91% and 26.55%,which was significantly higher than that in high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose Monascus groups and high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose substrate groups,but not higher than that in CTX group.The organ indexes were higher in high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose Cur groups than those in model group,and those in Monascus groups and substrate groups were not different compared with model group(P>0.05).The levels of TNF-α and IL-2 were higher in high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose Cur groups than those in model group,Monascus groups and substrate groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cur,after biotransformation,has higher inhibitory effect on tumor,and can increase the organ indexes of main immune organs and improve body’s immunity.It may inhibit tumor through rising TNF-α level to kill tumor directly or promoting IL-2 level to enhance immune response of T cells.

摘要:Objective To study the characteristics of static adsorption thermodynamics in the course of macroporous resin adsorbing paeoniflorin.Methods The influences of different temperature and concentration on macroporous resin static adsorption through the test of static adsorption thermodynamics.The test data were fitting by using Lagergren first-order kinetic equation and Kannan diffusing equation within particle.Results The test data corresponded with Lagergren first-order kinetic equation and Kannan diffusing equation within particle,and jad good correlation.Conclusion Liquid film diffusion and resin diffusion within particle are all the factors of controlling adsorption rate in the course of macroporous resin adsorbing paeoniflorin,and resin diffusion within particle plays a major role.At the first period,with the same concentration of extractive liquid,the adsorption amount is higher under high temperature condition than that under low temperature condition.Before adsorption reaching equilibrium,adsorption rate and amount will increase as concentration increases.
摘要:Objective To probe into the curative effect and adverse actions of Fufang Kushen Injection in the treatment of mild or moderate cancer pain.Methods With randomized and controlled method,the patients with mild cancer pain(n=50) were divided into treatment group and Indocontin group,and patients with moderate cancer pain(n=54),into treatment group and Tramadol Hydrochloride group.All groups were given relevant medications.Fufang Kushen Injection(12 mL-15 mL) was added into 250 mL normal saline solution for intravenous drip once a day for 10 days.Indocontin(25 mg each time) was administrated after eating two times a day for 10 days.Tramadol Hydrochloride(100 mg each time) was administrated two times a day for 10 days.The analgesic effect,and initial time,best pain relief time,duration and adverse actions of medications were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate on mild cancer pain was 84.6% in treatment group and it was not statistically different compared with Indocontin group(P>0.05).The pain relief rate was lower but micro efficiency was higher in treatment group than those in Indocontin group(P<0.05).The total effective rate on moderate cancer pain was 75.0% in treatment group and it was not statistically different compared with Tramadol Hydrochloride group(P>0.05).The pain relief rate was lower but micro efficiency was higher in treatment group than those in Tramadol Hydrochloride group(P<0.05).The initial time,best remission duration and relieving pain duration of Fufang Kushen Injection were respectively 3 days,3 days and 4 days,while relevant Western medications were respectively 1 hour,2 hours and 6 hours.Fufang Kushen Injection had slight adverse actions.Conclusion Fufang Kushen Injection has a good curative effect on mild and moderate cancer pain.In pain relieve rate it is not as good as relevant Western medications but better in micro efficiency.Its initial time of analgesic effect is slow,but the duration is long and adverse actions are slight.
摘要:Objective To investigate the best therapy for lumbago after minimally invasive surgery of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP).Methods All 128 patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated with heat conduction therapy with silver needles in lumbar acupoints,and control group,with heat conduction therapy with close silver needles.Results The comparison of VAS scores showed that the scores decreased significantly after the treatment than before(P<0.05) in two groups,and VAS scores between two groups had no statistical difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect were significant in two groups,but there was no statistical difference in curative effect between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The heat conduction therapy with silver needles and heat conduction therapy with close silver needles in lumbar acupoints are all effective therapies for lumbago after minimally invasive surgery of LIDP,and the former has higher practicable value in clinic because less needles and complications,low cost and little suffering.
