Objective To investigate the changes of plasma levels of prostaglandin I

) in rat model with renal hypertension and the depressor mechanism of Shouwujiangya Capsules.Method The rat model of renal hypertension was established by using 2K1C method and the plasma levels of 6-Keto-PGF
1α
and TXB

were observed.Result After the(administration) of Shouwujiangya Capsules the blood pressures in group 1(with high dose of(Shouwujiangya) Capsules)
group 2(with low dose of Shouwujiangya Capsules) and group 3(with(captoril)) were lower significantly than that in the model group and the difference was significant(P
