摘要:This is a times of moral decline and quick buck,and money is taken as axis in values.How to rescue the world? Some body propose to carry forward oriental culture-Confucianism worshiping Confucius as the great master.Real oriental culture,however,contains various schools of thought and their exponents taking Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism as the core,that is Chinese civilization.Confucianism and Taoism absorbed and localized foreign Buddhism so one source and three streams were taken shape,which stressed conducting oneself.Conducting oneself can not be apart from doing a deed.The paper expounds the original purpose of Dao(doctrine) in Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism for seeking common ground,i.e.the generality in conducting oneself and doing a deed aiming at standardizing our core values.Dao(doctrine),as the original purpose of Neisheng theory in Confucianism,has been a focus of argument among various schools,and they all developed the connotation of Dao(doctrine).Their thought came from Confucius but was also different from him.Through analysis on thought of Dao(doctrine) in Confucianism and characteristics of Chinese medical sciences,we can comprehend the ways of conducting oneself and pursuing scholarly work.The author suggested that we should take Confucianism as tenets,study the works of neo-Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,understand Legalism and make their essence into accommodation,from which the helpful and effective thought can be used as a guide of conducting oneself and pursuing scholarly work.
摘要:Through discussing the concept of the Golden Mean in the theory and methods of TCM life nurturing,the author indicated that the Golden Mean,harmony and balance are the core ideology in TCM life nurturing.During the process of life nurturing,we should conform to four seasons and yin and yang,keep regular daily life,appropriate work,rest,a better diet and temperance sex,maintain body and spirit,combine dynamic and static exercises,and uphold the Golden Mean.In this way we will correspond to nature externally,become an entity internally with balanced yin and yang,and have a health body and peaceful spirit.

摘要:At present,the understanding of gout onset has not been consistent in TCM academic circle.The authors thought that the key of gout development included deficiency,turbidity,heat and blood stasis on the base of studying the theory and clinical experience of ancient sages,reading a large number of literature and document,and combining rich clinical practice.The etiology and pathogenesis of gout is deficiency of spleen and kidney complicating with fatty food,drinking,fatigue and excessive sex.Spleen failing in transportation induces the disorder of lucidity ascending and turbidity descending,and kidney failing in qi transformation induces the dysfunction of separating the clear and turbid.Therefore,the fluid and humor in the body cannot be transported and transformed,and dampness,turbidity and heat toxin are produced internally,which obstruct in bone,meridians and joints and cause poor blood flow,blood stasis and binding of turbidity and stasis.The root of gout is deficiency of spleen and kidney,dampness,turbidity,blood stasis and heat obstructing in meridians,and the tip is the symptoms in bone and joints.The syndrome of gout is manifested as deficiency of the root and excess of the tip.
摘要:Objective To investigate the correlation between the effect of curcumin(Cur) on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis and cathepsin K expression in C57BL/6 mice.Methods The mouse model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by intratracheal injection of bleomycin.The mice were randomly divided into control group(intratracheally injecting 0.1 mL normal saline),model group(intratracheally injecting 0.025 U bleomycin) and Cur group(intratracheally injecting 0.025 U bleomycin).After 2 days control group and model group were given intragastrically 0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) saline,and Cur group,200 mg/kg·d Cur(assistant dissolving with 0.5% CMC).The samples were collected 7,14 and 28 days after modeling respectively.The lung pathological changes were observed by using HE and Mallory staining,expression of cathepsin K was detected by using immunohistochemistry assay,and difference among all groups was analyzed by using image analysis system.Results The results of HE and Mallory staining showed inflammation and fibrosis focus in varying degrees in Cur group,model group and control group,which were alleviated in Cur group compared with model group.The expression of cathepsin K increased in Cur group and model group compared with control group,and significantly increased in Cur group compared with model group(P<0.01 on the 14th day,and P<0.05 on the 7th day and 28th day.).Conclusion Cur may play its anti-fibrosis role through increasing cathepsin K expression and degrading collagen.
摘要:Objective To study the expressions of brain receptor subunits of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid(NMDA)-NR1 mRNA and NR2B mRNA in depressive rats and interference effect of Yinao Jieyu Fang.Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into normal group,depression group,treatment group and control group.The depression model was established by using chronic stress and independent feeding in the depression group,treatment group and control group.After the end of treatment,the brain samples were collected from rats.The expressions of NR1 mRNA and NR2B mRNA in rat left frontal cortex and hippocampus,and the interference effect of Yinao Jieyu Fang were studied by using RT-PCR.Results In depression group,the expressions of NR1 mRNA and NR2B mRNA in rat left frontal cortex and hippocampus were significantly higher than those in normal group.After the interference of Yinao Jieyu Fang these expressions decreased significantly.Conclusion The expressions of NR1 mRNA and NR2B mRNA increase in depressive rats and Yinao Jieyu Fang can down-regulate them significantly.The anti-depression effect of Yinao Jieyu Fang may be related to the down-regulation of NMDAR expression.
摘要:Objective To observe the changes of amyloid β-protein 42(Aβ42),amyloid β-protein 40(Aβ40) and amyloid beta-derived diffusible ligands(ADDLs) by applying immunohistochemistry technique and Western blot method in APP/PS1 double transgenic mice before and after treatment with curcumin(Cur),and review the influence of Cur on Aβ cascade reactions.Methods APP/PS1 double transgenic mice(3 months old) were randomly divided into model group,rosiglitazone group,normal group,and high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose Cur groups(high-dose group,mid-dose group and low-dose group).After intragastrical administration of Cur for 3 months,the changes of protein expressions of Aβ42,Aβ40 and ADDLs were detected by using immunohistochemistry technique and Western blot method.Results The detection of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive cells of Aβ42,Aβ40 and ADDLs in hippocampus increased in model group compared with normal group.The comparison between Aβ42 and Aβ40 showed that the increase of positive cells of Aβ42 was more significant.The positive cells of Aβ42,Aβ40 and ADDLs in hippocampus decreased significantly in all intervened groups.The detection of Western blot method showed that the protein expressions of Aβ42,Aβ40 and ADDLs increased significantly in model group compared with normal group(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the protein expressions of Aβ42 and Aβ40 decreased significantly in rosiglitazone group and mid-dose group(P<0.01) although they decreased in all intervened groups.The protein expression of ADDLs decreased significantly in rosiglitazone group(P<0.01) and in high-dose group and mid-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cur,after administration for 3 months,can reduce significantly the expressions of Aβ42,Aβ40(especially Aβ42) and ADDLs in hippocampus CA1 zone in APP/PS1 double transgenic mice.It depends on further studies whether the neuroprotective mechanism of Cur is due to down-regulation of Aβ42 and ADDLs,improvement of the degradation of Aβ42 and ADDLs and influence on Aβ cascade reactions.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influences of Shaofu Zhuyu Wan on expressions of endometrial tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA in rats with endometriosis.Methods The rat model of endometriosis was established by using autotransplantation and then successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into model group,gestrinone group and high-dose and low-dose Shaofu Zhuyu Wan group(high-dose group and low-dose group),and a sham-operation group was set in addition.After giving medicinals respectively for 30 days,the expression of TNF-α was detected in eutopic and ectopic endometrium by using immunohistomechemistry technique,and the expression of VEGF mRNA was detected by using RT-PCR.Results Shaofu Zhuyu Wan reduced the expression of TNF-α(P<0.05) and significantly reduced the expression of VEGF mRNA(P<0.01) in rats with endometriosis.Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu Wan can inhibit ectopic adhering,implanting and growth of endometrial cells through reducing the expressions of TNF-α and VEGF mRNA,which may be one of mechanisms of Shaofu Zhuyu Wan in treatment of endometriosis.
摘要:Objective To study the formula and preparation technique of multi-components osmotic pump tablets of Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),and observe the various factors influencing on the accumulative release of the tablets in order to make all components of Danshen to release simultaneously.Methods Taking the accumulative release of active principles of Danshen as indexes,the influences of various factors on the release were observed by using respectively single-factor test and orthogonal design test.Results The dosages of penetrating agent and porogen and coating weight gain rate had larger influences on the release.There were two index components with good similarity in release in vitro.The accumulative release of 12 hours was about 90% and showed a zero-order release.The final formula was obtained through orthogonal design test.Conclusion The extracts of Danshen can be prepared as osmotic pump tablets with constant speed and completed controlled release.

摘要:Objective To study the growth characteristics of annual Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae) and geographic variation pattern of glycyrrhizin content,discuss the ecological mechanism of the formation of this geographic variation pattern,and provide a foundation for locality selection and allocation of seeds in the practice of Gancao cultivation with high quality and yield.Methods The method of pot culture was used in the test.The biomass was detected by using oven drying method and the content of glycyrrhizin was detected by applying HPLC.Results ①The plant height,leaflet width,parietal leaf length and biomass of aerial parts tended to decrease as latitude increased(from south to north),and the number of leaflet,diameter of subterranean stem and lateral root diameter tended to decreased as longitude increased(from west to east).The content of glycyrrhizin increased as longitude increased.②The leaflet length,leaflet width,parietal leaf length,parietal leaf width,total biomass and biomass of aerial parts were positively correlated to annual averaged temperature(P<0.05).The plant height was positively correlated to sunshine duration and percentage of sunshine in each month(P<0.05).The content of glycyrrhizin was positively correlated to annual precipitation(P<0.05).Conclusion The growth characteristics of Gancao and glycyrrhizin content show a significant geographic variation in annual stage,and the formation of the variation is related to the ecological environment in which the seed provenance adapts the place of origin.
摘要:Objective To review the curative effect and safety of Chinese medicinals in treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods The systematic evaluation of evidence-based medicine was used.The retrieval strategy was as follows: MEDLINE,CNKI,VIP,CBM and Cochrane Library(issue 3,2010) were retrieved.The deadline was Jan.31,2011.The inclusion criteria was as follows: randomized controlled trials(RCT) of treating diabetic foot ulcer including control of Chinese medicinals and placebo,comparison among non-specific treatment,local treatment and systemic treatment with anti-infective drugs.Experimental group and control group were all allowed to use the conventional therapy of Western medicine.The extraction and analysis of data were as follows: data were extracted by two persons independently and analyzed by using RevMan 5.0.17 software provided by Cochrane Collaboration.The resultant effective indexes included relative risk(RR) and mean difference(MD) manifested as 95% confidence interval(95% CI).Results There were 14 studies reviewed involving 893 patients with diabetic foot ulcer,among which 2 literature in English were higher in the quality and the quality of other literature in Chinese was poor.In ulcer healing rate being over 50%,the group with Chinese medicinals combining conventional therapy had better results compared with the group with conventional therapy,and also had better results compared with the group with Western medicinals combining conventional therapy.In ulcer completely healing,the group with Chinese medicinals combining conventional therapy had better results compared with the group with Western medicinals combining conventional therapy.In ulcer healing time(week),the group with Chinese medicinals combining conventional therapy had better results compared with the group with placebo combining conventional therapy.There were no severe adverse events observed in the treatment with Chinese medicinals.Conclusion The current evidence shows that Chinese medicinals have the latent curative effect in the healing of diabetic foot ulcer,which needs to be confirmed through designing more rigorous clinical expreriment with larger sample.
摘要:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yifei Houxue Granules on senile chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHO).Methods The elderly patients with CPHD(n=108) accorded with the diagnostic standard of Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(n=56) and control group(n=52).After treatment for 14 days,the curative effect was observed in two groups,and blood gas analysis,forced expiratory volume(FEV1%) and FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC%) were reviewed.Results The effective rate was 92.86% in treatment group,that was higher than that in control group(78.85%,P<0.05).The above mentioned indexes were all improved in two groups,while they were more significant in treatment group(P<0.05) and the safety was higher.Conclusion Yifei Huoxue Granules had a significant curative effect on senile CPHD,and can improve blood gas analysis and promote the recovery of lung function.

摘要:Objective To observe the specific changes of calmodulin(CaM) content around acupoints and the specific influences of electroacupunture in different frequency on CaM content around acupoint when electroacupunture was used in Neiguan(PC6) in rats with acute myocardial ischemia(AMI).Methods Male Wistar rats(n=30) were randomly divided into four groups.There were 6 rats in normal group,and other successfully modeled rats(n=18) were divided into model group,group treated with low-frequency electroacupunture(low-frequency group) and group of high-frequency electroacupunture(high-frequency group,each n=6).The content of CaM was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results After the injury of AMI,CaM content increased significantly around PC6 and Tianquan(PC2) in relative meridian and around Zusanli(ST36) in irrelative meridian compared with normal group(P<0.05),while CaM content decreased significantly around the above three acupoint areas after the treatment with low-frequency electroacupunture(P<0.05).The content of CaM decreased significantly around PC2 and ST36 after the treatment with high-frequency electroacupunture(P<0.001 of P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency electroacupunture or high-frequency electroacupunture used in PC6 can protect rats from the injury of AMI.The mechanism may be related to the decrease of CaM content around PC6 and PC2 in heart-related meridian and around ST36 in irrelative meridian,which is worth further study.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences of condensate of moxa smoke(PM10,taken inhalable portion of moxa smoke) on viability and apoptosis of type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells(A549).Methods A546 cells were cultured in vitro and then condensate of moxa smoke was added in different concentration.The influences of condensate of moxa smoke on the viability and apoptosis of A546 cells were observed by applying MTT assay and fluorescence microscope.Results The results of MTT assay showed that compared with control group,the survival rate of A546 cells changed with the changes of concentration and time showing an obvious time-dependence and a concentration-dependence.The condensate in the dose of 0.12 mg/mL significantly improved the survival rate of A546 cells after acting on the cells for 12 hours(P=0.005<0.01).The observation of fluorescence microscope showed that the apoptosis of A546 cells was induced by the condensate showing a concentration-dependence.Conclusion The viability of A546 cells decreases gradually as the increase of concentration and stimulating time of the condensate,which indicates that a certain concentration and a certain stimulating time of the condensate have some toxic effect on A546 cells.A certain concentration of the condensate can improve proliferation of A546 cells during a shorter stimulating time,which may be one of important factors of moxa smoke’s effect.The apoptosis of A546 cells may be one of important factors of moxa smoke’s toxic effect.

摘要:Objective To investigate the relationship between skin reactions and curative effect of acupoint application method in treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods The patients(n=375) with bronchial asthma treated with acupoint application method during the dog days were randomly selected from the Department of Respiratory Disease of Dongzhimen Hospital from 2008 to 2010.According to the degree of skin reactions,all patients were divided into non-reaction group,mild reaction group and severe reaction group.The correlation between the degree of skin reaction and the degree of asthma or times of asthma onset within one year was analyzed.Results After the treatment,the degree of asthma onset was lower in severe reaction group than that in non-reaction group and mild reaction group.The times of asthma onset were less in severe reaction group than those in non-reaction group.The comparison before and after the treatment showed that the degree of asthma onset and times of asthma onset within one year all had statistical significance among three groups.Conclusion The degree of skin reactions and curative effect of acupoint application method is correlated positively.
