摘要:The internal relationship among TCM theory of spirit,ethereal soul and corporeal soul and mental diseases and clinical application were discussed in this paper based on ancient literature and clinical experience for investigating systematically the application of this TCM.The authors analyzed the physiology and pathology of spirit,ethereal soul and corporeal soul,and syndrome differentiation and medication in clinic,and indicated that spirit is closely related to main consciousness,ethereal soul,to subconsciousness and corporeal soul,to the function of vegetative nervous system.Therefore,the symptoms of mental diseases like hallucination,delusion,enforcing and somatic disorders in clinic all can be induced by uneasiness and disquieted spirit of spirit,ethereal soul and corporeal soul.The therapies for treating these mental diseases include nourishing the heart to tranquilize,emolliating liver and settling ethereal soul,and diffuse the lung and refreshing corporeal soul.

摘要:Buzhong Yiqi Tang is a representative formula used by LI Dong-yuan,a physician in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,for treating qi deficiency fever with the therapy of relieving fever with sweet-warm Chinese medicinals.LI Dong-yuan stressed regulating spleen and stomach,made a point based on spleen and stomach and initiated the theory of yin fire.To understanding the pathogenesis of yin fire is very important for grasping the essence of qi deficiency fever and correctly applying Buzhong Yiqi Tang for clinical treatment.But generations of physicians have different opinions and words on the pathogenesis of yin fire.The paper analyzed current different perceptions on the pathogenesis of yin fire,and proposed,based on TCM theory of liver visceral manifestation,qi movement theory,yin-yang theory and five phase theory,that the pathogenesis is spleen qi deficiency,clear yang sinking,yang entering yin,disorder of liver-yin and liver-yang,liver-yang harassing up and yin fire producing.The formulas with sweet-warm Chinese medicinals can tonify spleen qi,ascend Shaoyang qi and removing yin fire.This opinion is help to explain qi deficiency fever and mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi Tang for relieving fever with sweet-warm Chinese medicinals as well as guide clinical practice.

摘要:Objective To expound the types and characteristics of human body’s constitution in Tibetan medicine,analyze its content and difference between it and other medical sciences,and point out its application values.Methods Guided by Four Tantras,the classification characteristics and syndrome differentiation methods of 7 constitutional types in Tibetan medicine were expounded in this paper,and difference in constitutional types was analyzed among traditional Chinese medicine,ancient Indian medicine and Tibetan medicine.The interaction among these traditional medical sciences was studied.The role of syndrome differentiation of constitutional study in Tibetan medicine was discussed in prevention and treatment of diseases based on formative factors and feature analysis of constitution.Results Although it is affected by ancient Indian medicine,constitutional study in Tibetan medicine has formed its special theory system,and its theory and practice are more aligned with the constitutional characteristics of Tibetan population.Conclusion There are some links in constitutional study among Tibetan medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and ancient Indian medicine,while they have differences in specific thought and statement of characteristics.The constitutional study in Tibetan medicine has some special researches and application values in healthy pregnancy,balance adjustment of pregnant women,individual prevention and healthcare and clinical treatment.

摘要:TCM constitutional study is a practical discipline to research human constitutional characteristics,types,laws of difference and relationship among constitutional types,health and diseases based on TCM philosophy and physiology theory including yin-yang theory,five phase theory,essential qi theory,viscera and bowels,meridian,essence,qi,blood,fluid and humor.Along with the development of preventive treatment of disease and individual diagnosis and treatment,TCM constitutional study has been introduced into the research of insomnia.The authors expounded comprehensively the causes and pathogenesis of insomnia from the relative discussions of TCM constitutional study.The purpose is to find out the special laws of onset,change and prognosis of insomnia in population with the same constitutional type for guiding clinical practice.

摘要:Objective To investigate the self-healing mechanism of exogenous diseases based on Taiyang disease about to releasing and expression of interleukin(IL) content.Methods The mouse model was established according to the modeling method in mice with exterior syndrome of wind-cold reported by literature and experience on simulated experiment.The expression changes of serum IL content were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in model group and control group at 11:00 and 23:00 every day within one week.Results The expression of IL was higher in model group than that in control group at two time points(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In model group,IL content increased gradually at beginning of the disease,reached peak on the 3rd or 4th day,and reduced to the level as control group on the 7th day.Conclusion The experimental results coincide the "week thythm" of Taiyang disease about to releasing.The health qi in human body contains concept of substance and function of immune system,and IL may be an immunological material foundation of health qi.

摘要:Objective To investigate the effective mechanism of effective fractions of Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari)—astraisoflavan,astragalus polysaccharide and astragaloside by using multiple indicator orthogonal experiment in rat model of diabetes,and analyze the interactive relationship among them.Methods Arranging experiment with orthogonal design,126 rats were randomly divided into 9 groups(each n=14).Except normal group,other groups were given intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin(52 mg/kg).After modeling normal and model groups were given distilled water(6.3 mL/kg) and other groups were given effective fractions of Huangqi(0.105 g/kg,0.284 g/kg,0.389 g/kg,0.043 g/kg,0.148 g/kg,0.327 g/kg and 0.432 g·kg).The changes of plasma glucose,blood fat,adiponectin(ADPN) and interleukin(IL) were detected 30 days after modeling.The synthetical scoring of relevant multiple indicators was calculated and the multiple indicators were analyzed by using orthogonal design and variance analysis.Results Compared with normal group,except of low-density lipoprotein(LDL),the difference in other indicators had statistical significance(P<0.05) in model group.Astraisoflavan had effect of decreasing plasma glucose,but astragalus polysaccharide and astragaloside had not.Astraisoflavan and astragaloside had the effect of decreasing blood lipid and the effect of their combination was lower.Astraisoflavan and astragaloside had the effect of increasing adiponectin and the effect of their combination was higher.Astraisoflavan,astragalus polysaccharide and astragaloside had effect of regulating IL and the combination had higher effect.Conclusion Astraisoflavan has significant effect of decreasing plasma glucose,and astraisoflavan and astragaloside have significant effect of decreasing blood fat.In the regulation of ADPN and IL,astraisoflavan and astragaloside have a synthetic effect.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences of Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Fang on blood glucose and blood lipid in rats with experimental type 2 diabetes.Methods Normal group was given normal diet,and rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by injecting 2% streptozotocin(STZ) after 4-week high calories diet.The rats were divided into model group,diformin group,high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Fang groups(high-dose group,mid-dose group and low-dose group).The influences of the medicinal were observed on fasting blood glucose(FBG),level of serum insulin,blood fat and functions of liver and kidney.Results Compared with model group,the levels of total cholesterol(TC) and FBG decreased significantly,insulin level increased and insulin resistance index(IRI) decreased in three Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Fang groups(P<0.05),and compared with diformin group,there was no difference in three Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Fang groups.The decrease of triglyceride(TG) was more significant in mid-dose group with statistical difference compared with diformin group.The content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and GPT decreased significantly in three Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Fang groups compared with diformin group.Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Fang can effectively reduce the levels of FBG and blood fat and raise insulin level.There is no significant difference between Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Fang and diformin,while Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Fang has less injury to liver and kidney.
摘要:Objective To observe the influences of Kangxinshuai Granules on myocardial intracellular calcium ion(Ca2+),ATPase and mitochondrial ultrastructure in rats with diastolic heart failure(DHF).Methods The rat model of DHF was established by using abdominal aortic coarctation,and then the rats were randomly divided into model group,benazepril group,high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose Kangxinshuai Granules groups(high-dose group,mid-dose group and low-dose group) and sham-operation group.The fluorescence intensity of myocardial intracellular Ca2+ was detected by using laser scanning confocal microscope(LSCM),activities of Ca2+-ATPase and Na+-K+-ATPase were detected by using spectrophotometry,and changes of myocardial mitochondrial ultrastructure were detected by using electromicroscope.Results Compared with sham-operation group,the fluorescence intensity of myocardial intracellular Ca2+ increased and activities of Ca2+-ATPase and Na+-K+-ATPase decreased in model group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the concentration of Ca2+ and activities of Ca2+-ATPase increased in benazepril group and three Kangxinshuai Granules groups(P<0.01).The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase increased in high-dose group and mid-dose group compared with model group(P<0.01).Under the electromicroscope,mitochondrial ultrastructure was clear in sham-operation group,and showed significant vacuolization and blurred or fractured or deleted crest fusion and dilated sarcoplasmic reticulum terminal cisterna in model group.In benazepril group and three Kangxinshuai Granules groups,myocardial mitochondrial ultrastructure showed mild edema but the pathological changes were less than in model group.Conclusion Kangxinshuai Granules can improve the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase,reduce the concentration of myocardial intracellular Ca2+,and decrease the pathological changes of myocardial mitochondrial ultrastructure.The study indicates that Kangxinshuai Granules had the therapeutic effect on DHF in rats,and the mechanism may be related to the transportation of myocardial intracellular Ca2+ and energy metabolism.
摘要:Objective To discuss the effect and mechanism of Wenxin Granules in antagonizing arrhythmia in rats.Methods SD rats were divided into 4 groups: model group,low-dose Wenxin Granules group(low-dose group),mid-dose Wenxin Granules group(mid-dose group) and high-dose Wenxin Granules group(high-dose group).The rat model of arrhythmia was induced by giving aconitine,barium chloride and myocardial ischemic reperfusion.The relative indexes of electrocardiogram(ECG) were observed by applying BL-420 Biological Functional System,and ECG curves were recorded and analyzed.Results Compared with model group,Wenxin Granules prolonged the latent time of ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine(P<0.05,P<0.01),delayed the onset time and shortened duration of arrhythmia induced by barium chloride(P<0.05,P<0.01),reduced significantly the degree of ST-segment elevation arrhythmia induced by myocardial ischemic reperfusion,and decreased Mest scores of arrhythmia.Conclusion Wenxin Granules can antagonize the experimental arrhythmia induced by aconitine,barium chloride and myocardial ischemic reperfusion in rats.
摘要:Based on the basic theory of TCM constitution study and his experience on treating skin diseases,Professor WANG Qi has put forward the theory of skin relating to constitution.This theory includes two meanings: One is that constitution is the important material base of skin types and surface features.Every constitutional type has its special characteristics of skin(including hair and nails).Another is that skin diseases are related to constitutional types.Different constitutional types are susceptible to certain skin diseases.The theory of skin relating to constitution is a sublimation of the clinical mode of constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation with constitution differentiation and treatment as the subject,which is an important theoretic base for guiding diagnosis,treatment and nursing of skin diseases and skin care.

摘要:Objective To discuss the characteristics of TCM syndrome classification of type 2 diabetes,analyze the relationship between clinical routine indexes and syndrome types,and provide the objective evidences for syndrome differentiation.Methods The cases of type 2 diabetes(n=147) were collected and divided into groups of yin deficiency and heat excess,dampness-heat encumbering spleen,dual deficiency of qi and yin and dual deficiency of yin and yang.Other 30 healthy cases were chosen as control group.The relationship between syndrome types and age,disease course,body mass index(BMI),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),glycometabolism and lipid metabolism was analyzed.Results The most common type was dual deficiency of qi and yin.The percentage of dual deficiency of yin and yang was higher in female cases than in male cases.Age and disease course had the same change tendency,i.e.yin deficiency and heat excess<dampness-heat encumbering spleen<dual deficiency of qi and yin<dual deficiency of yin and yang.There was statistical difference in BMI,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),ISI,high-density lipoprotein(HDL),apolipoprotein AⅠ(ApoAⅠ),triglyceride(TG) and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) between all syndrome groups and control group(P<0.05).The differences in HDL and Apo AⅠ had statistical significance(P<0.05) between group of dual deficiency of qi and yin or group of dual deficiency of yin and yang and group of yin deficiency and heat excess or group of dampness-heat encumbering spleen.The differences in low-density lipoprotein(LDL) had statistical significance(P<0.05) between group of dual deficiency of qi and yin and control group or group of dual deficiency of yin and yang.Conclusion The most common syndrome type of type 2 diabetes is dual deficiency of qi and yin,and the changes have a tendency from yin deficiency and heat excess to dampness-heat encumbering spleen to dual deficiency of qi and yin to dual deficiency of yin and yang.There is a correlation between syndrome types and multiple clinical routine indexes,which has reference value for the objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation.

摘要:Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of TCM symptoms related to anxiety disorders.Methods The databases of CNKI,WanFang Database and CBM were retrieved for collecting the literature related to TCM symptoms of anxiety disorder.The frequency and rate of syndromes and syndrome factors were statistically treated.Results There were 36 literature retrieved and 54 syndrome types summed up.The syndrome types with the frequency more than 10 times included liver qi depression,heart-gallbladder qi deficiency,yin deficiency with effulgent fire,internal harassment of phlegm-heat,dual deficiency of heart and spleen and depressed qi transforming into fire.There were 21 syndrome factors summarized,among them 6 syndrome factors related to disease locations,including heart,liver,kidney,spleen,gallbladder and stomach,and 15 related to disease nature and those with the frequency more than 10 times including qi stagnation,fire-heat,qi deficiency and yin deficiency.Conclusion The study initially reflects the distribution laws of common syndromes and syndrome factors,which can be taken as a reference and evidence for determining the standard of TCM syndrome classification.
摘要:Objective To study the influence of Kaiyu Qingre Fang on β-cell function in patients with obese type 2 diabetes(syndrome of heat depression in liver and stomach),and investigate the improving effects of Kaiyu Qingre Fang on phase,quantity and quality of insulin secretion.Methods The patients were randomly divided into Kaiyu Qingre Fang group(Kaiyu group) and metformin group.The two groups were given treatment for 12 weeks.Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was carried out through orally taking 75 g glucose powder.The level of plasma glucose were detected in two groups at the time points of 0 minute,30 minutes and 120 minutes before and after the experiment,and simultaneously the changes of immunoreactive insulin(IRI),true insulin(TI) and proinsulin(PI) were detected.β-cell function was reviewed by applying early insulin secretion index(EISI),Homa-beta-cell index(HBCI) and HOMA-insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR).Results After treatment,body mass index(BMI) decreased from(30.1±2.18) to(28.3±2.37),HBCI increased from(39.71±27.20) to(54.13±40.65),and HOMA-IR decreased from(4.13±1.70) to(3.00±1.37) in Kaiyu group,and there was statistical significance compared with metformin group.Conclusion The medicinal combination of Kaiyu Qingre Fang has no liver and kidney toxicity with higher safety,and it has effects of decreasing plasma glucose and blood fat.The mechanism may be related to that Kaiyu Qingre Fang can reduce the integral level of plasma glucose through improving the late phase secretion of β-cells.The decrease of glucose toxicity will make the improvement of pancreas function and relief of insulin resistance.

摘要:Objective To investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome types and morphological characteristics of abdomen ultrasound of post-hepatitis B cirrhosis,and seek the valuable ultrasonic indexes to syndrome differentiation and classification of post-hepatitis B cirrhosis for opening new ideas in disease assessment and prognosis.Methods The patients(n=135) were given syndrome differentiation and ultrasonic examination.The ultrasonic characteristics of liver and spleen were recorded,including shape,parenchyma echoes,signs of bilateral gallbladder wall,and transmission sound and stone ultrasound inside gallbladder.The maximum oblique and anteroposterior diameters of right liver lobe,vertical and anteroposterior diameters of left liver lobe,thick and length diameters of spleen,thickness of gallbladder wall and depth of ascites were detected.SPSS 17.0 statistical package was used.The quantitative data was expressed with mean±standard deviation and independent samples were compared by using t-test between two groups.The enumeration data was expressed with rate and constituent ratio and two groups were compared by using x2 test.Results Compared with syndromes of liver qi depression,damp-heat accumulation and water-dampness obstructing in the interior,the decreasing trend of vertical diameter of left liver lobe was more significant in syndrome of static blood obstructing collaterals,and splenomegalia was more significant compared with syndromes of liver qi depression and damp-heat accumulation.The disorder of liver lobe morphological percentage,jagged liver tegument,increased diffuse echoes and thickened gallbladder wall were commonly observed in syndromes of liver-kidney yin deficiency,spleen-kidney yang deficiency and static blood obstructing collaterals.The decrease of vertical diameter of left liver lobe might be one of characteristics of syndrome of static blood obstructing collaterals,while imbalance of liver lobe morphological percentage,jagged liver capsule and increased diffuse echoes might related to syndromes of liver-kidney yin deficiency,spleen-kidney yang deficiency and static blood obstructing collaterals.The thickened gallbladder wall might be one of characteristics of syndromes of water-dampness obstructing in the interior,spleen-kidney yang deficiency and static blood obstructing collaterals.The inhomogeneous echoes inside gallbladder and rough gallbladder wall might be an indication sign of damp-heat accumulation syndrome.Conclusion The morphological characteristics of abdomen ultrasound is correlated to TCM syndrome types of post-hepatitis B cirrhosis,which is consistent with the traditional cognition of TCM on pathogenesis development of cirrhosis.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences of tuina therapy on ethology,nerve growth factor(NGF) and TrkA receptor of NGF in rats with sciatic nerve injury,and discuss the biological mechanism of tuina therapy in treating sciatic nerve injury.Methods The rat model of sciatic nerve injury was established by using nerve clamping method.The ethological changes of rats were observed in normal group,sham-operation group,model group,control group and tuina group through oblique board test and thermal withdraw latency test.The expressions of spinal NGF and TrkA receptor were observed by applying immunohistochemistry technique in all groups and the difference among all groups were analyzed.Results In model group and control group,the detection of ethology showed that motor and sensory functions decreased significantly(P<0.05) in rats after sciatic nerve injury,and the scores of oblique board test and thermal withdraw latency test increased significantly after tuina treatment(P<0.05) and had no difference compared with normal group(P>0.05) 20 days after treatment.In model group,control group and tuina group,the expressions of NGF and TrkA receptor increased significantly compared with normal group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the expressions of NGF and TrkA receptor between tuina group and model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tuina therapy can inhibit apoptosis,promote neuron survival and improve motor and sensory functions through increasing the expression of NGF and release of TrkA receptor in rats with sciatic nerve injury.

摘要:Objective To observe the influences of moxa-smoke condensate in different doses on activity and phagocytosis of alveolar macrophages(NR8383) in rats.Methods In proliferation experiment,the doses of moxa-smoke condensate were designed as 0 g/L,0.004 g/L,0.008 g/L,0.012 g/L,0.016 g/L and 0.020 g/L.NR8383 was exposed to moxa-smoke condensate in the above-mentioned doses for 12 hours,24 hours,36 hours and 48 hours respectively.The proliferation of NR8383 was detected by applying CCK-8 method.In phagocytosis experiment,the doses of moxa-smoke condensate were designed as the same as the cell proliferation experiment.The phagocytic rate was detected by using flow cytometry 24 hours after NR8383 exposure.Results After NR8383 exposure for 12 hours,its survival rate was higher in all experimental groups than that in blank group but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 24 hours and 36 hours,the survival rate was higher in all experimental groups than that in blank group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) when the dose of moxa-smoke condensate was,respectively,0.004 g/L,0.008 g/L,0.012 g/L and 0.016 g/L,and the survival rate was lower in all experimental groups than that in blank group but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05) when the dose of moxa-smoke condensate was 0.020 g/L.After 48 hours,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) between blank group and all experimental groups except of 0.008 g/L group.After NR8383 exposed for 12 hours,24 hours,36 hours and 48 hours respectively,its survival rate showed a tendency of firstly increasing and then decreasing,and increased at first and decreased then as time extension and dose increase of moxa-smoke condensate.After NR8383 exposed for 24 hours,its phagocytosis was improved as dose increase of moxa-smoke condensate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.005,corrected chi-square value) between blank group and all experimental groups except of 0.004 g/L group.Conclusion In a certain dose range,moxa-smoke condensate can improve the activity and phagocytosis of NR8383 in rats showing a dose-time dependency.
