摘要:Based on literature research,it is concluded that the weight measurement of medicinal in ZHANG Zhong-jing’s formulas was only based on official system established in the Eastern Han Dynasty from several aspects as follows: there was no other measurement systems except the official system in the Eastern Han Dynasty and Wei and Jin Dynasties.It was incapable for medical practitioners in that period to create another measurement system.It was incapable for medical practitioners to have courage to use another measurement system different from the official system.The measurement of medicinal had powerful historical stability.There was only a little difference in the standard of measurement between the Eastern Han Dynasty and Western Han Dynasty.The official system was continue to be used in the Jin Dynasty,Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty.It is confirmed that one liang(两) in ZHANG Zhong-jing’s formulas weighed 13.8 grams of the official system in the Eastern Han Dynasty.

摘要:Objective To study the meridian entry effectiveness of formulas,establish a mathematical model and establish a method for quantitative analysis of formula meridian entry.Methods A mathematical model of intensity of formula meridian entry was established based on the theory of medicinal meridian entry,laws of formula designing and construction,analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and vector theory.Results By computer automatic processing,the traditional formulas like Xiaoyao San were given analysis of meridian entry.The method described quantitatively and accurately the intensity of formula meridian entry.Conclusion The model has achieved quantitative analysis on difference in the intensity of formula meridian entry,explained the laws of formula designing and construction,and provided some scientific evidence for systemic research on formula meridian entry and rules of meridian-disease correspondence.

摘要:The incidence of diffuse pulmonary interstitial disease(DPID) is rising year by year at present.The article discussed emphatically the occurrence and development of DPID at the level of TCM pathogenesis,and found out that disorder of qi activity runs throughout DPID.The disorder of qi activity refers to qi deficiency,qi insufficiency or abnormal activity of qi induced by weak engendering transformation of qi or overconsumption of qi,and its pathological products such as phlegm,deficiency and stasis are the dominant factors in the development of DPID.The authors discussed the influence of disorder of qi activity on DPID from the aspects of the independent factors(phlegm,deficiency and stasis),and offered the theory basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of DPID.

摘要:Shan jie(善潔),describing external symptoms of liver vessel,originated from Nanjing.Ancestors took this term too literally and thought jie(潔) was not a proper word.The authors thought that shan(善) means more and easy and jie means sweating,so shan jie can be explained as sweating easily.Jie jie(潔潔),repeated jie,can be found in Chinese ancient medical books,which means water drips from drained cup.There is a term of fu bei jie jie(覆杯潔潔) in Jingui Yaolue describing extremely weak spleen vessel,which is a refining and interpreting of "water escaping and roof leaking" in Neijing.The terms of zhi zhi(漐漐) and ji ji(濈濈) also mean sweating and can be found in ancient medical books,and they were not different and all derived from chi ji(湁湒).In mediaeval times,Chinese words and expressions became more and more colloquial and polysyllabic.Ji(湒) can be read ji ji(湒湒),while ji ji(濈濈),zhe zhe(蛰蛰),zhi zhi(漐漐) and ji ji(潗潗) are derived because they have similar pronunciation.

摘要:Lin Yi was an important figure in the Bureau for Revision of Medical Classics in the Northern Song Dynasty.Chinese medicine practitioners have more studies on his contribution to revision of medical classics,but rarely on his life and official positions.Through the historical analysis on Lin Yi’s life and official positions,the authors have concluded that: Lin Yi was born in Kaifeng about in periods of Xianping and Jingde reigned by Emperor Zhenzong in the Northern Song Dynasty(998-1007).He passed the examination of Shu Pan Ba Cui Ke in the first year of Jingyou(1034) and was appointed to Liang Shi Mu Zhi Guan.He was ordered into the Secret Cabinet in July of the second year of Jiayou(1057).Lin Yi was the second son-in-law of GAO Ruo-na,who was the senator in the period of Emperor Renzong.LIN Yi’s poets were remained till now.He became an important member of the Bureau for the Revision of Medical Classics in Aug.,the second year of Jiayou(1057) in the Northern Song Dynasty,and was promoted frequently because of the outstanding achievements in revision of medical classics during more than ten years in reign periods of Emperor Renzong,Emperor Zhenzong and Emperor Shenzong.

摘要:Objective To establish a immunoassay for analyzing geniposide(GEN),and synthesize the artificial complete antigen of GEN.Methods The immunizing antigen(GEN-BSA) and coating antigen(GEN-PLL) were synthesized respectively by applying sodium periodate oxidation method.Results The synthesis conditions of GEN antigen was optimized.After the detection of ultraviolet spectrum,GEN was successfully conjugated with BSA/PLL and the conjugation ratio was 11∶ 1.The serum antigen titer had reached to 1∶ 12 800 in immunized mice.Conclusion The complete antigen of GEN has been successfully synthesized,which can be used further for preparing monoclonal antibody.
摘要:Objective To discuss the mechanism of Shenqing Fang in treatment on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods The rat model of UC was established by the enema of TNBS in rats.SD rats(n=60) were randomly divided into normal group,model group 1,model group 2,mesalazine group,low-dose Shenqing Fang(low-dose group) and high-dose Shenqing Fang(high-dose group,each n=10).The expression of colonic mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1(MAdCAM-1) was detected by applying immnohitological staining,reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and Western-blot test.Results The expression of MAdCAM-1 was lower in normal group,and protein expression and gene transcription were higher in model groups than those in normal group(P<0.01).The expression of MAdCAM-1 was significantly down-regulated in high-dose group,low-dose group and mesalazine group compared with model group 2(P<0.01),and the decreasing trend was more significant in high-dose group.Conclusion Shenqing Fang has therapeutic effect on UC,and the mechanism may be related to that it can reduce the expression of MAdCAM-1.
摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of Chinese medicinal with the actions of supplementing qi and activating blood in the regulation of vascular injury active substance.Methods The model of myocardial infarction(MI) was established by ligaturing the left anterior descending coronary artery in SD rats.On the base of ECG evaluation all successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into including model group,group treated with supplementing-qi and activating-blood Chinese medicinal(supplementing-qi and activating-blood group),perindopril group,and group treated with Tongxinluo Capsules(Tongxinluo group).The sham-operation group was taken as the control group.There were totally 5 groups.The changes of expressions of thrombomodulin(TM) mRNA and endothelial protein C receptor(EPCR) mRNA in myocardium were detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and the levels of serum endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),prostacycline(PGI2),thromboxane(TXA2),soluble TM(sTM) and soluble EPCR(sEPCR) were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) at two time points(after 7 days and after 28 days).Results At different time points,the levels of serum ET-1,TXA2,sTM and sEPCR increased significantly(P<0.01) and levels of NO and PGI2 decreased significantly(P<0.01) in model group compared with sham-operation group.The levels of serum ET-1,TXA2,sTM and sEPCR decreased significantly(P<0.01)and levels of NO and PGI2 increased significantly(P<0.01)in supplementing-qi and activating-blood group,perindopril group and Tongxinluo group compared with model group.The expressions of TM mRNA and EPCR mRNA increased significantly in model group(P<0.01) compared with sham-operation group,and decreased significantly in supplementing-qi and activating-blood group,perindopril group and Tongxinluo group(P<0.01) compared with model group.Conclusion The levels of serum TM and EPCR increase significantly after the attack of MI.The Chinese medicinal with actions of supplementing qi and activating blood can repair injured endothelial cells,improve endothelial function,regulate flow perfusion of microcirculation and ameliorate myocardial ischemia through reducing the levels of serum TM and EPSR and decreasing expressions of sTM mRNA and sEPCR mRNA.
摘要:Objective To study whether or not the dispersing phlegm therapy of Chinese medicinal can improve the transport ability of penicillin in lung tissue in rats with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods The rat model of AECOPD was established by using cigarette smoking,intratracheal injection of endotoxin and intranosal instillation of Staphylococcus aureus.Male Wistar rats(n=80) were randomly divided into control group,ambroxol group,Qingre Huatan Fang group and Feikang Granules group(each n=20).The concentration of penicillin in biological samples was detected by using high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS) in rats of all groups at different time periods.Results The comparison in the concentration of penicillin in blood and lung tissue after 15 minutes showed that the concentration increased in ambroxol group and Qingre Huatan Fang group compared with control group and Feikang Granules group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The comparison in the concentration of penicillin in blood after 30 minutes showed that the concentration increased in Qingre Huatan Fang group compared with Feikang Granules group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The comparison in the concentration of penicillin in lung tissue after 30 minutes showed that the concentration decreased in Feikang Granules group(P<0.05) and increased in Qingre Huatan Fang group(P<0.05) compared with control group.The concentration increased in Qingre Huatan Fang group compared with Feikang Granules group(P<0.01).Conclusion Ambroxol and Qingre Huatan Fang(with guiding of the therapy of clearing heat and dispersing phlegm) all can increase the concentration of penicillin in ling tissue in rat model of AECOPD,which means it can improve the transport ability of penicillin in lung tissue.The study provides the experimental evidence for treating AECOPD with Chinese medicinal as supplementary medicinal of antibiotics treatment in clinic.

摘要:Objective To study the effects of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in chronic heart failure(CHF),and investigate the influences and mechanism of different compound formulas of Chinese medicine in the ventricular remodeling of CHF at molecular biological level.Methods The rat model of CHF was established by using coronary ligation,forced swimming and underfeed.The rats were divided into mode group,Western medicinal group,supplementing qi group(Yiqi group),activating blood group(Huoxue group),supplementing qi and activating blood group(Yiqihuoxue group),supplementing qi,activating blood and inducing diuresis group(Yiqihuoxuelishui group) and normal group.The changes of expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were detected by applying real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and SABC immunohistochemistry technique.Results The expression of MMP-2 increased significantly and expression of TIMP-2 decreased in model group compared with normal group(P<0.01).After treatment,the expression of MMP-2 decreased significantly and expression of TIMP-2 increased in all medication groups.The difference was insignificant between Yiqihuoxue group or Yiqihuoxuelishui group compared with Western medicinal group(P>0.05),and curative effect was much better in Yiqihuoxuelishui group than that in Yiqihuoxue group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Chinese medicinal with the actions of supplementing qi,activating blood and inducing diuresis have effect on myocardial tissue,and can inhibit or reverse ventricular remodeling to treat CHF through influencing the expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2.

摘要:The study extracted 10 pieces of review articles from the Journal of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Clinical Medicine),and designed and issued randomly 50 questionnaires for surveying the cognition on review article writing in our university and affiliated hospitals.The results showed that the authors of review articles are mostly postgraduates and personnel with junior or intermediate professional titles,among them less have conducted multi-center and multi-discipline studies.The common problems include inaccurate paper titles,and lack of methodological descriptions,evidence-based basis in reference and comments at the end of paper.The respondents generally thought that it is easy to write review articles,reference materials should be chosen according to some standards,data should be treated with statistical methods,and authors should express their own views.Some measures have been proposed including transforming ideological understanding,having good attitudes,defining writing demands and regulating the articles on clinical observation according to evidence-based principles.

摘要:Objective To discuss the correlation between baseline risk factors and acute-stage pathogenesis of acute ischemic stroke.Methods The general information and relative risk factors were collected from 174 initial cases of acute ischemic stroke in stroke group and 45 cases in control group,and all data was given retrospective study.Results The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),Apo-A1,Apo-B and history of dyslipidemia had no significant difference between two groups.There was significant difference in age,gender,hypertension,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),WBC count,coronary heart disease(CHD),retinal arteriosclerosis,urine protein(UP),fibrinogen(Fig),creatinine(Cr),smoking and obesity(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,gender,hypertension,FPG,WBC count,CHD,retinal arteriosclerosis,UP,Fig,Cr,smoking and obesity are correlated to the occurence of acute ischemic stroke.
摘要:Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM symptoms and syndrome factors of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods The patients with diagnosed generalized anxiety disorder(n=200) were asked to fill in the questionnaire for collecting four examination information.The distribution characteristics of TCM symptoms and syndrome factors were analyzed by applying Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)、Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),dexcriptive analysis and cluster analysis.The syndrome factors and HAMA scores were given Spearman correlation analysis.Results The first ten symptoms were impatient,irritability,depressed mood,oppression in the chest,sighing,fatigue,palpitation,dreaminess,short breath,heaviness of head and body,lassitude of spirit,laziness to speak,dry mouth and throat and bitter taste in mouth.The syndrome factors included qi stagnation,qi deficiency,fire-heat,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm syndrome and blood stasis.According to the clustering results,blood deficiency,fire-heat,phlegm syndrome,qi deficiency,qi stagnation and yin deficiency were clustered into one class,and blood stasis was clustered into another class.Qi deficiency and qi stagnation were positively correlated to HAMA scores(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome factors are mainly qi deficiency and qi stagnation in the patients with generalized anxiety disorder,and the more serious the anxiety is,the higher the scores of these syndrome factors are.
摘要:Objective To review the curative effect of local retention enema of Xuejie(Risina Draconis) combining Diyu(Radix Sanguisorbae) on mucosal healing of ulcerative colitis(UC) observed with endoscope.Methods UC patients(n=59) were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=29).Two groups were treated with 5-aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA,3 g/d) for 4 weeks,and treatment group was additionally given retention enema of Xuejie combining Diyu.The changes of disease active index(DAI) and endoscope scores were compared between two groups before and after the treatment.Results after treatment for 4 weeks,DAI was lower in treatment group than that in control group but the difference was not significant(t=2.34,P>0.05),and remission rate observed with endoscope was increased in treatment group and the difference was significant(t=1.78,P<0.05) between two groups.Conclusion The local retention enema of Xuejie combining Diyu can improve mucosal healing observed with endoscope and it is an effective adjuvant therapy for treating UC.

摘要:Objective To study the changes of resting-state brain function and brain-regulation mechanism of heat-sensitive moxibustion by applying functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion on left Dubi acupoint.Methods The patients(n=30) with left KOA were given the scan of resting-state fMRI respectively before and after heat-sensitive moxibustion.The changes of resting-state brain function were observed by using the analystic methods of fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation(fALFF) and regional homogeneity(ReHo).Results After heat-sensitive moxibustion,the value of fALFF increased in right cerebrum,outer nuclear layer,left cerebellum,left cerebrum and white substance region and decreased in anterior central gyrus,frontal lobe and occipital lobe(single voxel threshold P<0.05,volume threshold of block cluster ≥85 voxels),and the value of ReHo increased significantly in thalamus,outer nuclear layer and parietal lobe region and decreased in right cerebrum,left cerebrum and frontal lobe(single voxel threshold P<0.05,volume threshold of block cluster ≥80 voxels).Conclusion The changes of multiple cerebral regions induced by heat-sensitive moxibustion are basically accord with somatic conduction path of pain and temperature.The activation of somatosensory system may be an objective base of the phenomenon of meridian transmission.The cerebral function regulation by heat-sensitive moxibustion dose not realized through a single cerebral region but through the network consisting of multiple cerebral regions.
