摘要:There is a close relationship between wind syndrome and collateral disease of TCM and modem cardiovascular diseases.The paper explored deeply the cause and pathogenesis of internal stirring of collateral wind.Collateral wind can be divided into deficient and excess syndromes and commonly mixed up with phlegm and blood stasis.Internal stirring of collateral wind is a key pathological mechanism of cardiovascular events.Collateral wind disturbs internally heart vessel,induces the disorder of qi movement and heart vessel will lose its normal pathological function so cardiovascular events occur.It is effective to treat coronary heart disease by administrating the medicinal with the actions of dispelling wind and activating blood based on the theory of internal stirring of collateral wind.

摘要:Chushi Yishu explains the generation and movement of yin qi and yang qi,normal pulse theory,fluid and humor,essence,blood and praying for child through applying vividly the thought of Yi studies such as the Eight Trigrams,Hexagrams and image-numerology.It is rarely to apply the thought of Yi studies in abundance in ancient medical works,so the academic value of Chushi Yishu is worth of exploring.

摘要:Based on literature research,Shennong Cheng(神农秤),which was proposed in Biji Qianjin Yaofang written by SUN Si-miao,is re-discussed from several aspects as follows;the discrimination on "one Zhu(铢) weighed ten millets" and "one Zhu(铢) weighed a hundred millets",the application of Shennong Cheng,and why it is called Shennong Cheng.It is concluded that possibly Shennong Cheng existed in history,but it was not a kind of weighing tool,it is a measure standard.

摘要:Objective To reveal the gene expression characteristics of circadian pathway in hypothalamicpituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis in mice with H22 liver cancer and different TCM syndromes.Methods The mice were screened by using quantitative four examinations and syndrome differentiation,and then divided into normal group,pathogen-toxin exuberance group(pathogen-toxin group) and qi deficiency group.The tissues of hypothalamus,pituitary and adrenal gland were collected from executed mice.The gene expression profiles of these tissues were detected by applying GeneChip Mouse Exon 1.0 ST Array and the gene expression characteristics of circadian pathway were analyzed.Results(1l)The geneexpression of circadian pathway decreased in hypothalamus in varying degrees especially in pathogen-toxin group.The expressions of cryptochrome 1(photolyase-like)(Cryl),period homolog 1(Drosophila)(Per1),period homolog 2(Drosophila)(Per2) and nuclear receptor subfamily 1 /group D/member 1(Nr1d1) were significantly higher in qi deficiency group than those in pathogen-toxin group.(2)The gene expression of circadian pathway was higher or lower in pituitary,but had the same tendency in two syndrome groups.Among the genes with lower expressions,only the gene of circadian locomoter output cycles kaput(Clock) decreased significantly,while among those with higher expressions,except of Perl,others increased significantly especially in pathogen- toxin group.The expressions of Perl and Per2 were significantly lower in qi deficiency group than those in pathogen-toxin group.(3) The gene expression of circadian pathway was higher or lower in adrenal gland.The expressions of Clock and aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator-like(Arntl) decreased significantly(except of Arntl in pathogen-toxin group) especially in qi deficiency group.The expressions of other genes showed a poor consistency with the expression tendency of Clock and Arntl in the same group or between two groups. The expressions of Clock and Arntl were significantly lower and expression of Nrldl was significantly higher in qi deficiency group than those in pathogen-toxin group.The above-mentioned Perl was the common gene with syndrome characteristics in HP A axis.Conclusion The circadian pathway in HP A axis can be affected in varying degrees in mice with H22 liver cancer.The changes of different tissues are related to disease itself,and have obvious syndrome differences.Perl may be a key gene when the circadian pathway in HPA axis has syndrome differences.

摘要:Objective To deduce the coincidence between climatic changes deduced by three deduction modes,including dominant yun + guest yun,dominant qi + guest qi and yun-qi consistency,and actual climatic changes in Beijing for 60 years.Methods Firstly,the coincidence rate of each year for 60 years was calculated in the three deduction modes.The overall coincidence rate in 60 years was calculated and the statistical difference was detected with X2 test.The coincidence rate of each year was divided into 4 grades;coincidence rate of 90%-100%was full coincidence,60%-89%was basic coincidence,30%59%was partial coincidence and 0%-29%was non-coincidence.The coincidence year numbers of the 4 grades in three modes were calculated,and the statistical difference was detected with non-parametric test.Results The overall coincidence rates between three modes and 60-year actual climatic changes were 48.2%,48.6%and 56%respectively and the difference had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The difference in coincidence year numbers of the 4 grades had statistical significance(P < 0.01) between yun-qi consistency mode and dominant yun + guest yun mode or dominant qi + guest qi mode.The comparison in coincidence year numbers of the 4 grades showed that the difference had nostatistical significance(P >0.01) between dominant yun + guest yun mode and dominant qi + guest qi mode.Conclusion The climatic changes deduced by yun-qi consistency mode are quite consistent with actual climatic changes,which indicates that in the application of three deduction modes for deducing actual climatic changes,yun-qi consistency mode is taken as the core and other two modes, as supplement.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Fang on SREBP-1c expression in transgenic MKR mice with type 2 diabetes complicating fatty liver induced by high fat diet. Methods MKR mice(n=30) were randomly divided into control group,model group and Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu(Ziyin group).The model group and Ziyin group were fed with high fat feeds and control group with basic feeds for 8 weeks.After 8 weeks Ziyin group was intragastrically given Chinese medicinal(crude medicinal,29.64 g/kg) for 4 weeks.Other two groups were given distilled water.The hepatic steatosis was observed by using light microscope.The expression of SREBP-1 c mRNA was detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and expression of SREBP-1 c protein was detected by using immunohistochemistry technique.Results The expressions of SREBP-1 c mRNA and SREBP-1 c protein increased in model group compared with control group(P<0.01).The expressions of SREBP-1 c mRNA and SREBP-1 c protein decreased in Ziyin group,and difference in theexpression of SREBP-1c mRNA had statistical significance between Ziyin group and model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Fang can relieve the hepatic steatosis through regulating the expression of SREBP-1 c in mice with diabetes complicating fatty liver.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Fang on proliferation of hemopoietic stem cells(HSCs) in mice with myelosuppression induced by physiochemical compound factors.Methods BALB/C mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,high-dose, mid-dose and low-dose Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Fang groups(high-dose group,mid-dose group and lowdose group).The mouse model of myelosuppression was established with 60Co-γay and cyclophosphamide.The high-dose group,mid-dose group and low-dose group were given,respectively, Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Fang in the dose of 6.14 g/kg,12.29 g/kg and 24.57 g/kg(equal to crude medicinal quantity) every day.The quantity of CD45+ CD117+ in HSCs was detected by using flow cytometer,difference in content of serum stem cell factor(SCF) was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and the expression of c-kit gene was detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results The quantity of CD45+CD117+ increased significantly in Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Fang groups compared with model group(P <0.01).The content of serum SCF was significantly higher in Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Fang groups than that in blank group and model group,but there was no significant difference between blank group and model group(P<0.01).The expression of c-kit gene had no significant difference among all groups, while had increasing tendency in Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Fang groups compared with model group. Conclusion The curative effect of Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Fang on aplastic anemia may be related to that it can promote SCF activity and induce the proliferation and differentiation of HSCs,which is one of key mechanisms of its curative effect.

摘要:Objective To study the influence of medicated serum of Yougui Yin(YY) on secretion of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and review the improving effect of YY on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts in simulated internal stress environment of human body.Methods SD rats(n = 40) were divided into YY group and normal saline(NS) group and given corresponding treatment for one week.After the last time treatment for 2 hours,serum samples were collected and in which osteoblasts were cultured to the fourth generation by using sequence enzyme digestion process,and thendivided into 6 groups;non-serum group,NS serum group,YY serum group,non-serum 12%stretch group,NS serum 12%stretch group and YY serum 12%stretch group.The content and activity of ALP were detected respectively after 12 hours and 24 hours.The number and distribution of CAKP were detected by using diazotypeprocess and microscope after 24 hours.All data was analyzed with statistical software.Results The expression of ALP was inhibited in non-serum group in the condition of 0.5 Hz and 12%stretch compared with that in non-serum group in routine condition(P < 0.05).In stretch stress condition,YY serum 12%stretch group and NS serum 12%stretch group could stimulate the expression of ALP compared with them in routine condition(P < 0.05).ALP value was higher in YY serum 12%stretch group than that in NS serum 12%stretch group(P < 0.05) in stretch stress condition.Conclusion In non-serum condition,expression of ALP is inhibited by stretch stress.Yougui Yin can improve the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts in simulated internal stress environment of human body.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influences of B-asarone on rat behaviors and the expressions of hippocampal Bcl-2,BDNF,TrkB and MAPK in rats with depression.Methods SD rats(2-3 months old,n = 60) were randomly divided into normal group,model group,fluoxetine group and B-asarone group(each = 15).The model of depression was established with chronic unpredictable stress and separation.The fluoxetine group and B-asarone group were orally given corresponding drugs once a day(fluoxetine;1.2 mg/kg and B-asarone;25 mg/kg) from the second day.The body weight and sucrose consumption were detected and open field test was carried out for assessing rat ethological changes on the 21" day.The protein expressions of Bcl-2,BDNF,TrkB and MAPK were detected by using immunohistochemistry technique.Results After modeling for 21 days,the ethological indexes decreased significantly in normal group compared with model group(P < 0.05).The ethological indexes were significantly improved in fluoxetine group and B-asarone group(P < 0.05).The results of immunohistochemistry technique showed that the expressions of Bcl-2,BDNF,TrkB and MAPKdecreased significantly in model group and normal group(P <0.05),and increased in fluoxetine group and(3-asarone group(P <0.05).Conclusion The depression of rat model can be relieved effectively by(3-asarone,and the mechanism may be relatedt to the improvement of the expressions of Bcl-2, BDNF,TrkB and MAPK.
摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of scutellarin and salvianolic acid B in Shenqi Xiaopi Granules.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Waters SunFireTM C18(4.6 × 150 mm,5 μm) at 30℃,and the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength of scutellarin was 335 nm,and that of salvianolic acid B was 280 nm.Results Scutellarin and salvianolic acid B respectively showed a good linear relationship with peak area at a range from 0.064 16 μg to 0.385 0 μg and from 0.743 μg to 4.455 μg,and the correlation coefficients were 0.999 5 and 0.999 4.The average recovery of scutellarin was 101.9%(RSD = 1.17%),and that of salvianolic acid B was 96.3%(RSD = 0.33%).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Shenqi Xiaopi Granules.
摘要:Objective To determine the equilibrium solubility of anticancer primer T-OA in buffer solution and surfactant solution with different pH(1-10),and its apparent oil/water partition coefficient in n-octanol-water/buffer solution systems.Methods The concentration of T-OA in buffer solution and surfactant solution with different pH(1-10) was determined by using HPLC,and the apparent oil/water partition coefficient of T-OA was detected by using shake flask-HPLC.Results The equilibrium solubility of T-OA in buffer solution at 37℃ increased as pH rising,and the largest value was 5.10 mg/ L.In 32 g/L lauryl sodium sulfate solution,the equilibrium solubility of T-OA increased to 706.97 mg/ L.The apparent oil/water partition coefficient of T-OA was 544.71(lg Papp =2.74) and increased as pH rising.Conclusion T-OA has poor water solubility,so lauryl sodium sulfate and polysorbate 80 with appropriate concentration can be taken as solubilizer.The study gives the reference for further preparation selection.

摘要:Objective To observe the changes of skin temperature and blood perfusion induced by electroacupuncture and moxibustion in acupoint zones of lower limbs,and to study the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on local temperature and blood flow of lower limbs through the integrated application of infrared thermal imagining and laser Doppler.Methods The health subjects(n=10) were given electroacupuncture and moxibustion in Zusanli(ST36) respectively.The changes of temperature and microcirculation perfusion in Fenglong(ST40),Xiajuxu(ST39) and high temperature zone of skin were observed by using infrared thermal imagining and laser Doppler,which were analyzed quantitatively.Results After electroacupuncture,the temperature of 3 zones in outer side of lower leg increased slightly(rising from 0.13℃ to 0.23℃).The difference in the temperature collected from different time points had no statistical significance.After moxibustion,the temperature of 3 zones increased significantly(rising from 1.33℃ to 3.221,P<0.05).The blood perfusion could be improved by both electroacupuncture and moxibustion in test zones,and it was 0.14 PU to 0.17 PU inelectroacupuncture group and 0.19 PU to 0.39 in moxibustion group,and thaer was statistical difference between two groups at all time points(P<0.05).During mosibustion,blood flow in the zone of lower leg increased as temperature rising showed a correlation between them(P<0.05).Conclusion The influences of electroacupuncture and moxibustion on blood flow of lower limbs are significant,while the warming effect of moxibustion is more significant than that of electroacupuncture.One of the effective mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion is to improve blood circulation and metabolism in local tissue.

摘要:Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Ryodoraku regulation therapy and acupoint application therapy on knee osteoarthritis,and to discuss the relationship between this therapy and classical theory of TCM.Methods Randomized and positive control method was applied in this prospective trial.The clinical patients with knee osteoarthritis(n=60),who were aged from 38 to 75 and came from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(treated with Ryodoraku regulation therapy and acupoint application therapy with Fufang Nanxing Zhitong Plaster) and control group(treated with routine acupoint application therapy with Fufangnanxingzhitong plaster).After successive treatment for 2 weeks,VAS integrals of pain, stiffness and dysfunction,as well as WOMAC integrals were observed before and after treatment.The data were statistically analyzed after treatment and observation.Results The phenomenon of excitation of F1(spleen meridian) and F4(bladder meridian),alongside with that of depression of F3(kidney meridian) and F5(gallbladder meridian) were significant.The difference in VAS single integral of pain, stiffness or dysfunction,as well as total WOMAC integral was significant in the comparison within thesame group(P<0.05).After treatment the difference in VAS single integral of pain and dysfunction,as well as total WOMAC integral was significant between two groups(P<0.05).The result indicated that the clinical curative effect was higher in treatment group than that in control group.Conclusion Ryodoraku regulation therapy and acupoint application therapy has a reliable curative effect on knee osteoarthritis and can relieve pain,stiffness and dysfunction.It is proved that the nature of knee osteoarthritis is mixture of deficiency and excess,and pathogenesis is deficiency of liver and kidney,and cold-dampness encumbering spleen.

摘要:Objective To study the distribution features and combination law of TCM syndromes in 630 patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) by using the method of clinical epidemiology.Methods The patients according with the inclusion criteria of CHF(n=630) were collected through cross-sectional study,and the data on demographic information,history of present illness,and TCM four diagnosis were analyzed by the descriptive statistical methods.Results In 630 patients,most of them were male,and 85.08%aged over 55 years old.Coronary heart disease was the main original cause of CHF,and most patients reached to grade IE of NYHA grading.The common complications successively were hypertension,arrhythmia,diabetes and cerebrovascular accidents.There were six kinds of syndrome combinations,from single syndromes to six-syndrome combinations,among them 3-syndrome combinations were common,then 4-syndrome combinations,2-syndrome combinations and 5-syndrome combinations,and single syndromes and 6-syndrome combinations were less.The syndrome of qi deficiency was the most common one in single syndromes,syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis wasthe most common one in 2-syndrome combinations,syndrome of qi deficiency,blood stasis and water retention was the most common one in 3-syndrome combinations,syndrome of qi deficiency,blood stasis, yang deficiency and water retention was the most common one in 4-syndrome combinations,and syndrome of qi deficiency,blood stasis,water retention combining phlegm turbid and yang deficiency was the most common one in 5-syndrome combinations.6-syndrome combinations were mostly syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and yin or yang deficiency and water retention combining phlegm-stasis obstructing mutually.Conclusion It is important to study the distribution features of TCM syndromes for preventing heart failure and reducing mortality and re-hospitalization rate in the patients with CHF.

摘要:Objective To enrich the connotation of syndromes of depression on the premise of combination of diseases and syndromes,and to provide a base for standardization of syndrome differentiation and treatment and treating different diseases with the same therapy.Methods According to the Questionnaire on Syndrome Characteristics of Digestive Symptoms of Depression,edited by the Institute for Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, the patients with depression(n=115) were chosen and graded quantitatively from the frequency, duration and intensity of symptoms.The cases according with the inclusion criteria were input into the database,and the data were analyzed by using the method of unsupervised complex system entropy clustering and SPSS 17.0 software.Results There were 6 syndrome factors summed up after clustering ensemble from common symptoms of depression,including qi stagnation,qi deficiency,blood deficiency, yang deficiency,depressive fire and phlegm-dampness.The disease location was liver involving spleen,heart and kidney.According to the result of clustering,information from TCM four examinations and syndrome differentiation,the syndrome distribution was showed as follows;there were 62 patients(53.9%) with syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,33(28.7%) with syndrome of liverqi stagnation,13(11.3%) with syndrome of dual deficiency of heart and spleen,5(4.3%) with syndrome of kidney deficiency and fiver depression,and 2(1.7%) with syndrome of internal phlegm turbidity.Conclusions The major syndrome types of depression are syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,as well as syndrome of liver-qi stagnation.The former is the general tendency of depression,and the latter is the core pathogenesis of depression.
