摘要:After reading Mingyi Zhilu·Daochuan Xinhuo edited by professor CHAO En-xiang and refereed by Academician WANG Yong-yan,a book reflecting the medical practice and academic essence of the first year’s graduates of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,the authors summarized that there are still a large number of mastered doctors trained by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine working in clinic,and as well as there are still many problems in TCM talent training.The publishing of this book plays a role of condemning and correcting the current training mode of TCM talents.The paper only studied the clinical experience and academic thought of predecessors,and did not make comments.The purpose is to find out benefit enlightenment from predecessors’ comprehension and success when they studied medicine,and explain some problems existing in the training mode of TCM talents from five aspects including discipular education,curriculum,clinical internship,difference among tutor,famous teacher and mastered teacher,and separation or integration of Chinese medicine and Chinese pharmacy.The authors tried to probe into the road of success of 18 predecessors in the book.

摘要:Objective To determine the temperature range and energy distribution laws of viscera and bowels in health people and analyze the influencing factors.Methods The subjects(n=167) were divided into male group(group A),female group(group B),group aged 45 or below(group C),group aged from 46 to 60(group D) and group aged 61 or over(group E).The relative temperature of viscera and bowels was detected by using medical infrared thermal imager and thermal automatic analysis system in all groups.Results The arrangement of temperature rank showed a descending order as follows:lung> descending colon> ascending colon> liver> stomach> kidney> small intestine,which was not correlated to gender and age.The temperature of lung and descending colon had a significant changes in different age groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionInfrared thermal imaging technology can be used for measuring the temperature of viscera and bowels comprehensively and objectively,and visualizing the status of viscera and bowels.In the physiological condition,the temperature shows a regular arrangement and correlated to age factor,and which is typical in lung and descending colon.

摘要:Objective To observe the changes of neurotransmitters in hypothalamus and their regulation and influences on reproductive endocrine in rat model of congealing cold with blood stasis.Methods The rat model of congealing cold with blood stasis was established by keeping rats in ice water(0-1℃).The content of serum progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH),and content of hypothalamus β-endorphin(β-EP) were detected by using radioimmunoassay.The content of hypothalamus 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),noradrenalin(NA) and dopamine(DA) were detected by using fluorospectrophotometry.Results The content of E2,P,T,LH and FSH decreased significantly and content of β-EP,5-HT,NA and DA increased significantly in rats of model group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with normal group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The neurotransmitters including β-EP,NA,DA and 5-HT secreted by hypothalamus participate in the regulation of reproductive endocrine and onset of congealing cold with blood stasis.

摘要:Objective To study Chaiqi Tang with better curative effect in clinic,and investigate its mechanism in intervening metabolic syndrome.Methods The rat model of metabolic syndrome was established by feeding high fat,high sugar and high salt diet,and then all rats were divided into model group,Chaiqi Tang group,rosiglitazone group and normal group.The Chaiqi Tang group was given Chaiqi Tang(5.71 g/ kg·d) from the beginning of modeling,and rosiglitazone group was given rosiglitazone(1.2 mg/ kg·d,calculated according to rat body surface).The changes of general condition,laboratory indexes and histological changes of liver were observed and compared in rats of all groups.The levels of alamine aminotransferase(ALT),triglyceride(TG),and fasting blood glucose(FBG) were detected by using biochemical method,the level of fasting insulin(FINS) was detected by using radioimmunoassay,the level of malondialdehyde(MDA) in liver homogenate was detected by using thiobarbituric acid method,the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver homogenate was detected by using xanthine oxidase method,and histopathological changes of liver were observed by using HE staining.Results The general condition became worse in rats of model group,and the model of metabolic syndrome was successfully established on the 8th week.Chaiqi Tang group and rosiglitazone group were superior to model group in the improvement of indexes of liver function,blood fat,blood glucose,insulin sensitivity,liver histopathology,SOD activity and level of MDA.Chaiqi Tang group was marginally worse than rosiglitazone group in improving TG and insulin sensitivity and reducing blood glucose,and superior to in other indexes,but there was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Chaiqi Tang has a good therapeutic effect on metabolic syndrome and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and it can reduce the content of serum insulin,improve insulin resistance state as well as improve lipid metabolism,which may be its mechanism for treating metabolic syndrome and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
摘要:Objective To observe the expression of neuron choline acetyl-transferase(ChAT) in hippocampus CA1 zone in APP/PS1 double transgenic mice,and review the influence of curcumin on learning and memory ability.Methods All APP/PS1 double transgenic mice(3 months old) were randomly divided into model group,rosiglitazone group,and high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose curcumin group(high-dose group,mid-dose group and low-dose group),and C57BL/6J mice with the same age and genetic background were assigned into normal group.All groups were intragastrically given relevant medicinal respectively once a day for 3 months.The changes of learning and memory ability and hippocampus neuron ChAT were detected by using platform experiment,immunohistochemistry technique and Western blot method.Results Compared with normal group,latency time was much shorter in model group(P<0.01).Compared with control group,latency time was much longer in all curcumin groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The results of immunohistochemistry technique showed that ChAT positive cells in hippocampus CA1 zone decreased significantly in model group compared with normal group(P<0.01),and recovered in varying degrees in all curcumin groups.The results of Western blot method showed that the protein strips of ChAT became thinner and the color became paler in model group(P<0.01),and became thicker and became darker(P<0.05 or P<0.01) in all curcumin groups.Conclusion Curcumin can improve learning and memory ability in APP/PS1 double transgenic mice through improving the protein expression of ChAT and alleviate the disorder of neural conduction in animal model of Alzheimer’s Disease.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influences of Dachengqi Tang on the levels of gastrointestinal hormones in blood and gastrointestinal tissue in rats with interior excess and heat syndrome.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low-dose Dachengqi Tang group(low-dose group) and high-dose Dachengqi Tang group(high-dose group).The rat model with interior excess and heat syndrome was established by using self-feces method.The low-dose group and high-dose group were intragastrically given Dachengqi Tang(4.59 g/kg and 9.18 g/kg) respectively,and model group and normal group were given equal quantity of normal saline solution.The changes of levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) and neurotensin(NT) in blood,gastric antrum,duodenum,jejunum and colon were detected by using radioimmunoassay in rats of all groups.Results The levels of GAS and MTL in serum,GAS in duodenum and NT in jejunum increased significantly,and VIP and NT in plasma and NT in gastric antrum and colon decreased significantly in model group compared with normal group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The levels of VIP and NT in plasma,GAS and NT in duodenum in low-dose group and high-dose group,GAS in jejunum and colon in high-dose group,and NT in jejunum in low-dose group increased significantly compared with model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The levels of GAS in serum in low-dose group and high-dose group,MTL in plasma,gastric antrum and colon and NT in gastric antrum in low-dose group,VIP in gastric antrum and colon in high-dose group decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Dachengqi Tang has an effect of regulating gastrointestinal hormones,and the mechanism of ameliorating gastrointestinal secrete disorder may be closely related to increasing the level of gastrointestinal GAS,decreasing the levels of MTL and VIP and two-way adjusting NT level.

摘要:Objective To compare and study the regulative effect of Hongqi(Radix Hedyseri) replacing Huangqi(Radix Astragali) in classic tonifying and replenishing formulas on immune function in immunosuppressive mice.Methods The mouse model of immunosuppression was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(CTX).The same dose of Huangqi was replaced by Hongqi in the formula of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi(Buzhongyiqi formula) and formula of replenishing qi and tonifying blood(Yiqiyangxue formula),and then the formulas were given to mice intragastrically.The thymus index,spleen index,lymphocyte subgroup and content of interleukin-4(IL-4) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) were detected.Results The formulas containing Huangqi or Hongqi all raised thymus index and spleen index in immunosuppressive mice(P<0.01),increased the percentage of lymphocytes CD19+,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+(P<0.01),and increased the content of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ(P<0.01).In the groups with Buzhongyiqi formula and Yiqiyangxue formula containing Hongqi,spleen index,lymphocyte CD3+ and content of IFN-γ were slightly higher than those in the groups with the formulas containing Huangqi(P<0.01).The comparison in other indexes between the formulas containing Hongqi and those containing Huangqi showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The Buzhongyiqi formula and Yiqiyangxue formula containing Hongqi and those containing Huangqi all can improve the immunosuppressive effect of CTX,and Hongqi has higher immunoregulation effect than Huangqi.

摘要:Objective To discuss the effect of emodin for improving insulin sensitivity in lipid tissue and its mechanism of reducing plasma glucose in KKAy mice with diabetes.Methods SPF KKAy mice(n=20) were divided into model group and emodin group[50 mg/(kg·d) intragastrically giving] according to the value of blood glucose,and other 10 C57BL/6J mice were assigned as control group.After 8 weeks the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and fasting insulin(FINS) were detected,the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was calculated,and triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and the expressions of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-α(PPAR-αmRNA) and peroxisome prliferator activated receptor-γ(PPAR-γmRNA) were determined.Results Compared with normal group,in model group the levels of FBG,TG and TC increased significantly,ISI decreased significantly and the expressions of PPAR-αmRNA and PPAR-γmRNA decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with model group,in emodin group the levels of FBG,TG and TC decreased significantly,ISI increased significantly and the expressions of PPAR-αmRNA and PPAR-γmRNA increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Emodin can up-regulate the expressions of PPAR-αmRNA and PPAR-γmRNA in lipid tissue,reduce plasma glucose and blood fat,and improve insulin sensitivity in KKAy mice with diabetes.
摘要:Objective To study the antipyretic effect of Chaihu Injection in rat model with experimental fever induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Methods The rat model of fever was established by intraperitoneal injection of LPS(100 μg/kg).The influence of Chaihu Injection(5 mL/kg,2.5 mL/kg and 1.25 mL/kg) on body temperature of model rats in all groups was observed,and recorded after injecting for 0.5 h,1 h,1.5 h,2h,2.5 h,3 h,3.5 h,4 h,4.5 h,5 h,5.5 h,6 h,6.5 h,7 h and 8 h.The average heating curve was drawn.Results After intraperitoneal injection of LPS(100 μg/kg),the rats showed obvious three-phase fever and the heating peak value(1.69 ℃) appeared 4 hours after modeling.The intramuscular injection of Chaihu Injection(5 mL/kg,2.5 mL/kg and 1.25 mL/kg) decreased significantly the body temperature of rats and continued for 7 hours to 8 hours.The average heating values at different time points showed that the antipyretic effect of Chaihu Injection had a better dose dependence.Conclusion Chaihu Injection has a nice antipyretic effect in rat model with LPS-induced fever,and shows a better dose dependence.

摘要:Objective To study the best technology conditions of smashing extraction method for extracting gardenoside from Zhizi(Fructus Gardeniae).Methods The influence factors on the smashing extraction method were investigated by using orthogonal design taking the extraction rate of gardenoside as the index.The extractive rate,extraction time and electricity consumption were compared with other methods reported in literature.Results The best technique of the smashing extraction method was as follows:water was taken as solvent,the ratio of liquid and material was 20︰1,time was 1.5 minutes,and voltage was 120 V.Conclusion This method is simple and economic with a higher extraction rate,which can be used for the exploitation and utilization of Zhizi.

摘要:Objective To study the expressions of prothrombin fragment 1+2(F1+2) and soluble fibrin monomer complex(SFMC) in the patients with heart-blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The patients with heart-blood stasis syndrome of CHD(CHD group 1,n=26),patients with non-heart-blood stasis syndrome of CHD(CHD group 2,n=30) and health people(health group,n=28) were selected.The blood samples were collected on an empty stomach in the morning.The levels of F1+2 and SFMC were detected by using ELISA in three groups.Results In CHD group 1,the levels of F1+2 and SFMC increased significantly compared with other two groups(P<0.01).The comparison in levels of F1+2 and SFMC between CHD group1 and CHD group 2 or health group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The levels of F1+2 and SFMC were significantly higher in CHD group 1 and CHD group 2 than those in health group(P<0.01).Conclusion Heart-blood stasis syndrome of CHD has obvious prethrombotic status.

摘要:Objective To review initially the curative effect of Fei Fufang on senile non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The cases(n=120) were selected by applying multi-center randomized controlled method,and then divided into treatment group(treated with Fei Fufang) and control group(treated with chemotherapy and Chinese medicinals,each n=60).The clinical symptoms,quality of life,changes of body weight and tumor size,time of tumor progression(TTP),median survival time(MST),survival rate and toxic and adverse reactions were observed,followed up and recorded in two groups.Results The total effective rate(tumor size) was 5.00% in control group and 21.67% in treatment group(P<0.05).The stable rate was 75.00% in treatment group,which was higher than 66.6% in control group(P>0.05).TTP was 5.0 months in treatment group and 4.8 months in control group(P>0.05).MST was 13.2 months in treatment group and 10.6 months in control group(P>0.05).One-year survival rate was 48.33% and two-year survival rate was 31.67%,which were higher respectively than 36.67% and 15.00% in control group(P<0.05 in two-year survival rate).The treatment group had better effects on clinical symptoms,quality of life and body weight than control group(P<0.05) and had no significant toxic and adverse reactions.Conclusion Fei Fufang for treating senile non-small cell lung cancer,especially for the patients with mid-stage or late-stage lung cancer,can relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life and body weight,stabilize tumor size,delay the development of disease,and prolong survival time.

摘要:Objectives To investigate the rehabilitation effect of acupoint pressing on motor function and depression symptoms in patients with early stroke hemiplegia.Methods The patients(n=60) were divided into acupoint pressing group and control group(each n=30) according to their hospitalization orders.The acupoint pressing group was given the intervention of acupoint pressing besides of ward routine treatment and nursing,and control group was only given ward routine treatment and nursing.After 2 weeks the motor function and depression symptoms were compared between two groups.Results Before the intervention of acupoint pressing,the differences in scores of Motor Assessment Scale(MAS) and scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) had no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention for 2 weeks,the score of SDS was lower in acupoint pressing group than those in control group(P<0.05) at the same time point.The comparison in the difference in SDS score before and after the intervention between two groups showed a statistical significance(P<0.05) at two time points.The comparison in the difference in MAS score before and after the intervention between two groups showed a statistical significance(P<0.05) at two time points.Conclusion Early acupoint pressing can improve the recovery of motor function and alleviate depression symptoms in the patients with stroke hemiplegia.
