摘要:The thinking mode of analogy is an important and original thinking way of Chinese medicine,and its application forms include the reasoning from individual phenomenon to individual phenomenon,the reasoning from image to individual phenomenon and the construction of medical system by analogical thinking.This thinking mode has played a great role in the formation and development of TCM theory.However,there are still many limitations and shortcomings in this mode.Because it is hard to get comprehensive and systematic understanding to things by this mode,the homogeneity of types of things is not demonstrated fully and uncertainty of some images as objective laws exists in this mode,there are imperfections in TCM discipline.

摘要:The research on famous TCM specialists’academic thought and main points in clinical experience inheritance were analyzed through studying on Academician CHENG Xin-nong’s academic thought and clinical experience.The authors believed that TCM inheritance should grasp the dialectic unity between learning and academy and between passing on and inheriting,and academy would have hereditability from inheriting to passing on.The originality of famous TCM specialists’academic opinions at theoretical level,practicality of experience and skills at clinical level and scientificity at historic level should be focused on.TCM should be understood in cultural,historic and scientific atmosphere,and the inheritance,innovation and development of TCM will be improved.
摘要:The recurrence of ischemic stroke,as one of clinical endpoint events,is a main cause of patients’death,re-hospitalization and long-term disability.Objective imaging examination is a golden standard for judging the recurrence.Infarction focus,symptoms and signs,evaluation of limb functions and recurrence interval are the presentation of changes of patients’conditions.Most studies are paying attention to different subtypes and modern risk factors and ignore the influences of TCM syndrome elements and patients’constitutional status.It is deficient that the researches on recurrence risk forecast model based on modern risk factors and TCM syndrome elements.The characteristics and advantages of TCM should be fully performed for preventing ischemic stroke recurrence,and the strategies include controlling and reducing risk factors with TCM,health education and follow-up research of TCM,and TCM comprehensive rehabilitation.

摘要:Objective To observe the pathological changes from S0 phases to S4 phases of liver fibrosis,detect behavioral indexes,and provide a base for the research on relationship between ethology and pathological changes in rat model of liver fibrosis through finding out their change laws.Methods SD rats(n=120) were divided into model group and control group,and given respectively hypodermic injection of 40% CCl4 oil and normal saline water twice a week for 10 weeks for establishing rat model of liver fibrosis.The samples of liver tissue were extracted periodically from one week to ten weeks and given HE staining for observing liver morphologic changes with light microscope.The indexes of elevated plus maze were tested in all groups by applying The Observer 5.0 analysis software of Noldus Company.Results During the modeling period by continuous injection for 10 weeks,as the prolonging of modeling time,liver cells showed degeneration and necrosis,and fibrous septa was formed gradually.The structure of liver lobules became disorder and formed to pseudolobules finally.The pathological changes centered from 3 weeks to 9 weeks in model group.Along with the liver fibrosis aggravated,the percentage of open arm entry times and percentage of open arm stay time decreased significantly from 4 weeks to 9 weeks in model group compared with control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in total entry time and total entry times.Conclusion The relationship between pathology and ethology can be established through continuous observation on the changes of elevated plus maze and pathological changes of liver fibrosis.Anxiety emotion will be serious and stable in a window period along with the aggravation of liver fibrosis,which indicates that there is correlation between microscopic pathological changes and macroscopic ethology.The study provides a biological base for the research on macro-representations and micro-indexes of rat model of liver fibrosis.

摘要:Objective To probe further into the regulative mechanism of Xiaoyao San in the treatment of syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency from the angle of ethology.Methods Male SD rats(n=75) were randomly divide into normal group,model group,sham-operation group,AMPA group and Xiaoyao San group.The model of syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency was established with 21-day chronic constraint stress and microinjection of AMPA in CA1 zone of bilateral hippocampus.The modeling method in Xiaoyao San group was as the same as possible with that in AMPA group for highlighting the comparability between Xiaoyao San and AMPA.The tendency of all ethological indexes was compared between AMPA group and Xiaoyao San group respectively on the 1st,7th,14th and 21st day.Results The model group gradually showed the manifestations of syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency.The restless status was gradually inhibited in AMPA group and Xiaoyao San group.On the 21st day,the times of passing,standing and making up had no statistical significance in AMPA group and Xiaoyao San group compared with normal group,(all P>0.05).Conclusion From the angle of macro-ethology,it can be initially deduced that Xiaoyao San can treat the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency through correcting the disorder of excitation-inhibition and setting up again a stable status in amygdale and hippocampus.

摘要:Objective To study the anti-depression effect and mechanism of Heshouwu(Radix Polygoni Muotiflori),a medicinal with the actions of nourishing blood and tonifying liver.Methods The rat and mouse models of depression were established by using bounding combining chronic unpredictable mild stress.The anti-depression effect of Heshouwu was evaluated through open field test and sucrose preference degree detection.The expression of 5HT1A was analyzed by using RT-PCR technique.New neurons were labeled through the intraperitoneal injection of Brdu,and neurogenesis in brain tissue was detected by applying ELISA.Results Heshouwu(2 g/kg) improved the horizontal movement and sucrose preference degree(P<0.05),and increased the expression of hippocampus 5HT1A mRNA in chronic stress rats.Heshouwu(2.85 g/kg) increased the content of brain Brdu in chronic stress mice(P<0.01).All above effects of Heshouwu were similar to those of fluoxetine.Conclusion Heshouwu can relieve the depression behaviors of chronic stress animals,and the mechanism may be related to that it can improve 5HT neuron transmission and axoneuron proliferation.The therapy of nourishing blood and tonifying liver and related medicinal and formulas is important in the treatment of depression.
摘要:Objective To observe the influences of Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang on the expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in rats with endometriosis(EM),and discuss the mechanism.Methods The model of EM was established in rats and then they were randomly divided into Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang group,gestrinone group,model group and normal group.The changes of expressions of ICAM-1,MMP-9 and VEGF were detected by using immunohistochemistry staining technique in all groups after giving medicinals for three weeks and after stopping medicinal administration for three weeks.Results After medicinal administration for three weeks,the expressions of ICAM-1 and MMP-9 were higher in model group than those in other groups(P<0.05),and lower in Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang group than those in gestrinone group(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF was the highest in model group,and had no statistical significance in gestrinone group compared with model gorup(P>0.05),and increased compared with Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang group(P<0.05).The expressions of ICAM-1,MMP-9 and VEGF were all lower in Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang group than those in model group(P<0.05) after stopping medicinal administration for three weeks.Conclusion There is a close relation between the occurrence of EM and course of adhesion-aggression-angiogenesis(AAA pathway).Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang can down-regulate the expression of relative factors of AAA pathway,and preventing EM through inhibiting the adhesion,aggression and local angiogenesis and reducing the ability of planting,invading and transferring of endometriotic tissues.
摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of Qingxia Jieyi Fang in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Male rats(n=85) were randomly divided into sham-operation group(SO group),model group(SAP group),Qingxia Jieyi Fang group(QXJY group),Qingxia Fang group(QX group),Huayu Fang group(HY group) and Shugan Fang group(SG group).The rat model of SAP was established by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate into the biliopancreatic duct.All groups were interfered 12 hours before,after and 11 hours after the operation.The expressions of TLR4 mRNA and NF-κBp65 mRNA,level of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and pathological scores were detected 12 hours after the operation,and the correlation among all indexes was analyzed.Results The pathological injury was alleviated significantly in QXJY group,and alleviated in groups with disassembled formulas compared with model group.The level of IL-1β decreased significantly in QXJY group and QX group compared with model group.The expression of TLR4 mRNA decreased significantly in QXJY group compared with model group,and expression of NF-κBp65 mRNA decreased significantly in QXJY group and QX group compared with model group.The pathological scores were positively correlated to TLR4 and NF-κBp65 but not to IL-1β,and TLR4 was positively correlated to NF-κBp65 and IL-1β.Conclusion Qingxia Jieyi Fang may play a therapeutic role through inhibiting the signal pathway of TLR4/NF-κB,and it has the actions of clearing heat and removing toxin,relaxing bowels and purgation,and activating blood and resolving stasis.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence and effect mechanism of Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng Fang on the differentiation of T-cell subpopulations in peripheral blood in rats with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Methods The rat model of IPF were established by the injection of bleomycin.The changes of symptoms and signs in IPF rats were observed after the administration of Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng.The content changes of T-cell CD3+,CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+ and ratio of CD4+ to CD8+(CD4+/CD8+) were detected by using flow cytometry.Results Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng Fang significantly relieved the symptoms and signs in IPF rats,and rat body weight increased significantly in three treatment groups compared with model group(P<0.01).The total T-cell count decreased significantly in positive control group showing obvious immune inhibition.The content of CD8+T in peripheral blood decreased significantly in three treatment groups especially in low-dose group and high-dose group compared with model group(P<0.01).CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly in mid-dose group and high-dose group compared with model group and blank group(P<0.01).Conclusion Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng Fang can delay the development of pulmonary fibrosis and play the therapeutic role through intervening the differentiation of T-cell subpopulations and regulating the immune response in diseased lung in IPF patients.
摘要:Objective To establish a HPLC method for quantitative determination of jasminoidin,rutin and myricetin in Senden-4,a compound formula of Mongolian medicine.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Hypersil ODS 25 μm(4.6 mm·250 μm) at 30℃,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water in gradient elution with the flow velocity of 0.1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 240 nm for jasminoidin and 300 nm for rutin and myricetin.Results Jasminoidin showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.64 to 6.4 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 100.19%(RSD=0.61%).Rutin showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.024 to 0.24 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.20%(RSD=2.01%).Myricetin showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.472 to 4.72 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 98.76%(RSD=1.98%).Conclusion The established HPLC method can be used for quantitative determination of jasminoidin,rutin and myricetin in Senden-4 at the same time,which is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable with a good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of Senden-4.
摘要:Objective To study the surface-enhanced Raman spectrum(SERS) of decocting pieces of Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari).Methods Silver colloid was prepared by using aqueous reduction of silver nitrate with hydroxylamine hydrochloride.SERS in the samples of decocting pieces of Huangqi was detected taking silver nanoparticles as enhancing substrates.The regular Raman spectrum and SERS in the samples were obtained,compared and analyzed,surface enhancement was discussed after mixing Huangqi samples and silver colloid,and spectral peak assignments of SERS signals were completed initially.Results In routine detection of Raman spectrum,there were only a few characteristic peaks recognized because of stronger disturbing of fluorescence background.The technology of SERS quenched effectively fluorescence and at the same time enhanced significantly the signals of Raman spectrum in Huangqi samples of decocting pieces of Huangqi.In SERS of Huangqi samples,the characteristic peaks were observed at 537 cm-1,621 cm-1,733 cm-1,958 cm-1,1032 cm-1,1117 cm-1,1245 cm-1,1326 cm-1,1402 cm-1 and 1467 cm-1,and the signals of SERS were strong at 733 cm-1 and 1326 cm-1.The obtained peak positions of SERS were assigned to some biochemical substances and molecular structure including glucose,acetamide and so on through spectral peak identification.Conclusion The technology of SERS can be used as a new,quick and effective detection method for biochemical analysis,quality control and discrimination of decocting pieces of Huangqi or other Chinese medicinals.

摘要:Objective To study the correlation between properties and inner material basis of Sharen(Fructus Amomi),and provide experimental evidences and data supports for quality standard of Sharen(properties and characteristics).Methods Artificial measurement was applied in the analysis taking longitudinal diameter,horizontal diameter,100-pod weight and seed number per locule of seed group as property indexes.The content of volatile oil,bornyl acetate and camphor were detected respectively by using steam distillation and gas chromatography.The content of quercetin and total flavonoids(water-soluble constituents) were detected respectively by using HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The correlation among the results was analyzed by applying Cancorr analysis of SAS system.Results The canonical correlation coefficient(λ1) analyzed by Cancorr analysis was 0.961 0.The specific results were as follows: the weight of seed number per locule of seed group from the first canonical variable of property indexes was the highest(-0.208 9),and correlation coefficient of properties and characteristics was the highest(-5.366 8) in quercetin content.Other correlation coefficients with coincident trend were successively content of volatile oil(-1.879 7),content of bornyl acetate(-1.878 9) and ration of bornyl acetate to camphor(-0.913 6).Conclusion The results indicate that there is significant difference in inner material basis among Sharen with different properties,which proves the scientificity and rationality of properties and characteristics of superior Sharen and provides the foundation for improving quality evaluation system of Sharen.
摘要:Object To investigate the effect of enema of Tongfu Xiezhou Fang in prevention of mannitol renal damage during treatment in the patients with severe cerebral infarction without reducing the dose of mannital in order to keep the curative effect.Methods The patients(n=48) with severe cerebral infarction(Glasgow Coma Score≤8) were randomly divided into treatment group(n=22) and control group(n=26).Mannitol was used conventionally as main dehydrating agent,and treatment group was given retention enema of Tongfu Xiezhou Fang for 30 minutes(once a day) at the same time of applying mannitol,and control group was not given enema.The levels of serum cystatin C and serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and 24-hour urine output were detected in two groups before treatment and on the 5th day of treatment.Results There were 2 cases with mannitol renal damage in treatment group(9.1%).There was one dead case due to cerebral edema and 10 cases with mannitol renal damage in control group(38.5%).The difference between two groups had statistical significance after statistical comparison(P<0.05).The comparison in indexes of kidney function showed that the results were better in treatment group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The retention enema of Tongfu Xiezhou Fang has reliable curative effect of preventing mannitol renal damage in the patients with severe cerebral infarction.

摘要:Objective To discuss the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods Through epidemiological investigation,the four examination data of symptoms,tongue and pulse were collected from 196 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.The distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of non-alcoholic fatty liver were studied after factor analysis on 24 symptoms and indexes of tongue and pulse by using statistical method.Results Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease had mainly 6 syndrome types including syndrome of depressed liver qi transforming into fire,syndrome of spleen qi deficiency,syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,syndrome of phlegm-damp accumulation,syndrome of damp-heat accumulating in the interior and syndrome of blood stasis.The major related viscera and bowels were liver and spleen.The disease nature showed as excessive or deficient,and excessive syndromes included phlegm dampness,dampness heat,blood stasis and qi stagnation(liver),and deficient syndrome was mainly spleen qi deficiency.Conclusion The method of factor analysis can reveal,to some extent,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
摘要:Objective To discuss the syndrome distribution laws of hypomenorrhea.Methods A clinical questionnaire of TCM syndromes was established,and the patients according with the enclose standard were given the survey of TCM syndromes and were asked to fill the questionnaire.The database of SPSS13.0 was set up and the data from 159 patients were input in.The data was analyzed and syndrome distribution laws were determined by using clustering analysis combining clinical materials.Results There were 5 syndromes clustered including syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis(30.2%),syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression(28.3%),syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis(17%),syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency(13.2%) and syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency(11.3%).The characteristic of all syndromes were initially determined.Conclusion The distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes showed as follows: syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis>syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression>syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis>syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency>syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency in the patients with hypomenorrhea.This study provides some evidences for further standardized syndrome differentiation and treatment of hypomenorrhea.
