摘要

髌股关节炎是临床常见的膝关节病症之一，本文基于筋束骨理念，分析筋、骨含义及两者关系，从筋的角度解释髌股关节炎及疼痛发生的病因，“膝为筋之府”，筋在髌股关节炎的发病、治疗等方面起着主导作用。筋束骨理论是中医认识和治疗骨关节病的重要指导思想，筋有运动关节、维持关节稳定的作用，通过对筋束骨理论及筋与髌股关节炎关系的分析，探讨理筋动髌手法治疗髌股关节炎的内在机制。通过手法对筋进行干预，可以达到治疗髌股关节炎的效果，对于深化利用筋束骨理念指导临床及开展基础研究具有一定的意义和参考价值。

Abstract

Patellofemoral osteoarthritis is one of the common clinical knee-joint diseases. Based on the theory of "Tendon Constraining Bone"

this paper analyzes the meaning of tendon and bone and their relationships in TCM. Moreover

the causes of patellofemoral osteoarthritis and pain are explained in light of tendon. As "the knee is the house of tendons"

tendons play a leading role in the pathogenesis and treatment of patellofemoral osteoarthritis. Therefore

the theory of "Tendon Constraining Bone" plays an essential guiding role in TCM understanding and treatment of osteoarthropathy. Tendons can move joints and maintain joint stability. Through analyzing the theory of "Tendon Constraining Bone" and the relationship between tendon and patellofemoral osteoarthritis

this paper further discusses the rationale of treating patellofemoral osteoarthritis with tendon-regulating and kneecap-moving manipulation

which could provide reference for deepening the application of the theory to guide clinical practice and relevant basic researches.
