采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5μm)色谱柱
乙腈-磷酸三乙胺溶液为流动相
梯度洗脱
流速1.0 mL/m in
检测波长为267 nm
建立黄草乌高效液相指纹图谱方法。结果研究建立的高效液相指纹图谱有良好的重现性
不同产地的黄草乌共有15个色谱峰(RSD≤3%
n=15)
共有峰相对峰面积有一定的差异。结论该方法效果良好
结果稳定可靠
可为提高黄草乌质量控制标准提供参考。
Abstract
Objective To find an analytical method of fingerprint of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.by HPLC.Method In the HPLC procedure the chromatography column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C
18
(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)
the mobile phase was solution of acetonitrile and triethylamine phosphate in(gradient) elution with a flow velocity of 1.0 mL/min
and the detection wavelength was 267 nm.Result The fingerprint in this HPLC procedure had a good repeatability.There were 15 common peaks in(Aconitum) vilmorinianum Kom.grown in different areas(RSD≤3%
n=15).The relative areas peak of common peaks were different.Conclusion This procedure has a good outcome which is stable and(reliable)
and can be a reference for the standard of qualitative control of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.
