摘要:The paper analysed the difficulties restricting integration and sharing of decision information in TCM diagnosis and treatment from the research on the knowledge of TCM decision evidences.The authors indicated that the mathematical modeling and integrated visualization research of decision information in TCM diagnosis and treatment is a major direction of intellectual expanding in medical information platform.Some key questions in the integrated visualization research of TCM diagnosis and treatment have been interpreted and a new idea for modeling research of TCM decision information is provided from the aspects of classics extradition and trigger mechanism,integrated visualization of clinical guidelines and criteria,and dynamic feedback of advanced curative effect reports.At the level of methodology,a systematic theory frame suitable to TCM original thinking inheritance should be developed,and at the level of technology and science,TCM information of diagnosis and treatment,experts’ experience and patients’ materials should be optimized and integrated by using qualitative and quantitative metasynthesis.The information barrier among hospitals,scientific institutes and universities in different regions,therefore,will be broken,and the real interaction and sharing of decision information in diagnosis and treatment will be achieved.

摘要:China is facing the challenge of rapidly aging population,and the demands of old people for health care and rehabilitative care are becoming prominent day by day.Chinese medicine has been viewing that emotional factors are important ones throughout the physiology,etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,prevention,treatment and prognosis of the aged.A relative complete system of gerontology experience has been taken shape based on the practice of physicians of generations,and a medical mode of 4P(preventive,predictive,personalized and participatory) has been formed also in clinical practice in modern medical mode considering biological,psychological and social factors.It is instructive for constructing new mode of gerontology to insist TCM characteristics,pay attention to emotional status,take advantage of emotional approaches,stress early prevention and positive intervention to the onset and development of diseases,value the participation of doctors and patients,and promote health condition of the aged and medical level.
摘要:The establishment of model of TCM formula therapy is an important part in the study on concepts of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and it is significant to the exploration on effective methods and technology for transforming individual experience into general knowledge.The authors analysed the current status of formula therapy researches,and indicated the development tendency in this field.The feasibility of the establishment of model of TCM formula therapy was analysed,implementation points in key technology were summed up,and process of model establishment was designed.The core technology-quantitative treatment of data was proved by using practical examples.

摘要:Objective To study Qingdu Suppository(QDS) and β-elemene on expression of class Ⅰ antigen of leukocyte antigen(HLA-I) of human cervical cancer cell line HeLa,and investigate the anti-viral mechanisms of QDS and β-elemene.Methods The extract of QDS was prepared by using water extraction-alcohol precipitation method,and human cervical cancer cell line HeLa was cultured in vitro and then divided into control group,QDS group,β-elemene group and interferon α-2b group(IFN α-2b group).The suitable concentration of QDS,β-elemene and IFN α-2b were determined by using MTT test.After the intervention for 48 hours,the fluorescent intensity of HLA-I on cell surface was detected by using flow cytometry,protein expression of HLA-I inside the cells was analysed by using Western blot method,and gene expression of HLA-I was detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in all groups.Results Compared with control group,the protein expression of HLA-I on cell surface was up-regulated in other three groups(P<0.05),which was more significant in QDS group and β-elemene group(P<0.05) compared with IFN α-2b group.The protein expression of HLA-I inside the cells was up-regulated in three medicinal groups.Compared with control group,the expressions of HLA-A mRNA and HLA-B mRNA increased in QDS group and β-elemene group,and only expression of HLA-A mRNA increased in IFN α-2b group.Conclusion QDS and β-elemene can up-regulate the protein and gene expression of HLA-I to promote the antigen presentation on the surface of human cervical cancer cell line HeLa.It is a potential mechanism of these two medicinals in helping the body eliminate human papillomavirus and cancer cells.

摘要:Objective To study the influences of salvianolic acid B(SalB) on ischemia striatal amino acid neurotransmitters in rats with cerebral ischemia/ reperfusion(I/R) injury,and discuss the mechanism of SalB in brain protection.Methods The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) was established in SD rats by using Longa EZ method.In the day of modeling(the first day) SalB(1 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg) were intraperitoneally injected to rats once a day for 28 days.On the 3rd day and 28th day the dialysate in ischemia striatum were collected from awake rats respectively.The content of glutamic acid(Glu) and γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) were detected by using HPLC-fluorescent assay(HPLC-FL).Results On the 3rd day,Glu content was significantly higher in model group than that in sham-operation group,and GABA content had a increasing trend.SalB had no significant influence on the content of Glu and GABA.On the 28th day,the content of Glu and GABA were kept on a higher level in model group,and decreased significantly in low-dose SalB group and high-dose SalB group compared with model group(P<0.05).Conclusion SalB can significantly reduce the content of striatal Glu and GABA in rats with I/R injury as the prolonging of cerebral ischemia,and the protective effect of SalB may be related to the regulation of content of Glu and GABA.

摘要:Objective To discuss the current situation of classification study of tongue color based on colorimetry,and provide evidence and reference for the tongue color classification of digital tongue images.Methods The data from 22 studies on classification study of tongue color were analysed retrospectively,and colorimetric values of tongue color were converted unitedly into L value,a value,b value,C value and H value for comparing the colorimetric values of all types of tongue color and observing the distribution of color-opposition space model(CIELAB) and color model of luminosity and chroma hue(CIELCH) suggested by International Commission on Illumination.The colorimetric values of tongue color in different research reports were given clustering analysis and the aberration was compared by using K-means clustering method.Results There were totally 11 types of tongue color reported in 22 papers,and they were pale white tongue,pale red tongue,red tongue,crimson tongue,dark red tongue,lilac tougue,purplish red tongue,bluish purple tongue,purple tongue,crimson purple tongue,dark purple tongue.The brightness of 11 types of tongue color was from 46 to 60,hue angle was from 8 degree to 27 degree and from 320 degree to 355 degree,and saturation was from 17 to 36.There were regular laws in the changes of colorimetric values observed from pale white tongue to pale red tongue,red tongue,crimson tongue and dark red tongue,manifesting L value gradual decreasing and a value gradual increasing.The range of aberration was from 2.44 to 19.70 taken the colorimetric values in clustering central position as comparison datum.Conclusion Colorimetry supplies the key theory and technology for the transformation from TCM experience of color vision into quantification of color diagnosis.Because of big difference in colorimetric values reported by different researchers,the standardized plan and process should be made as soon as possible for collecting digital tongue images and correcting color and therefore,the obtained colorimetric values of tongue color can be communicated effectively on public platform.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of intervention of Didang Tong at different time points on gene expression in rats with diabetic retinopathy and the mechanism through establishing rat model of diabetes induced by streptozotocin(STZ).Methods The rat model of diabetes was established by the injection of STZ in caudal vein after high fat forage for 12 weeks.The groups with Didang Tong at early term,middle term and late term(early-term group,mid-term group and late-term group) were,respectively,given intragastrically Didang Tang on the 8th week,13th week and 16th week,and simvastatin group and rosiglitazone group were,respectively,given intragastrically simvastatin or rosiglitazone on the 13th week.After 24 weeks,the influences of Didang Tang on weight,plasma glucose and serum insulin were observed.The expression changes of retinal vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA and protein kinase C(PKC β2) mRNA were detected by using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results On the 13th week,the level of fasting plasma glucose(FPG) increased significantly(P<0.01),and expressions of retinal VEGF mRNA and PKCβ2 mRNA increased significantly(P<0.01) in model group compared with normal group.Compared with model group,the expressions of retinal VEGF mRNA and PKCβ2 mRNA decreased significantly in early-term group,mid-term group and late-term group(P<0.05).Compared with late-term group and mid-term group,the expressions of retinal VEGF mRNA and PKCβ2 mRNA decreased significantly in early-term group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the expressions of retinal VEGF mRNA and PKCβ2 mRNA decreased in simvastatin group and rosiglitazone group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early intervention of Didang Tang can delay the development of diabetic retinopathy in diabetes rats,which is related to that Didang Tang can reduce the gene expressions of retinal VEGF and PKCβ2 and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
摘要:Objective To establish a method to determine the concentration of serum polygalaxanthone Ⅲ in rats,observe the pharmacokinetic features of Yuanzhi(Radix Polygalae) and polygalaxanthone Ⅲ in classic formula-Kaixin San in rats with dysmnesia,and study the medicinal properties of Yuanzhi and its compound formulas in the treatment of dysmnesia.Methods The model of dysmnesia was established by intraperitoneal injection of scopolamine in rats,and then the rats were intragastrically given the aqueous extracts of Yuanzhi and Kainxin San respectively.The blood samples were collected form rat abdominal aortic for separating serum samples with centrifugation.Monopotassium phosphate(0.1 mmol) and acetonitrile were added to deposit proteins,and then supernatant was collected,dried under nitrogen,dissolved in water,filtrated and analysed with HPLC.The concentration of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ was detected taking C18 as stationary phase and acetonitrile-0.1 % phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase in gradient elution with 254 nm detection wavelength.The data was treated with Kinetics 4.4 software.Results The medical serum of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.0413 mg/L to 1.65 mg/L.The lowest limit of quantification was 41.3 μg/L.The curve of medicinal-time of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ was treated by using non-compartment model after intragastrical giving of the aqueous extracts of Yuanzhi and Kainxin San.There was a difference in pharmacokinetic parameters AUC and MRT between extract of Yuanzhi and extract of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ(P<0.05).After orally giving whole formula of Kaixin San and extract of Yuanzhi,polygalaxanthone Ⅲ showed a bimodal absorption and the peaking time was,respectively,15 min and 150 min,and 15 min and 180 min.The value of AUC of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ was 1.20 times and MRT was 1.30 times higher than those of Yuanzhi after orally giving whole Kaixin San.Conclusion RP-HPLC determination established in this study is exclusive,accurate and sensitive,which is suitable for the pharmacokinetic research of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ in rats.The results of pharmacokinetic research of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ in rats after orally giving whole formula of Kaixin San and extract of Yuanzhi indicate that the combinations of compound formula can improve bioavailability,absorption and effective time of medicinal serum concentration,regulate the pharmacokinetic features and promote the effect.
摘要:Objective To establish a accurate method for quantitative determination of amino acids in Qingkailing Injection.Methods After derivatization of amino acids in Qingkailing Injection and taking phenylisothiocyanate as derivatization reagent,the amino acids were analysed by using HPLC.The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase A was sodium acetate(0.1 mol/L)-acetonitrile(pH 6.5,93∶ 7),and mobile phase B was acetonitrile-water(4∶ 1) in gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1 mL/min and detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results This method determined accurately the quantity of 21 kinds of amino acids in Qingkailing Injection,and they showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.019 g/L to 24.855 g/L(r=0.999 7-0.999 9).The average recovery of 21 kinds of amino acids was from 92.2% to 106.8%(RSD from 0.766% to 4.49%).Conclusion The method was accurate,reliable and sensitive,which can be used for the quantitative determination of amino acids in Qingkailing Injection.
摘要:Objective To study the homogenate extraction of ferulic acid from Chuanxiong(Rhizome Ligutici),and compare different extraction methods of ferulic acid from Chuanxiong.Methods The percentage content of ferulic acid in extract of Chuanxiong was taken as index,and orthogonal design was applied to observe the influence factors on homogenate extraction.Homogenate extraction was compared with microwave method and ethanol refluxing method reported in literature in extraction rate,extraction time and electricity consumption.Results The optimized technique of homogenate extraction was as follows: 65% ethanol in 20 times volume,homogenate extraction for 1.5 minutes,and the average extraction rate was 75.48%.The average extraction rate was 75.20% by microwave method and 92.50% by ethanol refluxing method.The content of ferulic acid was the highest in the extract of Chuanxiong extracted by ethanol refluxing method,but the extraction time was 200 times longer than homogenate extraction and 75 times longer than microwave method.The electricity consumption of ethanol refluxing method was 125 times higher than homogenate extraction and 235 times higher than microwave method.Conclusion Homogenate extraction and microwave method are simple,economic and rapid,but in the extraction rate of ferulic acid,they are not as good as ethanol refluxing method.

摘要:Objective To observe the specific changes of content of nitric oxide(NO) and activity of nitric ocide synthase(NOS) around classic acupoints and the specific influences of electroacupunture in different frequency on NO content and NOS activity around related classic acupoints when electroacupunture was used in Neiguan(PC6) in rats with acute myocardial ischemia(AMI).Methods Male Wistar rats(n=30) were randomly divided into four groups.There were 6 rats in normal group,and other successfully modeled rats(n=18) were divided into model group,group treated with low-frequency electroacupunture(low-frequency group) and group of high-frequency electroacupunture(high-frequency group,each n=6).The content of NO was detected by using nitrate reductase method,and activity of NOS was detected by using colorimetric method.Results In model group,NO content and NOS activity dereased significantly around PC6,Tianquan(PC2),Ximen(PC4),Waiguan(TE5) and Zusanli(ST36) compared with normal group(P<0.001).After the treatment with high-frequency electroacupunture in PC6,NO content increased significantly around PC6,PC2 and PC4 compared with model group(P<0.05),and activity of NOS increased significantly around PC6,TE5 and ST36 compared with model group(P<0.05).Conclusion The protective effect of high-frequency electroacupunture in PC6 may be related to that it can inhibit the decrease of NO content around PC6,PC2 and PC4 and improve the activity of NOS around PC6,TE5 and ST36.
摘要:Objective To observe the influence of electroacupuncture in Zusanli(ST36) on number and network of interstitial cells Cajal(ICCs) of small intestine in rats with partial intestinal obstruction,and lay a foundation for further study on the influence of electroacupuncture in ST36 on phenotypic variation of ICCs.Methods The rat model of partial intestinal obstruction was established by using terminal ileum ringer method.All rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham-operation group,non-electroacupuncture group(non-EA group),electroacupuncture in Zusanli(ST36) group(ST36 group) and electroacupuncture in Yinlingquan(GB34) group(GB34 group).After success modeling,ST36 group and GB34 group were given electroacupuncture intervention for 7 days.The changes of number and distribution of ICCs in colon were observed in all groups by applying the technique of frozen sections and whole-mount preparation of immunocytochemical staining.Results The comparison between non-EA group and normal group or sham-operation group showed a discontinuous distribution of ICCs,damaged cellular networks and reduced number(P<0.05).The comparison between ST36 group and non-EA group showed a continuous distribution of ICCs,recovered cellular network and significantly increased number(P<0.05).The comparison between GB34 group and non-EA group showed no significant changes(P>0.05).Conclusion The method of terminal ileum ringer can by used for establishing effectively rat model of partial intestinal obstruction.Electroacupuncture in ST36 can stimulate to some extent the regeneration of ICCs to recover to normal cellular network structure,and improve the recovery of ileum function.
摘要:Objective To investigate and create the discriminant points of phlegm syndrome of mid-stage and advanced primary lung cancer and quantify these points.Methods The cases(n=308) were divided into groups by using FANG Yong-qi’s generalized diagnosis criteria of phlegm syndrome on the base of epidemiological survey.The case observation table was filled and statistical comparing method was used to screen related factors,which were scored according to the difference in symtoms and signs between phlegm syndrome group and non-phlegm syndrome group.The quantified discriminant points were created and tested.Results After statistical analysis,the quantified diagnostic threshold of phlegm syndrome of mid-stage and advanced primary lung cancer was determined as 37.The discriminant points of phlegm syndrome were created as follows: main syndromes included cough(17),expectoration(12),and oppression in chest(12),and secondary syndromes included excessive phlegm(10),greasy tongue fur(6),and painless and itch-free lump on the body surface(5).The diagnosis could be made as there were 3 main syndromes or there were 2 main syndromes and 2 secondary syndromes.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and positive likehood ratio of these discriminant points was,respectively,90.24%,77.97%,83.00% and 1.98% after retrospective test.Conclusion In the model of disease combining syndrome,the quantified discriminant points of mid-stage and advanced primary lung cancer created by using statistical method are accorded with clinical practice and have clinical significance.
