摘要:Yin-yang theory plays an important role both in Neijing and Book of changes. Discussion on inheritance and application of yin-yang theory from Book of changes contributes to master the source of yin-yang theory in Neijing. The aim is to set forth Neijing inheritance of yin-yang theory from Book of changes such as the following three respects. Firstly,yin-yang as the law of the heaven and earth was probed into through the theory of correspondence between human and nature. Secondly,the properties and connotations of yin-yang were studied in its integrity( invariance property,variability property and simplification property) and relativity( honorable Yang and humble yin,location and movement of yinyang,correspondence of homogeneity,growth and decline of heterogeneity) respectively. Thirdly,the classification methods of yin-yang were summarized into dichotomy and trichotomy.
摘要:Objective To study therapeutic effect of Jingui Shenqi pill on reproductive dysfunction in male mice exposed to microwave radiation. Methods Overall 70 BALB / C mice were randomly divided into 7 groups,parallel group and three pairs of radiation groups. Parallel control group was treated without radiation nor treatment. Standard radiation groups consisted of control group and TCM group,both exposed to microwave of 2 450 MHz frequency,power density of 10 mW / cm2 for 1 h each day for 18 consecutive days. Prolonged rediation groups consisted of control group and TCM group,both exposed to radiation 4 hours each day. Power-increasing groups consisted of control group and TCM group,in which power density increased to 40 mW / cm2. All the control groups were intragastrically administrated saline water,and all the TCM groups were administrated Jingui Shenqi pill. Percentage of sperm motility( PR +NP) and progressively motile sperm( PR),sperm deformity rate and ratio of testis weight and body weight were calculated, while morphological changes of testicular tissue were observed.Results Microwave radiation decreased significantly sperm PR + NP and PR in mice,while increased significantly sperm deformity rate. Although time prolonged and power increased further reduced sperm PR,PR + NP and sperm deformity rate showed no significant changes. Ratio of testis weight and body weight showed no differences in both standard microwave radiation group and prolonged radiation group,while significant reduction in power-increasing group. Jingui Shenqi pill increased sperm PR + NP and PR dramatically to normal level,and decreased sperm deformity rate. On the other hand,Jingui Shenqi pill increased ratio of testis weight and body weight to normal level. Conclusion Jingui Shenqi pill had obvious and remarkable therapeutic effects on reproductive dysfunction in male mice exposed to microwave radiation.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of Shengqing formula and Jianpi Liqi formula on the rat with diet-induced obesity( DIO) and influence on adiponectin and given inflammatory factors.Methods 10 of 120 Wistar male rats were chosen as blank group( i. g. saline 2 m L / d),the other 110 rats were fed with high-fat and high-nutrition diet for 17 weeks. According to body weights,40 DIO rats and 10 DIO-resistence( DIO-R) rats were obtained. Then,DIO rats were randomly divided into four groups: model group( i. g. saline 2 m L / d),sibutramine group( i. g. 1. 6 mg / kg),Jianpi Liqi group( i.g. 3. 2 g / kg) and Shengqing group( i. g. 3. 2g / kg); while DIO-R group rats were i. g. saline 2 m L / d.During the 16-week-intragastic administration,blank control group was fed with basic diets,and the other five groups were still fed with high-fat diets. After 16 weeks,body weight,body length and all fat removed from abdomen were measured to evaluate the level of obesity and fat content. Serum concentration of glucose,triglycerides,cholesterol,tumor necrosis factor( TNF-α) and adiponectin were tested,followed by insulin resistance index( IRI) calculated. Levels of TNF-α and adiponectin in abdominal adipose tissue were tested. Results Compared with blank group,in model group,body weight,Lee’s index,fat coefficient index,concentration of cholesterol,levels of TNF-α both in plasma and adipose tissue,and IRI significantly increased( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). However,level of adiponectin in serum and adipose tissue decreased significantly( P < 0. 05). Meanwhile,compared with mode group,in DIO-R group,body weight,Lee’s index,fat coefficient index,and IRI all decreased( P < 0. 05,P <0. 01); both levels of adiponectin increased( P < 0. 01),TNF-α decreased( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01).Jianpi Liqi formula decreased the level of TNF-α in adipose tissue,and Shengqing formula increased levels of adiponectin and decreased those of TNF-α both in serum and adipose tissue( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01).Conclusion Shengqing formula can inhibit fat diet-induced obesity and insulin resistance, whose mechanism probably is allied to increaing the expression of adiponectin and decreasing level of TNF-α.Furthermore,in Chinese medicine theory, " Spleen failing to govern ascending clear" may be one of the key pathogenesis of obesity.

摘要:Objective To explore the potential mechanism of twirling reinforcement-reduction method of acupuncture in rats with stress-induced hypertension by investigating the effects on plasma concentration of endothelin( ET),norepinephrine( NE) and 5-hydroxytryptamine( 5-HT). Methods Overall 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,acupuncture control group,twirling reinforcement acupuncture group and twirling reduction acupuncture group,12 rats in each group. The model of stress-induced hypertension was established by foot-shock and noise stimulation. All three acupuncture groups were treated with acupuncture in left Taichong( LR3) with corresponding methods. The plasma concentrations of ET,NE and 5-HT and hypothalamic concentration of ET were detected after 7 d. Results Compared with normal group,concentrations of ET,NE and 5-HT in blood plasma and hypothalamus in model group increased significantly( P < 0. 05). There is no statistical differences between acupuncture control group and model group( P > 0. 05). Compared with model group,concentrations of ET,NE and 5-HT decreased significantly in twirling reduction acupuncture group( P < 0. 05),even,decreased to the levels of normal group( P > 0. 05); however,those tested showed no statistical differences in acupuncture control group and twirling reinforcement group.Conclusion Twirling reduction method of acupuncture decreased the concentration of ET,NE and 5-HT in rats with stress- induced hypertension. The regulation of blood pressure is associated with concentrations of of central and peripheral ET,NE and 5-HT,which is maybe the interaction between peripheral sympathetic nervous system and vascular endothelial system.

摘要:Objective To investigate the underlying mechanism of Qingre Huoxue decoction( QRHXD)in inhibiting synovial angiogenesis through observing its effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods Rat model of type II collagen-induced arthritis( CIA) was taken as the study object. Overall 50 SD rats were divided into 5 groups: normal group,model group,positive drug( LY294002) group,QRHXD low-dose group( low-dose group) and QRHXD high-dose group( high-dose group). Volume of paw swelling,pathological sections of the ankle joints and synovial tissue and microvessel density( MVD) were observed. In addition,the serum content of interferon( INF)-γ,endothelial nitric oxide synthase( e NOS) and tissue plasminogen activator( tP A) were measured by ELISA. Results QRHXD significantly alleviated paw swelling in CIA rats. Pathological sections showed that QRHXD alleviated synovial hyperplasia,articular cartilage and bone destruction in joint,as well as decreased inflammatory cells infiltration and MVD in synovial tissue. Compared with model group,expression levels of INF-γ in both QRHXD groups were decreased significantly( P < 0. 05); release of tP A in high-dose group was decreased significantly( P < 0. 05); expression of e NOS was down-regulated both in low-dose group( P < 0. 05) and high-dose group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion QRHXD has a satisfactory therapeutic effect on active rheumatoid arthritis through relieving the inflammation of arthritis,synovial proliferation and articular cartilage and bone destruction.

摘要:Objective To study anti-inflammatory effect of Qingdai powder on rat model of ulcerative colitis( UC) and on murine macrophage RAW264. 7 cells. Methods Overall SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group,model group,Qingdai high-dose group( high-dose group) and Qingdai low-dose group( low-dose group). Rat model of UC was induced by intracolonical administration of 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid( TNBS)-ethanol solution. Qingdai suspension liquid was administered intragastrically once a day for 10 d. Serum concentration of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 was tested by ELISA assay. On the other hand,murine macrophage RAW264. 7 cells were induced by 10μg / m L LPS for 24 h to establish an UC inflammatory cell model. Cell viability was detected by MTT assay to determine the safe range of concentrations. After direct and prophylactic intervention of high-,mid- and low-dose Qingdai suspension on RAW264. 7 cell respectively,concentration of IL-6 and TNF-α in supernatant were tested by ELISA assay. Results Compared with normal group,serum concentration of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 in model group increased significantly( P < 0. 05); compared with model group,those of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 in high-dose group,and IL-6 and IL-8 in low-dose group decreased significantly( P < 0. 05). Compared with normal group,concentration of IL-6 and TNF-α in supernatant increased significantly in model group( P < 0. 05). After direct intervention,those of IL-6 and TNF-α in supernatant in 10 μmol / L Qingdai group reduced significantly( P < 0. 05) compared with model group;while after prophylactic intervention,only IL-6 in 10 μmol / L Qindai group reduced( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Effects of anti-inflammation of Qingdai showed both in vivo and in vitro,and the potential mechanism probably was through down-regulating the expression of inflammatory factors.
摘要:objective To obtain the optimum medicinal system and its composition form,by the way of comparation of pharmacokinetic characteristics of different medicinal forms of salidroside and tyrosol in the rat model of migraine. Methods The plasma concentrations of salidroside and tyrosol after oral administration in rat model were measured by UPLC-PDA, by which the data of pharmacokinetic characteristics were obtained. Then the characteristics of different forms of salidrosides and tyrosol were compared by correlation analysis( PK-DI). Results Both salidroside and tyrosol were detected in preparations group and mixed group( pure salidroside mixed with pure tyrosol). Only salidroside or tyrosol was detected in pure salidroside group and high-dose pure tyrosol group respectively. While nothing was found in low-dose pure tyrosol group whose concentration was equivalent to preparations of salidroside. There was no difference in bioavailability of salidroside showed in preparation group,mixed group and pure salidroside group,on the contrary,those of tyrosol showed significant difference in preparation group,mixed group,low-dose tyrosol in ascending order. Conclusion Salidroside was retained unchanged in migraine model rat after oral administration,however,for tyrosol,a substantial increase of maximum plasma concentration and changed pharmacokinetics parameters showed under the condition of salidroside coexisted. The best medicinal system in treating migraine was found and supported by synergistic effects of salidroside and tyrosol,by which provide techniques for medicinal research and development.
摘要:Objective To approach an optimal extraction procedure of saccharides from Rubus amabilis by using response surface methodoloy. Methods With the saccharides content of water extract as an evaluation index,single-factor experiment was conducted on 5 factors respectively,including extraction temperature( X1),extraction time( X2),solvent ratio( X3),crush size( X4) and extraction times( X5). 3 factors( X1,X2,X3) were determined to be crucial. According to the central composite experimental design principles( Box-Benhnken),three different levels of each of 3 factors selected was adopted by response surface methodology( saccharides content was chosen as response value,while response surface and contour curves were plotted),in search for multiple quadratic linear regressions between the crucial 3 factors and saccharides content. Results The optimum extraction conditions of the saccharides from Rubus amabilis were calculated from the formula above as the following: powdered herbs filtrated through 40 meshes,extraction temperature was set at 65 °C,extraction time was 2. 5 hours with21 times of water( w / v) and extracted once. Under these conditions,the content of saccharides from Rubus amabilis was up to 13. 39%,which was in accordance with the theoretical prediction 13. 77%.Conclusion The extraction condition optimized was reliable,stable and effective,which can meet with the requirement of industrial production.
摘要:Objective To optimize the extracting technique of rhizoma gastrodiae( Tianma) and radix puerariae( Gegen) in Yunding granule in according to pharmacodynamic index and content of gastrodin and puerarin. Methods The contents of gastrodin and puerarin of the four extracts were determined by HPLC. After establishment of the mice model of dizziness,overall 8 treatment groups were orally administrated high-dose and low-dose of four extracts respectively. Positive control group was orally administrated Rhizoma gastrodiae capsule,and blank group,sham-operation group and model group were all orally given normal saline for 7 d. Body weight,locomotor activity and latency time of escaping from electric shock were recorded before and after oral administration. Results The highest extraction rate of gastrodin was 89. 66% from water extraction procedure of Yunding formula,and the highest extraction rate of puerarin was 87. 86% from alcohol extraction procedure of Yunding formula. However,a practical procedure was selected after comprehensive evaluation,of which alcohol extraction followed by water extraction of Yunding formula with the extraction rate of gastrodin and puerarin 86. 21% and 86. 79%respectively,and extractum rate 15. 12%. The extract obtained from the above selected procedure significantly increased body weight and locomotor activity of model mice( P < 0. 05),and dramatically decreased latency time to avoid electric shock( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Extraction procedure of gastrodin and puerarin in Yunding formula was scientific and rational,and the results showed positive correlation between the content and effects in vivo.
摘要:Objective Analyze the overall level of TCM public knowledge obtained from Beijing residents,and provide reasonable advices to Chinese Medicine science popularization. Methods The research was conducted through questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was designed based on related government guidelines and research. We selected 490 respondents using random sampling in Beijing,and recovered 336 effective questionnaires. The contents of the questionnaire included basic demographic information( 7 items such as gender and age) and TCM public knowledge( 17 questions related to the attribution of TCM public knowledge,TCM discipline advantage,and basic rules of life and health). We established a database and applied SPSS 20. 0 for analyses. The overall level of TCM public knowledge obtained from Beijing residents was represented by mean ± standard error. Then we used the normal distribution test,the homogeneity of variance test,and the one-way ANOVA analysis to examine how demographic factors influenced the overall TCM public knowledge level. We used LSD test if the variance was homogeneous,and used Tamhance ’T2 test if not. Results The overall level of TCM public knowledge obtained from Beijing residents was 2. 13 ± 0. 55. Medication precaution had the highest level of cognition among all the respondents( 2. 56). Wuxing Theory had the lowest level of cognition( 1. 80).Among different age groups,40 49 age group had the lowest TCM public knowledge level. The difference between 40 49 age group and 20 29 age group was 6. 147. Education status was a significant variable,especially between groups lower than junior secondary school level and groups above high school. Monthly income was another significant variable. Families with 5,000 9,999 monthly income were statistically different from families with less than 1,000 monthly income( P < 0. 05),and also significantly different from families with 1,000 4,999 monthly income( P < 0. 01). Some demographic variables were significantly influencing the overall TCM public knowledge level. Respondent’s education and profession were main influencing factors( P < 0. 001). Conclusion The overall level of TCM public knowledge obtained form Beijing residents can still be improved. Government departments should take effective methods to improve Chinese Medicine science popularization,enrich TCM public knowledge through targeted methods,and improve health consciousness and ability,especially among peasantry,low-income families,low-educated people,and 40 49 age people. At the same time,government departments should also focus on developing Chinese Medicine science popularization theory,in order to build a scientific,applicable,and popular TCM public knowledge system.

摘要:The academic analysis report of Education of Chinese Medicine supplied by WANFANG DATA was used to conduct statistic research on published paper number,citation frequency,citation frequency per paper and downloaded paper number from the year 2003 to 2013. The relationship among the above data was studied,the existing problems and suggestions for improvement were raised,so as to provide theoretical foundation for reform the journal.
