      摘要:Objective To study the inheritance of medical sects’ development and blend in Qin and Han dynasties,and to explore its influence on Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases.Methods By analyzing the general situation of medical schools in Qin and Han dynasty,to interprete the separation between medical sects,and inheritance mode and the communication between medical sects.Then the influence of the communication on Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases was discussed.Results Medical sects during the period of Qin and Han dynasty could be divided into medical classics,classical prescription,coition medicine and immortality medicine which went through a long era of cleaving to knowledge transmitted from the master to the apprentices,gradually,to the development era of exchange of learning.As the consequence,the exchange or communication provided a good basis to summarize the academic experiences of the giants passed away and to push the development of TCM.It was this communication and development had given rise to Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases.Conclusion The medical sects in Qin and Han dynasty had gone through a process from conservative to communicative,and the communication was the foundation of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases.

      摘要:Theory of yin and yang which interpreters the relationship of yin and yang,is the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Despite yin was absolutely necessary,Huangdi Neijing paid more attention importance to yang,which was originated from Changes.The heart of the thought of paying importance to yang undoubtedly considered yang dominant with yin subordinate.As the consequence,the unique disease view and life view were formed in Huangdi Neijing:on one hand,pathogenic cold and yang deficiency,were considered to have close relationship with exogenous febrile diseases,arthralgia syndrome,cough,pain syndrome,edema,and so forth,and on the other hand,yang qi played an important role in recovery the health.

      摘要:Principles for Formulating Prescriptions Based on Zang-Fu Organs,Origin and Superficiality,Deficiency and Excess,Cold and Heat Syndrome is one of ZHANG Yuansu’s famous masterpieces.With decades of clinical experience,ZHANG Yuansu summarized his own pathogenesis theory corresponding to Zang-Fu organs,cold and heat syndrome,deficiency and excess syndrome.In his efforts,the theory of differentiation based on Zang-Fu organs was appreciated by doctors of later ages.Conciseness of the prescription and the medication rules on treatment of TCM liver diseases recorded in this book was the fruit of the combination of inheritance of the Classic and his own theoretical innovation.The clinical thought of diagnosis and treatment,including grasping physiological function of zang-fu organs,understanding progression of diseases,tactfully using medicines of guiding action and leading to improving the curative effects,is still of great clinical significance up to now.

      摘要:This paper puts forward the concept of "original moxa-moxibustion"from the perspective of natural cognition.Based on the ancient unique views on the traditional cultural traits of Nature,Asiatic wormwood,lives and diseases,original moxa-moxibustion was the perfect combination of mysterious phenomena with magical strength guided by ancient natural philosophy,and was shared with sorcery,medicine and Taoism.Then the use of fire accompanied by labor practice pushed the popularization of original moxa-moxibustion which transformed into moxa-moxibustion therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,after integrating with traditional medicines on human physiology,pathology and pharmacology,and learning from the technique of stone needles.Original moxa-moxibustion was earlier than moxibustion therapy,because use of fire was earlier than use of medicines.Development and innovation of moxibustion need deep understanding its origin and characteristics,as well as studying traditional culture and modern technology on thinking,techniques,methods and tools.

      摘要:Objective To explore the effect of hedysarum polybotrys polysacchcaide(HPS) on myocardial fibrosis of db/db mice with diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) by taking TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway as the index.Methods Altogether 60 six-week-old male db/db mice were randomly divided into five groups:HPS high-,mid-,low-dose group,rosiglitazone group and model group,additional 12 non transgenic db/m male mice with the same background were assigned into the normal group.The mice except for those of the normal group were intragatrically administered(i.g.) corresponding medicines for consecutive 8 weeks.Before treatment and every two weeks during the period of i.g.drugs,the body weight and blood glucose were detected.At the end of Week 8,HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of left ventricular myocardial fibers,Masson staining was used to observe the degree of left ventricular myocardial collagen fibrosis,and Western blot,RT-PCR were used to measure the protein and mRNA expressions of TGF-β1and Smad2,Smad3 in cardiac muscle tissue.Results Eight weeks after treatment,the blood glucose of rats in HPS high-,mid-dose group,and rosiglitazone group decreased significantly compared with model group(P<0.05).The sections of HE staining showed that the model rats’ myocardial cells structure became unclear and some of them were swollen and deformed obviously,even the nucleus disappeared.The sections of Masson staining showed that bright green collagen fibers were heaped up between myocardial cells and around blood vessels of the model rats.The protein and mRNA expressions of TGF-β1,Smad2 and Smad3 had no significant difference between model group and HPS low-dose group(P>0.05),but the other groups decreased significantly compared with the model group(P<0.05),especially the HPS high-dose group or rosiglitazone group was superior to mid-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of HPS against myocardial fibrosis in db/db mice with DCM to slow down the progression of DCM was proved,and its potential mechanism may be related to inhibitation of TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway.

      摘要:As acute radiation injury began to burst in modern times,TCM standards of syndrome differentiation and treatment need to be explored.Acute radiation injury due to ionizing radiation is referred as "ionization toxin",a kind of toxin evil.Ionization toxin is characterized by rapid onset,serious injury and difficult to treat,which is different from heat toxin or light toxin.Meanwhile,there is distinction between ionization toxin and fire toxin in ways of evil attacked,trend of disease development and prognosis course.In a word,ionization toxin is new.By making a full understanding about the conception,pathogenic mechanism and features of the ionization ioxin,it will be beneficial for Chinese medicine to exert the advantages on the protection of acute radiation injury.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of curcumin on helper T cells 17(Th17)and regulatory T cells(Treg) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) rats.Methods A total30 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group and curcumin group at dose of 200 mg/kg(each n=10).COPD rat model was induced by intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccha-ride combined with smoke exposure.After removing rats’ blocks of organs,the pathological changes of lung tissue were observed under microscope,the content of CD4,CD25 and Foxp3 in lung tissue were detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent test(ELISA),IL-10 and IL-17 in peripheral blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were measured,and the expression of CD4,CD25 and Foxp3 were measured using immunohistochemistrical method.Results Compared with the normal group,the levels of CD4,CD25 and Foxp3 regulatory T cells in lung tissue of COPD rats increased significantly(P<0.05),and curcumin reduced CD4,CD25,Foxp3 regulatory T cells level significantly(P<0.05),increased IL-10 in BALF(P<0.05) and decreased IL-17 levels both in BALF and serum significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The protective and therapeutic effect of curcumin on COPD rats may via the way of regulating the balance of Th17 and Treg,increasing content of IL-10 and decreasing content of IL-17,as well as downregulating CD4,CD25 and Foxp3.

      摘要:Objective Feixian Fang is a Chinese medicine compound,formulated by the principle of invigorating lung and kidney,reducing phlegm and resolving masses,and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction.This paper aimed to investigate the effect of Feixian Fang extract(FXF) on degree of pulmonary fibrosis,change of microvessels and platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecules(CD31,CD34) in rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods All rats were divided into sham operation group,model group,prednisone group,losartan group,FXF high-,mid-and low-dose group.Except the sham operation group,the rats of other six groups were instilled bleomycin of 3 mg/kg through tracheal intubation.The next day,the rats were administered intragastrically corresponding medicines for consecutive 14 d or 28 d.The degree of pulmonary fibrosis,change of microvessels were observed under electron microscope and the expression of CD31 and CD34 were detected using immuhistochemistrical methods.Results High dose and middle dose FXF inhibited the pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary alveolar inflammation and decreased microvascular density(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of FXF against pulmonary interstitial fibrosis can be via the way of decreasing microvascular density to induce less abnormal angiogenesis in pulmonary fibrosis.

      摘要:Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Qili Qiangxin Capsule(QQC) on myocar dial fibrosis of rats with myocardial infarction(MI).Methods Acute myocardial infarction(AMI) model was induced by ligation of the proximal left anterior descending branch of coronary artery of SD male rats for four weeks.Then the survival rats with AMI were randomly divided into model group(n=12) or QQC group(n=9) according to the transthoracic echocardiography results,and 10 more rats were assigned into sham operation group.Rats of QQF group were intragastrically administered QQC at the dose of 1 g/kg once daily,while those of the other two groups took the same volume of distilled water,for consecutive four weeks.The cardiac function was measured using echocardiography,the myocardial tissue close to infarction was observed with HE or Masson staining,α-SMA expression in myocardial tissue was detected using immunohistochemistrical method,and protein expression of α-SMA,collagen I,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and p-Smad3 were detected using Western blotting.Results Compared with the sham operation group,left ventricular fractional shortening(FS) and ejection fraction(EF) of model group were significantly lower(P<0.05),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVID) and end systolic volume(ESV) increased significantly(P<0.05),myocardial fibrosis ratio was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the protein expression of α-SMA,collagenⅠ,TGF-β1and p-Smad3 were higher(P<0.05).Compared with model group,EF and FS of QQF group were significantly lower(P<0.05),LVID and ESV were significantly higher(P<0.05),the degree of myocardial fibrosis was relieved,and α-SMA,collagenⅠ,TGF-β1,p-Smad3 protein expressions in myocardium were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Qili Qiangxin Capsule was demonstrated to improve the cardiac function of rats with AMI by inhibiting the process of fibrosis remodeling,and the effects may be mediated through regulating TGF-β1/Smad3 signaling pathway.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at guānyuán(CV4) on the skin temperature of bilateral sānyīnjīao(SP6) of dysmenorrhea rats with coagulation cold pattern,and to explore the potential mechanism related to TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a .Methods Rats were randomly divided into saline control group,dysmenorrhea rats with coagulation cold pattern group(model group) and needling at CV4group(acupuncture group).The dysmenorrhea rat model with coagulation cold model was induced by whole body freezing combined with injection of estradiol benzoate and oxytocin.The infrared thermal imaging technology was used to detect the skin temperature at bilateral SP6 at the time point of 0,5,10,20,30,40,50,60 minutes.Meanwhile,the serum thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin1a(6-keto-PGF1a) were measured by using ELISA.Results The skin temperature of left or right SP6 in saline control group showed balance at baseline and each time point(P>0.05).The model rats’ skin temperature of left or right SP6 was out of balance at the time points from 5 to 60 minutes(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After the treatment of acupuncture at CV4,the temperatures began to achieve balance between left and right SP6 from the time point of 40 minute(P>0.05).Compared with the saline control group,the serum TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a in model group significantly increased(P<0.05),and after needling at CV4,the serum TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The significant effect of needling at CV4 against the imbalance of bilateral skin temperature of SP6 of dysmenorrhea rats with coagulation cold pattern would appear 10 to 40 minutes after needling.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of imbalance of vasomotor substances TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a .

      摘要:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture in the management of poststroke spasticity.Methods Six domestic and abroad databases were screened by computer.Randomized controlled trials(RCT) were included if acupuncture treatment was used as the sole intervention or as an adjunction to another conventional treatment on post-stroke spasticity.Two independent reviewers screened the articles,extracted data and assessed the risk of bias.The evaluation of the quality was performed using Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool and the data was analyzed by using Rev Man 5.3.Mean difference(MD) and 95% confidence interval(CI) were used to describe quantitative data.Results A total 29 RCT were included,7 of them had high risk of bias and the rest of them had unclear risk of bias.Acupuncture was better than rehabilitation therapy in remission of spasticity(-0.40 [-0.68,-0.12]).The 4 or 8 weeks of treatment in studies of unmentioned spasmodic regions showed that acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy was better than rehabilitation therapy(-0.31[-0.50,-0.11],-0.41[-0.54,-0.28]).The studies of 4 weeks of treatment showed superior effect of acupuncture with conventional treatment compared with rehabilitation therapy with conventional treatment(-0.96[-1.73,-0.19]),and acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy was superior to conventional treatment with rehabilitation therapy(-0.57[-0.80,-0.34]).After 6 months of treatment,acupuncture with nerve block therapy and rehabilitation therapy was better than nerve block therapy with rehabilitation therapy(-0.63[-1.12,-0.14]),and acupuncture with nerve block therapy was better than nerve block therapy(-0.70[-1.08,-0.32]).In improving the physical activity,acupuncture,acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy,acupuncture with conventional treatment and rehabilitation therapy 1 or 4 weeks of follow-up,and acupuncture with nerve block therapy was better than that of control group.Conclusion Acupuncture could remiss the spasticity after stroke and improve the ability of daily life and motor function of patient,but the conclusion of subgroups are not the same.The high quality RCT studies with clear spasmodic position and measurement at more time points are needed to confirm the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture in post-stroke patients with spasticity.

      摘要:Objective To observe the relationship between aggregates,including platelet-derived microparticle(PMP)-leukocyte microparticle(LMP),PMP-endothelial microparticle(EMP),and PMP-red cell microparticle(RMP),and severity of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods All CHD patients were divided into blood stasis pattern group and non blood stasis pattern group.The aggregates of PMPLMP,PMP-EMP,and PMP-RMP in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UA) were detected and their morphology was observed by using imaging flow cytometry.Then the aggregates level of patients of the two groups were analyzed.Results The expression of PMP,LMP,EMP,RMP,PMP-EMP and PMP-RMP in patients with blood stasis pattern were higher than those of patients without blood stasis pattern(P<0.05),which were positively correlated with blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01).Conclusion It showed that PMP,LMP,EMP,RMP,PMP-EMP and PMP-RMP played an important role in the formation of UA with blood stasis pattern.

      摘要:Objective To compare the endogenous metabolites in faece of subjects with yang-deficiency constitution and the subjects with balanced constitution(healthy persons).Methods Faece samples of 30 persons with yang-deficiency constitution and 30 healthy persons were collected and analyzed by using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)-based metabonomics method.And the specific metabolites of faeces of yang-deficiency constitution persons were measured using multivariate statistical analysis OSC-PLS.Results The content of butyrate,acetate,methionine,succinate,glucose in yang-deficiency constitution persons were lower than those in healthy persons,while the content of propionate,alanine,lactate were higher.Conclusion There were differences in metabolism of energy,amino acid and glucose between persons with yang-deficiency constitution and persons with balanced constitution,which should be related to the viscera function and the composition of gut microbiota.

      摘要:Objective Based on diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) technology,to noninvasively evaluate the remodeling effect of Fujian Tablet on corticospinal tract of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS) by taking activities of daily living(ADL) score and Chinese stroke scale(CSS) score as the indicators,and to assess the significance of recovery of patients’ motor function.Methods 60 cases according to the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(each n = 30).All patients took conventional western medicine,in addition,those in treatment group took orally Fujian Tablet for 60 days.Before and after treatment,CSS score and ADL score were recorded,and the corticospinal tract was detected by using DTI.Then the correlation between data from DTI and CSS score were analyzed.Results Improvement of patients’ activities in daily life,recovery of neurological damage in treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.01).And after treatment,DTI data in the treatment group was much less than that before(P<0.01),the improvement showed significance compared with the control group(P<0.01).The positive correlation of CSS score and △FA was proved in both groups(P<0.01),with the correlation coefficient of the treatment group higher.Furthermore,no adverse effects were found in indicators of the routine blood test,liver function and kidney function.Conclusion Fujian Tablets could promote the remodeling of corticospinal tract and improve the motor function of CIS patients without increasing the risk of taking more drugs.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Huatan Tiaojing Fang,a Chinese medicine compound formulated by the principle of resolving phlegm and regulating menstruation,combined with Diane-35 on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) patients with phlegm-dampness obstruction pattern.Methods A total 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(each n=30).The patients of the control group took orally Diane-35,and those of the treatment group took orally Diane-35 with Huatan Tiaojing Fang for consecutive three months.Before and after treatment,TCM symptom total score and individual symptoms integral,menstruation efficacy,serum sex hormone levels,ovarian volume and basal antral follicle count(AFC) were detected and analyzed.Results The total effective rates were equal,96.7% in the treatment group and of 90.0% in the control group(P>0.05).The individual symptoms integral of the treatment group was superior to those of the control group at the end of three months and three months of withdrawal(P<0.05).After treatment,despite there was no significant difference in serum estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and ovarian volume(P>0.05),the regulation of serum luterinizing hormone(LH) and LH/FSH,reduction of basal AFC of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of Huatan Tiaojing Fang combined with Diane-35 on treatment of PCOS with phlegm-dampness obstruction pattern has been proved,superior to the effectiveness of Diane-35.The potential mechanism is related to regulating serum LH and LH/FSH.

      摘要:Objective To explore the application rules of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in modern clinical practice,in order to provide a new idea and method for ancient Chinese herbal medicine compound to serve the present days.Methods Retrieving CNKI database,eligible 599 articles were selected through the keyword of "小青龙汤",with remarkable effect and complete clinical information.Altogether 786 cases from the articles were input Excel table.The disease names,symptoms and the herbal medicines were standardized,and their frequency were analyzed.Then the primary symptoms of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Syndrome were screened by using Golden Section Method,and the symptoms with frequency of 20 or above were performed cluster analysis including hierarchical clustering,Ward method and Pearson dependency.Results There are 68 western disease names and 45 TCM disease names,and 48 symptoms,46 herbal medicines,8 tongue texture,7 tongue coating and 10 pulse manifestion with frequency of 20 or above.As the consequence,six primary symptoms and 17 significant cluster sets were screened.Conclusion Xiaoqinglong Decoction was undoubtedly used for pulmonary diseases including bronchitis,bronchial asthma,as well as cardiac diseases including cor pulmonale,heart failure arisen from pulmonary diseases,and other diseases due to phlegm and fluid retention.The indications of Xiaoqinglong Decoction were listed as cough,asthma,expectoration,white sputum,pale tongue and white tongue coating,with the accompanied symptoms of yang-deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,exogenous cold syndrome and interior heat syndrome.The basic pathogenesis of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Syndrome was referred as phlegm and fluid retention accumulated in the lung with the disease location of lung,which could aggravate to yang-deficiency in spleen and kidney,blood stasis in heart vessels or interior heat consuming yin.
