干细胞作为一类具有自我更新、高度增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞群体,在视网膜变性治疗领域展现出广阔的前景。中医学肾精与干细胞在繁衍生殖、生长发育、生髓化血、濡养脏腑等生理功能及先天与后天来源等方面存在诸多相似性,尤其是先天之精与干细胞之间可能存在着理论同一性的关系。视网膜变性的中医病机归结于肾虚精亏,目窍失养,治宜补肾益精为法。间充质干细胞属于干细胞的一类,补肾益精法对骨髓来源间充质干细胞的迁移、归巢、分化及旁分泌有明显的促进作用。本文以此为切入点,探讨补肾益精法在视网膜变性治疗中的潜在机理,为今后开展相关研究提供新的思路及理论依据。
Stem cells
which have a high self-renewal capacity
high proliferation
and multi-directional differentiation potential
have shown broad prospects in the treatment of retinal degeneration. There are many similarities between the kidney essence and stem cells in the aspects of reproduction
growth and development
marrow and blood generation
nourishing zang-fu organs
and origin. In particular
there may be a relationship of theoretical identity between the congenital essence and stem cells. The traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of retinal degeneration is attributed to deficiency of the kidney essence and the loss of nourishment of the eyes. The treatment method is tonifying the kidney and essence. Mesenchymal stem cells belong to a class of stem cells. The method of tonifying the kidney and essence can significantly promote the migration
homing
differentiation
and paracrine of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. This article takes this as a starting point to explore the potential mechanism of the method of tonifying the kidney and essence in the treatment of retinal degeneration and provides new ideas and a theoretical basis for future research.
