超微粉碎过程温度对羌活有效成分影响的考察
摘要
目的探讨羌活超微粉体制备过程温度对其有效成分的影响。方法羌活采用振动磨常温和-10℃低温粉碎
测定不同温度下所制备的超微粉中挥发油的含量
采用HPLC法测定超微粉中阿魏酸的含量。结果振动磨常温粉碎未造成羌活中阿魏酸含量的变化
而可造成挥发油的损失
-10℃低温粉碎可避免羌活挥发油的损失。结论初步表明低温振动磨适用于羌活超微粉的制备。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of temperature on active constituents of the superfines of Qianghuo(Notopterygium).Methods Qianghuo was micronized by using vibromill at room temperature and low temperature(-10 ℃) respectively.The content of volatile oil in the superfines prepared at different temperature was detected
and the content of ferulic acid was determined by using HPLC.Results The content of ferulic acid was not lost after micronized by vibromill at room temperature
but the content of volatile oil was lost
which could be avoided by the micronization at low temperature(-10 ℃).Conclusion The vibromill at low temperature is proved initially that it is suitable for the preparation of superfines of Qianghuo.
