目的动态观察微创埋线后线体对正常人体不同穴位刺激效应的变化特点及其差异性
为微创埋线疗法间隔周期提供参考依据
并探讨磁共振成像(MRI)T2-mapping技术在观察穴位埋植后埋植材料对人体经穴刺激效应的可行性。方法采集8例正常人体左侧三阴交、足三里埋线前、后多个时间点T2-mapping 8回波序列MRI图像
将所得8回波系列图像利用Func Tool软件生成T2-Mapping图像
测量埋线局部T2值
分析埋线前、后多个时间点埋线局部T2值随时间变化的特点
比较埋植线体在三阴交和足三里穴中吸收状况。结果与埋线前相比
2穴埋线后第8小时、第3天、第7天、第14天的T2值皆明显升高(P<0.01);埋线后第21天、第28天、第35天的T2值与埋线前比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。埋线后2穴T2值峰值均出现在埋线后第3天
其中足三里穴T2值峰值较三阴交穴高
T2值下降幅度较三阴交穴大
但2穴T2值下降至接近埋线前的时间周期基本一致
均为21 d左右。结论三阴交穴、足三里穴微创埋线后
线体在2穴内吸收周期无显著差异
均为21 d左右
相同埋线条件下
在人体四肢部实施微创埋线时埋线间隔周期的选择可以此为参考。MRI T2-mapping技术用于观察穴位埋植后埋植线体对人体刺激效应具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To observe changes in the stimulating effects of micro-invasion catgut embedding on different acupoints in healthy human over time and location
providing reference data for interval period of micro-invasion catgut embedding
and To study the feasibility of MRI T2-mapping technology used to measure stimulating effect of embedding material. Methods Before and after the left acupoints sanyinjiao( SP 6) and zusanli( ST 36) were treated with micro-invasion catgut embedding on 8 healthy subjects
8 echo sequence images were collected by using MRI scan. Sources of 8-echo sequence images were sent to the work station to get T2-mappings
and test the T2 value on T2-mappings
analyzing the characteristics of T2 value with time variation while comparing the difference of catgut absorption in SP 6and ST 36. Results In both two acupoints
T2 values on the 8thhour
the 3th
the 7thand the 14 thday after being catgut-embedded were all higher than those at the time before catgut-embedding( P < 0. 01)
T2 valuse on the 21 th
the 28 thand the 35 thday after being catgut-embedded presented with no significant difference compared with the time before catgut-embedding( P > 0. 05). After being catgut-embedded
the peaks of T2 value appeared on the 3thday. Peak of T2 value in ST 36 was higher than that in SP 6
and T2 value in ST 36 decreased in a curve steeper than that in SP 6. It both took 21 days for T2 value in two acupoints to decrease to the level before catgut-embedding. Conclusion Catguts absorption period in ST 36 and SP 6 are the same. If applying micro-invasion catgut-embedding in acupoints on normal body limbs at the same condition
the catgut-embedding interval period is probably about 21 days. MRI T2-mapping technology could be applied to observe stimulating effect of embedding material after acupoint embedding.
