摘要:The paper put forward the concept of natural pharmacy based on the holistic concept of unity of heaven and man,combined gnosis from research found and analysis on necessity of essence of pharmacy,and thinks that in natural world there must be a natural pharmacy world with the medicinal system which saves the life of human being.The elements of the natural pharmacy world are medicinal objects,which can response the special information of life system,save corresponding material system of life,and have composing laws and features of splitting and composing.The medicinal objects present corresponding medicinal characteristics and the total collection system of them is natural pharmacy world.The relativity of natural pharmacy world is mainly expressed as network connection of medicinal system,and a network unit is medicinal system-property-(life) information.Taking medicinal system as a unit,the composing system,relativity and existence laws of single medicinal,multiple medicinal and all medicinal can be revealed one by one.Every medicinal system in natural medicinal world can be connected with its special relativity for constructing a network connective system.The purpose is to find out the most suitable medicinal system,create the best medicinal,and get into medicinal realm of freedom from medicinal realm of necessity.

摘要:The researches on standardization of terms of symptoms and signs are facing many issues,including the essentiality,imminence and range of the researches,relationship between TCM symptoms and those of Western medicine,whether to discriminate strictly names of physiochemical examination of symptoms and signs,relationship between common symptoms and generalized ones and between symptoms and clinical manifestations,number of symptoms and signs,influencing factors of terms of symptoms and signs,formulation,essence and classification methods of symptoms,and elements included in term concepts.These issues involve the tendency of standardization of terms of symptoms and signs and some key questions whether the standardization can be ratified,approved and easily spread.They also have far-reaching influence on future informationization of diagnosis and treatment.
摘要:The theory of activating blood and resolving stasis therapy has two aspects:dispelling stasis and producing the new.Dispelling stasis includes activating blood,promoting blood circulation,removing stasis and freeing collaterals.Producing the new includes producing new blood,new substance and new vessels and removing the old.The paper uncovered the inherent cause of disease getting better or being cured after dispelling stasis,and expounded the mechanism of producing the new.It is of value in full perfection of theory of activating blood and resolving stasis therapy.

摘要:It’s a necessary way to learn TCM well by reading and studying medical records.What matters is to understand the relationship between particularity of individual cases and generality of conventional treatment.Interpreting medical records can be carried out from 4 aspects,including analysing pathogenesis and finding out information in syndromes and symptoms,distinguishing pathological levels and determining therapies,administrating medicinal according to pathogenesis,and studying and comparing note comments.The clinical skills will be greatly improved as long medical records are thoroughly studied.

摘要:Objective To compare the time-series expression of P-glycoprotein(P-gp) in transportprotein in blood brain barrier(BBB) and influence of Qingnao Xuanqiao Fang on this expression in normal rats and rats with ischemia injure.Methods The rat model of ischemia stroke was established by using thread approach and then all rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group.The model group was given reperfusion at different time points(0 h,0.5 h,1 h,2 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h).The expression of P-gp was observed in ischemia areas of cortex and hippocampus in two groups by using immunohistochemistry assay.After one day and except of sham-operation group,the rats were randomly divided into model group,high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose effective components of Qingnao Xuanqiao Fang groups(high-dose group,mid-dose group and low-dose group),and verapamil group(Ver group),and they were given corresponding medicinal 1 day to 5 days after modeling.After the final medicinal giving,the rats were sacrificed for collecting samples and the expression of P-gp was detected in cortex and hippocampus.Result The results of immunohistochemistry assay showed that there was P-gp positive staining observed in the ischemia areas of cortex and hippocampus in normal group and model group.The results of hemi-quantitative analysis showed that the expression of P-pg had significant difference at different time points of reperfusion,and decreased in the ischemia areas of cortex and hippocampus in model group compared with normal group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in P-pg expression between model group and high-dose group,mid-dose group or low-dose group(P<0.05).The expression of P-pg decreased significantly in ischemia areas of cortex and hippocampus in high-dose group,mid-dose group,low-dose group and Ver group.Conclusion There is time-series expression of P-pg in BBB under the pathological condition of ischemia stroke,which reflects the changes of BBB permeability induced by changes of protein expression under a specific pathological status.The effective components of Qingnao Xuanqiao Fang has significant inhibitory effect on P-gp expression in the ischemia areas of cortex and hippocampus in rats with ischemia stroke.
摘要:Objective To study the molecular mechanism of the extracts of Yiyebaijiang(Patrinia heterophylla) acting on human leukemia K562 cells.Methods The total protein of K562 cells was extracted after K562 cells were acted by the extracts of Yiyebaijiang.The proteins were separated by using two-dimensional electrophoretogram(2-DE).The electrophoretogram of the total protein of K562 cells were given variance analysis before and after Yiyebaijiang treatment.The proteins with obvious differences were identified by using mass-spectrometric technique.Results There were 23 protein points having significant changes in the group treated with the extracts of Yiyebaijiang(trial group) through comparing and analyzing 2-DE of the total protein of K562 cells before and after Yiyebaijiang treatment.After the analyses of mass-spectrometric technique and Mascot software,there were 3 proteins identified successfully,including heat shock protein 90β,glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and hemoglobin.Conclusion There have been 23 protein points with obvious differences found out in K562 cells before and after Yiyebaijiang treatment through proteomics technique.These differential proteins may be key ones for the effects of the extracts of Yiyebaijiang in inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis and differentiation in K562 cells.
摘要:Objective to analyze the relationship between voice characteristics and the Chinese Five-Pattern Personality types,defined as relatively consistent psychological characteristics symbolically named after the proportion of yin and yang.Methods Voice variables were obtained by recording 40 female and 10 male healthy BUCM students pronouncing vowel,sustained,with Chinese four tones,reading a short story and answering questions,using modern sound technology.Praat 4.2.07 software was used to extract the pitch,formants,intensity,duration,jitter,shimmer,HNR,speed of speech,voice break variables… The Five-Pattern Personality Questionnaire was used to obtain personality variables.SPSS 17.0 and R were used to analyze statistical correlations between voice characteristics and personality types,and to perform linear regression analysis.Results Numerous correlations were found between voice characteristics and personality types.Based on the multi-linear regression analysis of 34 parameters of voice,we were able to construct an effective model that predicted the personality variables of 38 female subjects with high R-squared(R2>0.77) and low P values(P≤0.03).Conclusion Assessing personality traits from voice characteristics has a promising future.
摘要:Objective To analyze the laws of treatment related to the therapy of strengthening root and culturing original qi applied by Xin’an physicians.Methods Twelve medical books written by 12 Xin’an physicians were selected and 678 medical records involved the therapy of strengthening root and culturing original qi.A database was established and the data were analyzed by using SAS8.0 software.Results The major symptoms in these medical records were spleen qi deficiency(abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and loose stools),kidney qi deficiency(lumbar and knee debility,dizziness,and clear and abundant urine),and kidney yang deficiency(chilly,lower limb swelling,and waist pain).The medicinal used frequently included Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Fuling(Poria),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Carmichaeli) and so on.The basic formula mined by data(KDD) consisted of Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Fuling(Poria),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Carmichaeli),Rougui(Cortex Cinnamomi),Lujiao(Cornu Cervi),Ziheche(Placenta Hominis),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae) and Zhimu(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae).Conclusion The focus of therapy of strengthening root and culturing original qi is to govern spleen and kidney together,and the basic therapy is to tonify spleen,warm and tonify spleen yang,tonify kidney,and warm and tonify kidney yang and Governor Vessel.Some effective medicinal,common symptoms,combination of common medicinal,combination of common symptoms and basic formula have been obtained through mathematical analysis and data mining.The discover from this study will provide basis and research clue for further clinical treatment and experimental studies,as well as data basis for development of Xin’an medicine.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) on insulin resistance(IR) of HepG2 cells.Methods The IR model was established with high concentration insulin acting on HepG2 cells,and then HepG2 cells were divided into control group,model group,LPS group and combining group.The influence of insulin in different-dose insulin and at different action time on IR of HepG2 cells,and changes of glucose uptake and glycogen level were detected by using cell culture,glucose uptake analysis,anthrone method and PAS staining.Results The IR model was successfully established in HepG2 cells after the action of 5×10-7 mol/L insulin for 24 hours.The analysis of glucose uptake showed that basic unitransport and unitransport of insulin had no statistical difference between LPS group and control group(P>0.05).The basic unitransport decreased significantly in combining group than that in control group(P<0.01),and insulin unitransport was significantly lower in combining group than that in control group and model group(P<0.01).The glycogen level in LPS group had no statistical difference compared with control group(P>0.05) and decreased significantly in combining group compared with control group(P<0.01).The result of PAS staining showed that glycogenosomes were less in combining group than those in model group.Conclusion A little and frequent LPS stimulation can exacerbate IR in HepG2 cells.It is deduced that intestinal endotoxemia and IR are causal and induce vicious circle in the development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
摘要:Objective To compare and observe the differences between the influences of acupuncture and electroacupuncture on the expression of hypothalamic corticotrophin-releasing hormone(CRH) mRNA and content of serum adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) and corticosterone(CORT) in rat model of chronic stress depression,and investigate the mechanism of acupuncture and electroacupuncture in intervene and treatment of depression.Methods All SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group.The expression of hypothalamic CRH mRNA was detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and content of serum ACTH and CORT were detected by applying enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with blank group,the expression of CRH mRNA and content of serum ACTH and CORT increased significantly in model group(P<0.01,P<0.01).Compared with model group,the expression of CRH mRNA decreased significantly in acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group(P<0.05、P<0.01).The content of serum CORT decreased but had no statistical difference(P>0.05),and ACTH expression decreased significantly(P<0.05、P<0.01) in acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group.The differences of above indexes were not significant between acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group(P>0.05).Conclusion The rat model of chronic stress depression had a hyperactivity of HPA axis.Acupuncture and electroacupuncture can down-regulate the function of HPA axis.It may be one of ways to treat depression with acupuncture and electroacupuncture that they have antagonism to the hyperactivity of HPA axis.
摘要:Objective To observe the quantitative changes of nerve conduction parameters before and after acupuncture treatment to latent nerve injury of lower limbs,and discuss the effects of acupuncture stimulation to the regeneration and repair of peripheral nerves.Methods In 30 Korean volunteers,the compound muscle action potential(CMAP) of peroneal nerves and tibial nerves were detected,and then the nerves,which distal amplitude(D Amp) or motor conduction velocity(MCV) were smaller than the lower limit of confidence interval(-s) or latency was larger than upper limit of confidence interval(+s),were selected as the objects and divided into groups in further test.The treatment group was given acupuncture in Yanglingquan(GB34),Jiexi(ST41) of peroneal nerves and Weizhong(BL40) and Kunlun(BL60) of tibial nerves.The nerve conduction parameters were reexamined after one month and compared between two groups at earlier stage and later stage.Result There were 20 peroneal nerves and 17 tibial nerves selected for the second test.The average of D Amp and proximal amplitude(P Amp) of peroneal nerves was higher after the treatment than those before(P<0.05),while the average of conduction parameters of tibial nerves had no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture in GB34 and ST41 has a rapid repair effect on peroneal latent injury induced by pressing anterior ankle joint.Compared with Japanese and Chinese Han volunteers,D Amp of tibial nerves has a simple decrease but no latent injury in Korean ones.There are no significant changes in nerve conduction parameters although acupuncture is given.

摘要:Objective To found a quality control method of Kaixin San based on anti-dementia drug-like components including sibricose A5,sibricose A6 and xanthone III,and compare and analyze the extractive quantity of 3 effective components extracted mixedly from whole formula of Kaixin San and Yuanzhi(Radix Polygalae).Methods The procedure of HPLC-DAD was performed on the chromatographic column of Waters XbridgeTM Shield C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 330 nm for sibricose A5 and sibricose A6 nm,and 254 nm for xanthone Ⅲ.Results Sibricose A5 showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.043 μg to 1.085 μg,sibricose A,from 0.090 μg to 2.250 μg,and xanthone Ⅲ,from 0.008 μg to 0.234 μg.The average recovery was,respectively,96.39%,97.37% and 99.66%.The mixture extraction of whole formula of Kaixin San and extraction of Yuanzhi(Radix Polygalae) had influence on the extractive quantity of 3 effective components.Conclusion The method was simple and reliable,which can be used for the quantitative determination of sibricose A5,sibricose A6 and xanthone Ⅲ as well as quantity control of Kaixin San.

摘要:Objective To explore the action of interleukin-8(IL-8) in occurrence of ulcerative colitis(UC) and UC induced by large intestinal damp-heat,and correlation between IL-8 level and severity of UC induced by large intestinal damp-heat through observing the changes of IL-8 level in the patients with active UC and UC induced by large intestinal damp-heat.Methods The level of serum IL-8 was observed in 60 patients with active UC(UC group),and among them 30 with large intestinal damp-heat syndrome(damp-heat group) and 30 without(non-damp-heat group),and in 16 health subjects(health group).The patients with UC induced by large intestinal damp-heat were divided into mild group and moderate-severe group according to the severity of UC.The level of IL-8 was compared be tween UC group and health group.among damp-heat group,non-damp-heat group and health group,and between mild group and moderate-severe group.Results The level of IL-8 was higher in UC group than that in health group(P<0.05),and significantly higher in damp-heat group than that in non-damp-heat group(P<0.01) and health group(P<0.01),and slightly higher in non-damp-heat group than that in health group(P>0.05).The level of IL-8 was significantly higher in moderate-severe group than that in mild group(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-8 plays an important role in the occurrence of UC and UC induced by large intestinal damp-heat and it is correlated to the severity of UC induced by large intestinal damp-heat,which can be taken as reliable basis for diagnosis of active UC and syndrome differentiation and treatment of UC induced by large intestinal damp-heat.
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of Hailong Huangjing San on male infertility(kidney essence deficiency) in patients in occupation exposed to microwave radiation.Methods Male patients(n=128) with infertility(kidney essence deficiency) having working history in occupation exposed to microwave radiation were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n=85) treated with Hailong Huangjing San,and control group(n=43) treated with Wuzi Yanzong Wan.The therapeutic course was 3 months.The changes of semen volume,sperm concentration,sperm motility and sperm vitality were observed in two groups before and after treatment and between two groups.Results There were 45 cases cured,32 with curative effect,and 8 without curative effect in treatment group,and the total effective rate was 90.59%.There were 11 cases cured,19 with curative effect,and 13 without curative effect in control group,and the total effective rate was 69.77%.The difference between two group was significant(P<0.005).The result indicated that Hailong Huangjing San had good curative effect on male infertility(kidney essence deficiency) in patients in occupation exposed to microwave radiation,especially it improved sperm concentration.Conclusion Hailong Huangjing San can cure male reproductive dysfunction caused by microwave radiation,improve testicular spermatogenic function,which indicates that tonifying both spleen and kidney has better effect than tonifying only kidney.

摘要:Objective To study the changes of urine metabolites in patients with blood stasis syndrome of unstable angina of coronary heart disease(CHD) and health volunteers by applying metabonomics method of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).Methods The general materials and urine samples were collected from the patients(CHD group) and health volunteers(health group) through clinical cross-section survey,and then magnetic resonance spectrogram(MRS) was analyzed with techniques of NMR and pattern recognition technique.The spectrogram after removing water peak was treated with 0.01ppm segmented integral and normalization.All data were imputed into SIMCA-P+ software(v11.5,Umetrics,Sweden) and the results were analyzed by using partial least square-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA).Results The content of proline,alanine,isoleucine,glucose,valine,histidine and hippuric acid increased,and content of citric acid,creatine and taurine decreased in the urine samples of CHD group.The analysis of urine samples combined PLS-DA could significantly distinguish CHD group and health group.Conclusion The results of study showed that the changes of citric acid,proline,isoleucine and taurine in urine samples consist of the metabolites features in the patients with blood stasis syndrome of CHD unstable angina,and the study offer a new idea and method for diagnosis,treatment and TCM syndrome research.
