摘要

目的建立参松养心胶囊中4种主要成分芍药苷、马钱苷、小檗碱、丹酚酸B的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法

色谱柱为Agilent Extend C18（250 mm×4.6 mm

5μm）;流动相为0.18%甲酸甲醇溶液-0.30%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速为1 mL/min;检测波长为230 nm;柱温为35℃。结果芍药苷、马钱苷、小檗碱、丹酚酸B分别在0.401 6～1.405 6μg、0.161 6～0.565 6μg、0.329 6～1.153 6μg、0.644 0～2.254 0μg的范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为100.18%、102.92%、99.03%和98.25%

RSD分别为1.51%、1.61%、2.12%和2.24%。结论 10批样品测定结果表明

该方法简便、准确

可用于参松养心胶囊中4种主要成分的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of 4 major constituents

paeoniflorin

loganin

berberine and salvianolic acid B

in Shensongyangxin Capsules by RP-HPLC.Methods The procedure of RP-HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of Agilent Extend C18（250 mm×4.6 mm

5μm） at 35 ℃

and the mobile phase was 0.18% formic acid/methanol-0.30% formic acid/water in gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results Paeoniflorin

loganin

berberine and salvianolic acid B showed

respectively

good linear relationship at the range from 0.401 6-1.405 6 μg

0.161 6-0.565 6 μg

0.329 6-1.153 6 μg and 0.644 0-2.254 0 μg.The average recovery was

respectively

100.18%

102.92%

99.03% and 98.25%.RSD was

respectively

1.51%

1.61%

2.12% and 2.24%.Conclusion The determination results of 10 batches of samples proved that the method was simple and accurate

which can be used for the quantitative determination of 4 major constituents in Shensongyangxin Capsules.
