摘要:Development history of Chinese medical formulas is an important part of specific history research in Chinese medical history.The research thinking takes mainly existing materials of TCM literature and documents in different historic periods to comb and explore the development vein of Chinese medical formulas by applying the research methods of documentics of Chinese medical history.Documentics of Chinese medical history is an independent discipline with mature theoretical system and special research methods.The paper discussed initially how to apply research methods of documentics of Chinese medical history to study the development history of Chinese medical formulas through brief introduction of the research methods and relationship between development history of Chinese medical formulas and documentics of Chinese medical history.

摘要:SU Shi,the literary giant in the Northern Song Dynasty,did a lot of researches on TCM theory and health preservation,and left abundant works and effective methods about health preservation.He put forward the view of health preservation,calmness and harmony.Only keeping the inner tranquility and peace,conforming to external changes and maintaining physiologically and psychologically harmonizing with the nature,one can take things calmly and enjoy his life.

摘要:Medicine has dual attributes of science and culture.From history of science,technology and culture,and combining achievements of system science,the author probed into the deeper causes in the difference between Western medicine and TCM.Western medicine and TCM are different in natural view,values and thinking mode,and both are opposite and unitary in culture and thinking.They have attributes like yin and yang,and TCM has feminine rhyme.In cultural character,Western medicine prefers to pursue the real,and TCM prefers to pursue the goodness(including pursuing the real) and makes every effort to achieve the supreme good.

摘要:Lingshu: Jiuzhenshi’eryuan records that the essential of acupuncture is obtaining qi and effect obtained.Obtaining qi is the key of acupuncture’s curative effect.The paper analyzed the characteristics of yin-yang five-state persons and their influences on obtaining qi according to the content of Lingshu: Xingzhen and Lingshu: Tongtian in Huangdineijing,and put forward the opinion of needling based on patients’ constitutional types.The pathological features,curative effect and prognosis were analyzed in five-state persons for providing a guideline for acupuncture in different persons in clinic.

摘要:Through analyzing the pathological mechanisms and current treatment of some brain diseases belonging to the category of "collateral disease" in Chinese medicine,the authors found that the pathological basis of brain collateral disease is the disorder of endothelial-glial cell information network consisted of cerebral microvascular endothelial cells,astrocytes and cytokines for transmitting information mutually.It is also a crosspoint of understanding on collateral disease in brain diseases by Western and Chinese medicine,and a pointcut of research on theory of brain collaterals.The study will give a more reasonable explanation on collateral disease in TCM brain diseases,and provide the proof for the kernel pathology aimed at by treatment of freeing collaterals.

摘要:Objective To observe the protective effects of Huangqi Injection and Puerarin Injection on kidney and their influences on expression of fibronectin(FN) in KKAy mice with type 2 diabetes based on the changes of kidney function and renal morphology.Methods Male KKAy mice were divided into model group and treatment group(treated with Huangqi Injection combining Puerarin Injection),and male same-aged C57BL/6J mice were taken as normal group.The levels of plasma glucose,LDL-C,HDL-C and serum urea and uric acid(UA) were regularly detected.The pathological changes of renal tissue were observed after HE and Masson staining,and FN expression was observed by using immunohistochemistry technique.Results Started from 20 weeks old,the levels of plasma glucose,blood fat and serum urea and(UA) increased significantly in model group than those in normal group,and improved in treatment group compared with model group.HE and Masson staining showed glomerular sclerosis,vacuolar degeneration in renal tubular epithelial cells and more interstitial collagen in model group,and these pathological changes were significantly relieved in treatment group.The results of immunohistochemistry technique showed that FN expression increased significantly in model group than that in normal group,and decreased in treatment group than that in model group.Conclusion Huangqi Injection combining Puerarin Injection can improve kidney function,alleviate renal pathological changes,reduce FN expression and protect kidney in KKAy mice with with type 2 diabetes.
摘要:Objective To observe the influences of genistein on the gene expression of estrogen(E2)-dependent breast cancer T47D cells and estrogen receptor-dependent signal transduction pathway by applying DNA oligo microarray technique.Methods T47D cells were respectively processed with 0.001 μmol/L E2 and 10 μmol/L genistein for 48 hours.The total mRNA was extracted after collecting cells,labeled through reverse transcription reaction,and then hybridized with Oligo GEArray? chips.Differential expression genes were collected from the chips after computer scanning.Results The expressions of Cyclin E1,Cyclin E2 and Cyclin A2 were all up-regulated significantly.The expressions of ERα,and E2-induced PGR,TFF1(pS2),BCL2,ERBB2,C3,CCND1,TEF3,IGFBP2,IGFBP5 and GATA3 were also up-regulated in varying degrees.The results of real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) showed that genistein induced the expression of pS2 mRNA.Conclusion Genistein can activate the expression of ERα receptor in T47D cells,regulate cyclin dependent kinase(CDK) activity to accelerate S phase,improve the proliferation of T47D cells,and play a role of phytoestrogen through up-regulating E2-induced genes.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences of dredging large intestine on content changes of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in peripheral blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and investigate the mechanism of treating COPD from intestine from the angle of inflammation controlling.Methods The rat model of COPD was established by using intratracheal injection of LPS combining cigarette smoking.All rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,treating intestine group(intestine group),treating lung group(lung group) and treating lung and intestine group(lung-intestine group).Normal group and model group were intragastrically given purified water and other groups were given corresponding Chinese medicinals for 14 days.The content of IL-8,IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-10 in peripheral blood and BALF were detected by applying enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results ①Compared with normal group,the content of IL-8,IL-1β,TNF-α and IL-10 in peripheral blood and BALF all increased in intestine group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).②Compared with model group,the content of IL-8,IL-1β,TNF-α and IL-10 in peripheral blood and BALF decreased in intestine group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).③Compared with lung group,the content of IL-1β in peripheral blood and IL-8 in BALF decreased in lung-intestine group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Dredging large intestine or dredging large intestine based on treating lung can reduce the content of cytokines in peripheral blood and BALF to relieve general or local inflammatory reaction in rat with COPD,which may be one of effects of treating COPD from intestine.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences of low-frequency ultrasound for enhancing permeation of Tongluo Zhitong Tang on cytokines in serum and synovial fluid in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods New Zealand rabbits(n=32) were randomly divided into normal group(n=5),model group,treatment group(treated with ultrasound for enhancing permeation of Tongluo Zhitong Tang) and control group(treated with ultrasound for enhancing permeation of saline,each n=9).The model of KOA was established by injection of 1.6% papain solution in knee joint cavity.After successful modeling confirmed by pathological sections,treatment group and control group were given intervention treatment for 3 weeks.The samples of serum and synovial fluid were collected after the treatment for one week.The content of cytokines in serum and synovial fluid was detected by using radioimmunoassay.At the same time all rabbits were executed,synovial tissue and articular cartilage were taken and stained with HE staining and observed with microscope.Mankin’s histological scores were recorded.Results The results of Mankin’s histological scoring showed that there were significant difference in scores of synovial tissue(P<0.05),and no significant difference in scores of cartilage cells(P>0.05) between treatment groups and model group.There was no significant difference in scores of synovial tissue and cartilage cells between control group and model group(P>0.05).Compared with normal group,the content of cytokines in serum and synovial fluid increased significantly in model group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the content of cytokines in synovial fluid decreased significantly in treatment group(P<0.05),but had no statistical significance in serum.Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of low-frequency ultrasound for enhancing permeation of Tongluo Zhitong Tang in treatment of KOA may be related to the inhibition of the generation of cytokines in synovial fluid and relief of knee inflammatory response through slowing the inflammatory response of synovial cells.
摘要:Objective To compare the difference in the protective effects on liver in rats with acute liver injury induced by D-galactosamine(D-GalN) between the aqueous extract and ethanol extract of Yinchenhao Tang.Methods Health male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,groups of high-dose and low-dose aqueous extract of Yinchenhao Tang(high-dose and low-dose aqueous extract groups),and groups of high-dose and low-dose ethanol extract of Yinchenhao Tang(high-dose and low-dose ethanol extract groups).Except of normal group,other groups were preventively given medicinal for 7 days,and then given intraperitoneal injection of D-GalN one for copying the model of acute liver injury.The changes of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),triglyceride(TG),total bilirubin(T-BiL),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were detected.At the same time the paraffin sections and frozen sections of liver tissue were prepared and stained with HE,oil red-O,SDH and G-6-P staining for light microscope observation and photographs.Results Multi-factor analysis of variance showed that the activity of decreasing TG and T-BiL of aqueous extract was higher than that of ethanol extract(P < 0.05),while inhibitory effect of ethanol extract on MDA was higher than that of aqueous extract.The pathological results indicated that aqueous extract had better liver protective effect than ethanol extract.Conclusion The aqueous extract technique and ethanol extraction technique of Yinchenhao Tang can obtain different effective components / fractions or groups for playing different pharmacodynamic effects.For reducing blood fat and bilirubin,traditional decocting technique is the first selection,and for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities,the ethanol extract technique will be better.

摘要:Objective To compare the quality of Tiepishihu(Dendrobium candidum) produced from different areas in Yunnan Province,and provide evidence for selecting its optimal producing area.Methods The hot-dip method,ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HPLC were applied to determine the content of alcohol extracts,polysaccharide and mannose in Tiepishihu and at the same time,HPLC gradient elution was used to establish fingerprint system,which then was given cluster analysis.Results Tiepishihu produced from different areas in Yunnan Province had difference in the content of main chemical compositions.The content of alcohol extracts(13.65%) and polysaccharide(35.87%) was the highest in Tiepishihu produced from Menghai.The content of mannose was the highest(24.96%) in Tiepishihu produced from Dehong and was secondary highest(24.01%) in Tiepishihu produced from Menghai.The content of effective compositions was the lowest in Tiepishihu produced from Honghe.The similarity of HPLC fingerprints of Tiepishihu produced from different areas was higher(between 0.883 and 0.987),while the similarity was the lowest(0.883) between Tiepishihu produced from Menghai and control fingerprint,and that among other Tiepishihu products were all higher than 0.950.The cluster analysis on the total area of HPLC fingerprint common peaks of Tiepishihu produced from 6 areas showed that these 6 areas could be divided into two categories,one included Menghai and Wenshan,and other one included Simao,Dehong,Honghe and Yuxi.Conclusion Tiepishihu produced from different areas in Yunnan Province has difference in quality,and that produced from Menghai is the best.

摘要:Objective To study the chemical compositions and their relevant content in essemtial oils in root of Xiulimei(Rubus amabilis Focke.).Methods The chemical compositions in essemtial oils in root of Xiulimei,extracted with carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction,were separated and identified,and there relevant content were detected by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results The yield of the essential oil was 3.42%.There were 39 compositions separated and identified,including eudesma-5,11(13)-dien-8,12-olide,γ-muurolene,β-sitosterol,elemol,nootkatone,β-eudesmol,ledene oxide,retinol acetate,1,5,9-trimethyl-1,5,9-cyclododecatriene,cubenol,lupeol acetate,stigmast-4-en-3-one,aromadendrene oxide,etc.Conclusion The essential oils,extracted with carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction,is one of efficacy compositions for clearing lung and stopping cough in root of Xiulimei.

摘要:Objective To establish a quick method for simultaneous quantitative determination of six chemical compositions in Xiaoyan Lidan Pian,including andrographolide,dehydroandrographolide,lasiodonin,epinodosinol,oridonin and epinodosin,by HPLC-MS.Methods The procedure of HPLC-MS was performed on the chromatographic column of Dikma Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase was methanol-0.5‰ formic acid solution.Electrospray ionization(ESI) source,monitoring in positive ion mode and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) were applied for the quantitative determination.The monitoring ion pairs of 6 detected compositions were,respectively,351.3/257.3(andrographolide),333.2/257.3(dehydroandrographolide),365.3/347.3(lasiodonin,epinodosinol and oridonin) and 363.3/281.3(epinodosin).Results Six chemical compositions in Xiaoyan Lidan Pian were separated totally within 15 minutes,and the linear relationships,linear ranges,precision and stability of the method were good.The average recovery(n=3) was,respectively,101.3%,98.5%,99.4%,100.3%,100.4% and 99.4%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate with higher specificity,which can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyan Lidan Pian.

摘要:The function of ovary reflects female reproductive endocrine function.Hypofunction of ovary commonly occurs in diminished ovarian reserve and premature ovary failure during the period of duration,which influences seriously the pregnancy rate in female patients.The paper summed up Professor XIA Gui-cheng’s therapeutic experience on ovarioprival barrenness as follows: syndromes include mainly syndrome of yin deficiency and heart fire,syndrome of heart fire and yang deficiency,and these syndromes combining phlegm and combining stasis.The therapies include tonifying kidney,quieting heart,conditioning menstrual cycle,nourishing yin,downbearing fire,tranquitizing mind,clearing liver,releasing depression,tonifying spleen and assisting yang combining psychological counseling,practicing qigong and keeping fit.

摘要:Objective To discuss the relationship between TCM syndromes of hepatic cirrhosis and liver function indexes.Methods Taking hepatic cirrhosis,Chinese medicine and syndrome as subject terms,the databases of China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(CAJD),China Doctoral Dissertations Full-text Database(CDFD),China Master Theses Full-Text Database(CMFD),China Scientific Journal Database(CSJD) and Chinese Medical Current Contents(CMCC) were systematically retrieved for collecting related literature in last 20 years and selecting the literature reports about clinical studies with specific data of liver function indexes and TCM syndrome types of hepatic cirrhosis.A literature database of TCM syndromes of hepatic cirrhosis and liver function indexes was established by applying EpiData and then all data was given descriptive and statistical analysis by using Excel software.Results There were 30 literature included involving 3172 cases,44 TCM syndromes and 14 liver function indexes.In different TCM syndromes,the average values of liver function indexes were different,which indicated that the injured degree of liver cells was different in the patients with different syndrome types of hepatic cirrhosis.Conclusion When the patients with single syndrome like liver depression,dampness-heat,blood stasis or water retention,the damage of liver cells is mild.When they have complicated syndromes like liver-kidney yin deficiency or spleen-kidney yang deficiency with pathogenesis of mixture of deficiency and excess,liver cells are damaged severely and liver function is poor.The study will provide some evidences for further analysis on the relationship between TCM syndromes of hepatic cirrhosis and liver function indexes.

摘要:Objective To study the characteristics of urine metabolomics of lung qi deficiency syndrome of stable-phase chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and intervention of Chinese medicinal,and explore possible biomarkers.Methods The patients(n=40) with lung qi deficiency syndrome of stable-phase COPD(lung qi deficiency group) were intervened with Liuwei Buqi Capsules,and a control group(n=37) was set up.The two groups were given the examination of lung function before and after the intervention.The urine metabolites were detected by using HPLC-MS/MS,and data was statistically analyzed by applying principle component analysis(PCA) and partial least squares(PLS).The original spectrum and data of urine metabolomics were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,lung function decreased significantly in lung qi deficiency group before treatment(P<0.05),and still lower after treatment for 30 days.The metabolic spectrum was significantly different in lung qi deficiency group compared with control group before treatment,but showed regressive trend to control group after treatment.There were 13 possible biomarkers of lung qi deficiency syndrome of COPD found.Conclusion The changes of metabolic spectrum and potential disease biomarkers can be found in patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome of stable-phase COPD The intervention of Chinese medicinal will bring the positive changes in metabolic spectrum.
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy of clearing heat and resolving toxin on mild and ordinary epidemic encephalitis B.Methods The patients(n=163) were randomly divided into control group(n=68) and treatment group(n=95) by using the method of random digits table.The curative effect,relieving of symptoms and signs and average hospitalization time were compared between two groups.Results The duration of dropping temperature(5.12±2.20) d,average coma time(3.35±1.42) d,average duration of relieving spasm(3.8.00±2.20) d and average days of hospitalization(20.00±2.50) d all were shorter in treatment group with less aggravated cases and sequela.The effective rate was higher in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05),and the effects of dropping temperature,relieving spasm,recovering consciousness and shortening average days of hospitalization were higher in treatment group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of clearing heat and resolving toxin has a significant curative effect on mild and ordinary epidemic encephalitis B.
